PSA!! If your BLACK, do not go to this location. Flat out discriminatory. Never have any locations...had an issue with entering my DL number with provided DL in place of me having my debit card. I don't even physically use my card often so remembering my pin isn't necessary. Nor have any of the other branches grilled me to the 3rd degree in order to do a withdrawal. Questions I was asked were when did I open my accounts, where was the location of branch I opened said accounts, who are the names of the people on my accounts via the manager. He also made a snide comment. Along with if I'm visiting, how long I'm visiting, what places I've been to, etc via the teller. Majority of my accounts are over 10yrs old and some of them weren't even initiated with Wells Fargo, it was with Wachovia as a minor. Who is going to remember the exact date/yr and location of opening an account that was opened as a kid? Told the manager if there's a problem then he can give me back my DL and I'll go to another branch. He gave it back to me and I went to another branch, within minutes I was able to be in and out with my transaction completed. AND that branch asked me the standard questions such as numbers of my SSN/last deposit amount, and another one. The tellers have no boundaries in regards to asking customers about they're personal info of everyday life that isn't even necessary to ask in order for whichever transaction to be completed. Heard the questions the other teller was asking another customer. Same goes for the manager that was on shift yesterday afternoon. It is rude.. In a public setting and asking people to verbalize their personal business with a line of customers listening. It is PERSONAL and none of your concern unless your offering to pay some bills. I have every intention of liquidating my accounts and moving my funds to a credit union. Over 10yrs of banking with Wells Fargo and I should've canceled my accounts when they made a credit card account without my consent. A customer should be able to go to any bank/state that they're money is in and have the ability to remove it without discriminatory practices. Skip this location and go to the next.
This afternoon while being in line waiting my turn I witnessed a very upsetting thing. This was not done to me but feel that this strongly was wrong due to feeling like the employee can treat anyone like that just because he is the "manager". I witnessed how the manager Alex pointed out a gentleman that was speaking on the phone while in line and with a mask on to remove his glasses. You could clearly see through the man's glasses that they were prescription and was stunned when asked to remove them. The gentleman told Alex that he wouldn't take them off because they are prescription glasses and Alex rudely told him that if he wouldn't take them off he would have to leave. Alex then had security take the man out. This whole scene and bad experience was uncalled for. I feel very angry that this happened and we all had to experience this and could only imagine how the gentleman felt. This truly made me feel like taking my services from this bank elsewhere because if the company condones this type of behavior and discrimination i will not continue to give my services to such a company and ask that this Alex "manager" be reprimanded and retrained on customer services and respect.
Very disappointed. I went into this branch with my aunt, who has a trust account there, so that I could be added to her accounts. Through an attorney, I am co-trustee and have Power of Attorney as I handle all her business affairs. The legal documents from the attorney were not accepted and no reason was given. Instead, we were given the SIMPLEST form to fill out and notarize. He did not ask my aunt any questions like “is this done with your own free will” etc. That’s insane. So basically anyone can pick up my aunt and take her to the bank and get access to her accounts? How is that protecting your customers? Especially your elderly customers.
The manager denied my service because I would not take off my prescription glasses while standing in line with my mask on properly and speaking on a important phone call. His name is Alex Gonzalez and with all honesty I own a business my self and I would not tolerate that kind of behavior. His demeanor towards me was publicly shown in front of other clients and employees. For this I will be making sure to take my business elsewhere and let all my clients, employees, and acquaintances know about this bad service and disrespectful attitude for wearing glasses I need to see inside the facility. I would give no stars if possible.
Staff frendly now you need to go to teller for all trsnsactions they no longer have them out front also need your card. Be ready for lots of questions. Place is clean .on a plus side here there is a investment banker he dose know his investments . saftey dep boxes are nort available here or at any wf banks in a 30 mole radius. This is a full service bank with drive thru and walk up atm machines easy parking. And entrances.
I went to this bank today as a customer/member for paperwork to be notarized. I was told no one is there to help. The funny thing is every Wells Fargo bank I go to in the bay area to get documents notarized, they all said the same thing. I get it though. The branch manager didn't even care that it was important for it to be done today. I have been with Wells Fargo for years but this is becoming a problem.
They have the worst branch manager ever, he is rude, disrectful, has no desire to help customers, quick to pass judgment, doesn't like anyone foreign, looked down on people a lot. His name is Alex and I think wells fargo need to remove him because he is giving the brand a bad name. He specifically said I can complain all I want So this is why I am doing this. Good luck!
There’s always only one cashier available. We wait more than 15 to 20 minutes until we get turn, when we ask them that do you have another cashier that we are running late, they say no we don’t have.
I stopped by today asking for clean $1 bills for my travel. This was the third branch I visited and a teller, Josh, extended himself and looked for clean bills. I really appreciated his service!
I had a very terrible experience here. Never have I been treated more rudely by more and experienced tellers. I will never go back to this location.
BEAWARE this branch is RACIST , even we go their with our business account the TELLER EDDIE is a RACIST person try to AVOID THIS GUY .
June 24 12:10 pm Bad service I got in line just ask for quarters and I didn’t get any as they don’t do it any more they said.
No waiting for versatel and it let me withdrawal my money. Can't ask for more than that. Except maybe free money.
A typical neighborhood bank. You will not be vowed, but neither disappointed.
The banker was so nice rather than Wells Fargo at Story Road.
