Awful experience here - NOTHING to do with employees, they’re doing their best w given circumstances… but you will wait over an hour here to see a teller. They have 13 windows and only 2 are open on the 1st of the month!!! The line was 1 hour 14 minutes from 11-12ish. The two women in front of me both had transactions over 20 minutes…. So the line stood frozen for 20 minutes because they are understaffed and can’t open a third window!! Out of 13!! This is horrible service WF. Why don’t you staff better, especially on the 1st of month when everyone has bills due! I don’t mind waiting but over an hour and 2 windows is ridiculous. I feel really sorry for the people who work here, they seemed flustered when I asked whether someone could open another and overly apologetic. Her response made it clear she is complained to by customers often. Too bad they can’t even get 3 tellers working, I wouldn’t want to work here either when there is so little support. Oh well, guess I will drive the extra 15 minutes for the Granada branch next time. Kudos to the manager on duty today, she was polished in her explanation and doing her best. The 3 women (manager & 2 tellers) deserve a HUGE raise.
I have to say in the past week I’ve visited the bank a couple times, and the service was absolutely terrible. The lines to work with a bank teller are usually heading towards the door, so expect to have a long wait. Having that many people in a dense area is definitely a health issue considering COVID. I made an appointment and when I showed up no accountants were available. What’s the point of making an appointment to wait longer and hear that there’s no one available? How can a bank possibly be run this way if ever single person that walks in to sit down with a bank accountant gets told to go online and make an appointment. Then you show up for your appointment another day and no one is available so it’s either wait much longer or leave and make another appointment. It’s a complete waste of time.
I don't understand why they would make you stand outside in the heat for an hour if they are just going to let everyone into the bank at closing time anyways. Only one teller was actually working with customers while there was definitely several other employees just walking around and occasionally checking on that one teller. Easily the worst and most poorly managed Wells Fargo I've ever been to. Avoid this branch at all costs if you need to go inside the bank. That being said, the drive thru ATM is typically fairly quick and convenient The owner will respond apologizing and wanted to discuss further but as you can see from numerous other reviews of this location over the last few months they are more than aware of the problems and nothing is going to change. Avoid this branch!
How disappointing it is when you come to the bank in you lost debit debit car you come to get a replacement and tell you that is not our helpful when you waiting outside and then there is only 2 people there that is nobody there and then you willing to Wait because I need them i said wait until. Some get free and she say I can't help Lorena that is such unsatisfactory comes like telling you know we can't help you out because there is no appointment for you that's ridiculous when they kick you out out a bank in your customer that come not good customer service very disappointed
I have been a loyal Wells Fargo member for 10 years and I have never had an issue at a branch. I just moved to the area and used this branch for the first time. I waited on line for 35 MINUTES! I have never in my life waited so long at a bank. There was one teller for over 20 people on line. The teller didn’t even apologize for the wait. Very unprofessional. Half of the workers looked they were just standing around too while over 30 people were waiting in line to be helped. I will never go back to this branch again. Very disappointed
I had the worse experience in this bank. I have waited over an hour in line with only one teller working and 25 people standing in line.unfortunatly the management didnt do anything about it and told us this is what we have now. If you have no teller it would be nicer to just close the branch rather than 25 people waiting each for more than an hour and people started to just leave. Very bad experience. No customer service and they do not care about the customers that have to wait hrs for a single transaction.
This place has a big building that is staffed horribly with D grade customer service. They will have 2 people working with a large line headed to the door. The managers are clueless and have no clue what there job description entails besides greeting customers and telling them to wait patiently. Whomever is staffing this place is doing a terrible job. I’m taking the time to write this now but this has been a long time coming even before COVID. So that is not an applicable excuse.
Total 20 employees in the building. And only 2 clerks serving the line. Waited nearly 35 minutes just to be able to enter my SD box. If your management is changing a system then should eliminate these who pretend being working, and put all to serve the customers. Very poor management. Not efficient!!! And don’t blame it on COVID!!! Slacking and pretending it’s not your job to assist customers, means you are not worth of our money and time we bring to your business establishment!
This branch has the LONGEST lines of any Wells Fargo I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Always massive lines. Never any tellers. Though you always see a ton of employees there but never more than 2 tellers. The branch is oddly large too, considering how little amount of tellers they have. And please don’t respond to me apologizing and telling me this isn’t the service you strive for. You know how ridiculous the lines are here. Change it or stop apologizing to everyone.
Went in sat for 20 minutes. There was a guy sitting next to me who had an appointment at 330pm. They didn’t even get to him, or even ask him to give them a couple of minutes.. to be honest he was kind of rude to him. I left after that and seeing the tellers lollygagging. There’s a reason I haven’t been banked with this bank in YEARS and today was an easy reminder not to.. glad I didn’t open an account lol especially knowing the history of Wells Fargo!
They Don't take cash, you have to deposit it at the ATM. Very rude here and Manager's sitting laughing while there is a line from one end. the other. With 2 teller's. Very horrible managed bank. What if a child wanted to open a account for the first time from babysitting to ne told we don't take cash. Unbelievable!, I will be looking for another bank. Oh, to the owner response is the same Not creditable.
insulting and rude. After asking If they can open a 2nd teller.. i counted 23 people in line.. they had at least 5 other people sitting at there desk on there cellphone...I asked this little man That works there.. said can help you bellow his pay grade.I asked him if even cared..answer..(i don't give a f***) he said this in front of my 4 year old son..
Wells Fargo is a good bank these workers are rude and I hate going here but I live near by. The lady was giving me attitude telling me “ you can go else where” The purpose of a bank is to store your money and get it whenever you want. I did nothing wrong to her but it’s always the ones who cant speak English and mad for no reason.
This branch is constantly understaffed. You would have 20 people in line and one teller working. There’s literally no personal banker available at any given time. All the desk spaces are sitting empty without any bankers. I was told by the manager that Wells Fargo only assigns a maximum of 2-3 personnel. Subpar service, subpar banking.
Worst bank ever. Constantly giving you the run around. No one can ever give you a direct answer. Passing you from person to person just to send you out with a phone number because no one can apparently do anything. I've been with Wells Fargo for years and will be taking my money elsewhere. If I could give 0 starts believe I would.
I don't understand why the bank has 13 windows but only has one teller working. I visited different branches in the San Fernando Valley and they all tend to operate like this. I feel compassionate for the one teller that has to deal with the line itself and get constantly reminded by walk ins how bad their manpower is.
big branch but the worst service and manager most of Bankers tables nobody work at i ask the manager to talk on Speak with one of wells Fargo advisors to help me on urgent matter on the phone but she refuses and nobody's was at branch and she was not busy at all but not cooperative i think her name was Naomi
Every time I come to this branch I get disappointed with the big line standing waiting for an hour to see the bankers because only 2 tellers are working in front to help the people one person fall down standing for so long in the line ( they have to take this matter seriously or close this branch
So disgusting and dirty bank. Very disappointed. no disinfection, the cashiers windows are dirty, the walls are covered in yogurt or someone else. For me was scary to stand next to the cashier ! I stayed in line for exactly one hour to get the money. an hour in line when two cashiers worked .
Many times when I want deposit at the atm outside they are not accepting deposit. The worst is all the time I spend waiting once I reached to deposit only to read on the screen NOT ACCEPTING DEPOSIT. And then I need to spend another 20 minutes to go another ATM/Bank @ Tarzana or Northdrige.
Taking all my money out of here ! Wells Fargo is the worst bank and this branch is the worst beach ! 5 people just watching in the back and just 2 tells working , NO BUSINESS CUSTOMER Line! All banks have a business line , have to wait 1 hour every time , and VERY RUDE MANAGERS !
Everytime I come here it is always a super long wait... ther is No regency to bring the line down... I like to go to the other WFB on Sepulveda... they are fast and friendly... I hate coming here... !! The cashiers r the worst! 1 star is too good for the service here.
Going to close my bank accounts with Wells Fargo today. no more of waiting in lines for hour. Not only this branch but all of them are always short staffed. CEO is taking $25 million dollars every year but they don’t wanna hire more people so customers don’t suffer.
Worst walk in service ever! Bank on Reseda and Sherman Way, is a joke. Doesn’t care at all for customer service. 15 in line and ONE TELLER! This a constant problem, I work next door and always the same bad service. 45 minute wait every time…. :)
The only reason I come to this branch is because its close to my home, otherwise I wouldn't and I would not recommend anyone to bank here. I even had a teller lie about calling me when my car keyes were lost inside on a rainy day.. I try to
I am taking the time to write this very important review for Rolando J. Chemale, he is a Business Banker Specialist in this Reseda branch. Rolando has been outstanding, super courteous and attentive, while being super processional with his
Staff is very kind and friendly while still being professional and efficient. Very helpful. Inside is big and clean with strict COVID-19 guidelines. People are greeted as individuals and treated with respect. Very happy with my experience.
Always super busy. They only have like 2-3 tellers max. Unlike BofA and Chase, Wells can’t help you deposit checks using a tablet. There’s also no business line. This branch in particular, is the worst when it comes to the amount of time
the employees here are awful they try to steal my money I try to talk to represented and he try to trick me with my money I call the cops and they arrive at the branch. This is the last time I go here. They dont know how to deposit your
Worse customer service by an assistant manager ever! Blatantly lied to me about why I could not get cash from the check I was depositing. He told me that the system would not allow him, even though it did but the approval was at HIS
On March 22 2022. Me and several other guests experienced an unacceptable wait time at this wells fargo. Clearly, the tellers here take their time under the clock (bad for business). The Northridge location is by far better.
They don't care about the costumers I went yesterday around 1:30pm the security said all the tellers were taking their lunch come back at 2:15pm . Why they all take their lunch at the same time . That's unseen . …
The customer service at this branch it’s really bad starting with the manager, she always has an attitude, I asked her to help the tellers so the line can go faster out and her answer was if you don’t like it go away.
Horrible branch! Whenever I come it is ALWAYS long line and only 1-2 tellers. Never faced with such a bad bank service. The only option left is to close my account and change the bank, will be done soon.
The staff was enjoying small talk instead of helping the clients. The fact that they were having the conversation in front of the customers was not acceptable at all. That's why I go to Bank of America.
Every other Wells Fargo charges me $5 for a Cashier's Money Order. This one charges $10. The line for the teller always stretches beyond the stanchions. Double the price for quadruple the wait.
Not even one star worth it. Big Space but only one teller working. Wells Fargo what are you doing. Its not once, every time, you have to wait an hour in the line to get service.
Friday 3:30 pm before holiday in Reseda branch on Sherman Way. 12 people in line, one teller! How many tellers in Beverly Hills? WF discrimination against poorer neighborhoods.
10 people in the building no cashiers in the window. Nobody care about customers when asked for help. Employees are rude. Don't waste your time go to a diffrent location.
I used this branch to make monthly payments to one of my workers. There is always a very long line due to being short staffed . They don’t care about customer service.
My local branch. Always a long line. Always 1 or 2 tellers working, never more. Every time I have walked into this branch, 45 minutes of my life goes down the drain.
Long line but senior officer found out what I needed because I told her and pulled me out of line to help me make change of $100. Thank you for not wasting my time.
Tellers need more training, waiting 40 mins in line I pass it. However waiting for another 40 minutes just because they cannot make a deposit to a closed account?
Long line. One teller and he just close the window and left Where are the managers? Wells Fargo need better customer service than this …
Worst service ever.. one clerk and 19 people in line waiting. Few more clerks walking around and not even considering to jump in to help
I was at the branch for deposit. We had more than 7 customers waiting but there is one teller open. I had to wait for 20’.
Every time I come to this branch there is a long line. There are ALWAYS two people behind the counter and that’s it.
Only one teller open on friday! Bad customer service! I dont bank with wells Fargo but needed to take my mother.
The worst branch of my favorite Bank. Always an hours of wasted time in the line!!! Awful customer service.
I waited 90 minutes to get $200 cash. The manager didn't care about people
