I'm not happy. They all are snubs. Fiance account was questionable for fraud on his own account. He had to go through hoops to get his account unlocked. They want to set up appointments 3 weeks later. B.S. a person opens an account for availability of money. To spend it anyway they want not what the bank decides.
Done with this bank for good, they've restricted access to my own accounts for the last time. I can appreciate fraud prevention, but when you prevent me from accessing my own funds and say you can't do anything is pure BS. This company is being conducted criminally and I advise anyone involved to bail IMMEDIATELY
Worst Wells Fargo customer service wise probably in existence. The team literally sits there and listens to the phone ring until it gets annoying. They are NICE but that doesn't change the fact that they do the bare minimum when they walk through that door(: Banking with chase now, notable difference
I'm still not sure what the Walmart greeter types at the doors of every Wells Fargo actually do. I'm glad this one is here. Parking downtown at the other one is awful. Must have a lot of the Uber crowd down there. Need bike racks too. C'mon promote green energy. It's in right now.
Seriously considering moving my safe deposit box from this location. It’s extremely conveniently located but I can never access it in less than an hour due to bankers never being available. This isn’t a reflection on the staff they’re always very helpful when you can get them.
This branch is a joke. No one answers the phone, they are notorious for having the drive thru closed even in working hours (now since closed their drive up service) and there is no cohesive standard for how this branch is run. Save your time and energy and bank elsewhere
The pandemic has been a gift to businesses that have lousy service. It is the perfect cover for this location to do less for customers. "We're short staffed because of Covid" is the perfect cover for poor scheduling, unmotivated employees, and bad management.
All the Tellers are Helpful. All Businesses are experiencing a Shortage of workers, I think we Should take into Consideration that the workers have nothing to do with being short staffed. They're all trying their best. No complaints here from My Family and I.
Horrible place. Annissa or whatever that little girls name is was complaining rude. They screwed up my account... Finally found where they made a mistake because of a "glitch" in the system causing a mess of my bank account. I warn STAY AWAY FROM WELLS FARGO
The banker that I had an appointment with was late. I was unable to get all of my needed tasks completed in one visit. I am still waiting for one task that they have not completed yet. I guess I'm kind of disappointed in this particular branch.

Just moved to the neighborhood and I must say this is the worst customer service and bank set up I’ve ever experienced. The parking lot is in the back and they make you walk all the way around to the front of the building to scan a QR code

Don't bank here. Bankers don't know the difference between Mr./Mrs. on a check. Wow banker etiquette is not know there. If you have this you better make sure both of you are at the bank to handle business. SMH
Please allow business banking in both lines again. Waiting for one teller in the business line while she is also doing currency exchange takes forever. Friendly tellers. Need more on the business side.

There’s always long wait times here. At some point you’d think this multi billion dollar company would add more tellers instead two tellers and 5 employees roaming around doing absolutely nothing.

They don't follow wells Fargo policies. They only gave me partial amount of my check instead of the full amount like any other bank does. Hate this place. Never going back
Stand-alone bank branches of the brick and mortar variety are becoming rare. This branch is, and it is populated with pleasant, helpful people. Lots of parking space too.
