The slowest bank in town. I had to wait an hour to get a very simple bank statement letter. Awful customer service and extremely slow. The person that was helping me just wanted to get done with me so she could do a wire transfer, and she sent me to the line again when I asked to get a counter check instead of finishing what I needed after a long wait. Ridiculous! They were more worried about chit chatting than helping the customers. 4 people working and they couldn’t deal with a small line. Don’t go to this branch!
Unprofessional stuff. I was waiting for 12-15 min and nobody asked me if I need help. But they have enough time for talking to each other even some customers wait for them for a long time. Horrible customer service!!
