We recently bought a property through Wemark. The property was tenanted and we were told that it will be vacated and cleaned on settlement. On settlement day I received an email of congratulations and was told the keys can be collected at their office. We went to the property after we got the keys and was disappointed at the way the property was handed over to us. First to welcome us were the overflowing bins with rubbish scattered in the driveway. Then upon entry we discovered broken cabinets, chairs, vacuum cleaner and other unwanted items. We were in disbelief that they will let the tenants pass the outgoing inspection with this. We tried to get their side. We tried to call, sent email expressing disapppointment ( cc both sales agents) left voice messages, sent text messages to the sales agent but nobody bothered to contact us. We felt we were cut off because the sale is done anyway. It is sad to think what started as a friendly relationship has turn sour. We hope this does not happen to other buyers.

I have had the worst experience in a lifetime with Param(Real Estate Agent). My friends and I approached him for a consultation for a home and land package/built home/land only. He stated he will only be able to help us further if we deposit $2000 each with him- did not disclose any information to the full extent that if we bought from another agent this money would not be refunded. My friends and I chased after him for about 4 months, we were in a hurry to buy so we started exploring other options. Initially Param had told us he was fine with us approaching other agents. We bought individual houses and approached Param to refund us the $2000 each- he has lied to us that he will refund the money then stated he needed some signatures from us on some random forms again- and has not answered our calls or replied to our messages to give us even an explanation as to why he conned us for $2000 each (makes $4000). Highly unprofessional, very bad communication with clients- and NO transparency!

They have the worst service they think they have houses so they can play around with people the way they want. Took me to court for non payments without due time even the court rejected the case after that when we left and asked for bond return the agent parm had the audacity to tell me that my bad situation is me to be blamed for i dont know who gave him the right to judge my situation and they even disclosed my personal and financial situation to my comunity members which is obviously a breach but thats what they are controling the rental crisis and bullying people like us

We Mark never answer calls, far from one of the top real estate. Very Un Australian with scheming and Lies no people skills need a lot of training in the industry lack of knowledge is unacceptable for a company dealing with people's houses.was never evicted vacated due to 3rd real estate and on going health and maintenance issues in the house. So any comments saying we were evicted need to be removed or I will take legal action
