Worst pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. I’m going to start off when the lady did not want to sell me a cream even tho I had prescription with me because it’s not meant to be used in the area my doctor told me to use. Excuse me? Pharmacist know better than my GP?? And today I’ve sent my partner to buy me rough gauze. The lady had no idea what it is, then I came and all of the sudden pharmacist knew what it was!!! Amazing! Unfortunately she was selling them separately, £1 for ONE GAUZE!?!?!? In the pharmacy across the street they sold me ONE BOX FOR £4!!!!!! And when I’ve asked them how much they charge for one they wanted 20p! What a difference. NEVER COMING THERE AGAIN. IF YOU NEED PHARMACY, SIMPLY CROSS THE ROAD AND GO TO THE OTHER ONE!

I don’t recommend this pharmacy, I went yesterday for a emergency supply medication for my asthma, they tried to rip me off charging £30 for a inhaler that costs around £8, I have asked the pharmacist to bounce back my previous prescription so I could get through NHS prescription service, however the man was talking to a women in Hindi so couldn’t understand. The pharmacist didn’t consider the consequences of not supplying the drug. They were not helpful at all, for this reason I don’t recommend this pharmacy because they take advantage of situations to profit on people. I am not a person to leave reviews, but I do feel that people should be aware.

There were TWO lovely ladies working on New Year’s Eve. As I watched them serve a young girl and her father with huge smiles on their faces… I was struck with profound gratitude not only with their warmth, but their sense of duty (in a time where 90% of the people are celebrating with their loved ones); they chose to work and serve the sick and the vulnerable. WE as a society ought to show more appreciation to these amazing heros!!! THANK YOU & I wish Wembley pharmacy many many success in this coming new year!!

The best pharmacy service experience ever. I was provided high quality care, very kind and professional pharmacists to support me. I got my medication ordered and received on the same day! Every local pharmacy I spoke to were not able to do it, or help me with care and compassion. I ran out of all my medication and to have it sorted on the same day was amazing and such a relief!! I really recommend everyone to choose this pharmacy! You will not be disappointed. Thanks so much!

Great service, friendly staff, masses of choice and options to choose from and long opening hours. Been a customer ever since the pharmacy opened few years back and can honestly say I've never had any issues with prescriptions arriving on time (even when specific brand of medicines been requested which with cost on generic meds makes a massive difference of course) Give them a go if your a local ! Very very poor staff and service because their policy that they take card payments minimum £3 and I went there I'm pregnant I can't walk but they said they can't accept card because it was £2 and I went there 2 times after my husband went he gave cash but they said we don't have change after we didn't have £2 change even and after we did arrange because I need it and they can't cooperate with pregnant lady.

Very poor service from Wembley pharmacy staffs and they can’t take card payment below £3 and they take cash below £3 and I gave £20 cash they said we don’t have change and they advise to get change from next off-licences and take medication otherwise they can’t sell but I had emergency but they did this rubbish argument that’s they don’t know how to take care of customers and not even patients.

I use this pharmacy regularly n even tho it's further from me I really dont mind. All the staff are always very friendly n professional. Some of the other lical pharmacies seem very suspicious if you look at things to long but not the case. They nearly always have the items I need in stock n what with the late opening times it ideal. Would highly recommend.

Really thankful. I hope this review does this place justice. All pharmacy around a 5 mile radius never had the drugs my dad needed after his post op. Thank god this place stocked it. If I had to choose a pharmacy to appear in a soap opera to capture a utopian set-up, it would have to be Wembley Pharmacy. For Anuja and Jigna their conduct may just be another day at the pharmacy, but their kindness; patience and friendliness makes all the difference in our lives. Many thanks.

Refused to issue prescription sent by doctor, thus compromising patient care. Went to Tesco pharmacy, and they ordered and issued the medication without delay. I was almost hospitalized because of this. When I told a different pharmacist about this, she was flabbergasted.

LOVELY PHARMACY! They always deliver medication on time, they are fast, always answering the phone, great communication and they even send you emails as well, they never give you the wrong MAR chart and the staff are the best! Never leaving you guys ever again

They are the best pharmacy in the land. I have crohns disease and without their help i would be suffering. They are friendly, patient, full of knowledge and ready to give awesome advice. Totally changed my life. Thank you so much. You guys are angels.

Dont buy from this pharmacy. They rip you off on off the shelf products! They sold me a package of Fybogel for £15 and i checked other pharmacy who were selling for £5.20!! went back to get money back and they refused refund! They should be audited

Good customer service and everyone is so friendly and helpful here !! They give genuine advice !! They also do pcr test, and you get your results pretty quick !. It's better than most pharmacies purely because of the customer service it provides !!

What a delightfully helpful pharmacy. Excellent hours for those who are usually still at work when most places close. They can organise repeat prescriptions for you, as well as deliveries and private prescriptions. Excellent service.

Fantastic service, Obviously a life saver with the late openning hours but most importantly the staff are lovely and knowledgeable. Thank you for the advice and reassurance..worth a lot more than the medication alone.

What a God send to find a pharmacy or chemist that is open late they are open early and close at 11pm the staff are lovely and kind to us customers. They even rang me about my electronic prescription.

Opening hours clearly stat 11pm close time on Saturday but they were closed by 10.30. I had just finished at hospital and needed to get meds. Now I will have to source another option on a Sunday.

Had a problem rang up. Ended up going there at 10pm. Absolutely brilliant. Very polite helpful ladies in there. so if you need an open late chemist go here open till 11pm jen
