I have been with this bank since it was First National, then First Interstate, and now Wells Fargo; and I have never been made to feel soo devalued as a customer as I just was with Patricia when I went in to establish a second checking account to use as a debit account for a single recurring monthly bill that I want to keep separate. She informed me in the most surly, rude, and condescending manner, that a "banker" would be able to "give" me 1/2 hour of their time latter that day. No apologizes, no explanation, no compassion, or empathy, just a smug smile and a "so what do you want to do" kind of attitude. The downtown Portland Branch is all professional, this branch as represented by Patricia is NOT.
Fabulous & Altruistic!! Happen upon this location for the first time to get a debit card replacement. I've acquired this pesky habit of misplacing my card, the location I usually go to just replaces it. The banker I sat with at this location showed me how to get money out of the ATM without my card. Which was pretty pretty handy and even helped me set up fingerprint activation on my Samsung!! Not gonna lie, thought it was an iPhone thing only.. so kewl beans! Plus, got to meet the manager, think it's a new thing they're doing, but she seemed pleasant. Found it amusing that they had similar names tho. Anyways, best experience at Wells so far!!

Visited this branch to create a checking account. Everything was done most likely to my needs. Special thanks to the bank's professional, Kevin Bui. This person deserves a bonus for a hard-working attitude and amazing customer service skills. JFYI. Wells Fargo has the lowest required daily balance ($500) that lets you avoid monthly fees. Also, I was happy with how their mobile app works. Would definitely recommend this bank.
I love this branch!! They're always very helpful and customer service is top notch! Elena the branch manager is always helpful and is always going out of her way to assist. She doesn't just sit at her desk and watches; she will always go the extra step, whether it's researching to get more information or making a phone call to get the problem solved.
homeless people sleeping in the drive thru atm to stay dry not wearing a mask def not vaxxed they need a security guard their nightly ive seen cars dropped of their stolen and then people chop them up int he wells fargo lot no 50 dollar bills in the atm shut it down
Honestly not good customer service I have called plenty of times and they never answer the phone I even tried doing it while I was in there and it wasn’t busy and they still didn’t pick up. Why have a phone number when it’s never going to be answered.
The customer service here sucks, they take for ever. Dont explain themselves. When you ask for them to do something they do the opposite dont understand how you can let you're reps work with no sense of manner.b
Change your hours this is ridiculous this has been two Saturdays now I've had to come to your location needing to make a withdrawal( large then what I can at the ATM) and your lobby is not open.
The worst branch in Southeast ever !!! They closed on Saturday now , even the branch on Hawthorne is closed Saturday and the one on 82nd and foster its always packed on Saturday!!
I won't be coming back. With multiple visits, they consistently had only 2, or even 1 teller working and the line, even with just 3 people in front of me I stood for 20 minutes.
Plasma donation center. It pays those qualified to donate plasma for life saving medicine. Donors are financially compensated. The staff is amazing and really professional

It's a bank. Half the tellers here are annoying. The other half are decent. Seems they have high turn over which is an obvious clue to management problems.
