OK this place needs to be shut down closed. The manager that you can tell that hes a very poor. Uneducated boy that does not happen know how to deal with the public very well I have never been to this location before. Never will ever go back and I DO NOT THINK I will PATRONIZE WENDY'S at any LOCATIONS AGAIN. I have paid for a meal I didn't get anything but to drink I asked for my fries to become right out of the date fryer they ref used they gave it to me cold They dropped the burger on the street ground in the parking lot They brought told me to pull up and they brought me hot fries but did not bring me my Burger. My burger is still laying over there on the floor on the ground In the drafter and no cars no cars nothing The manager rolled his eyes had a bad attitude He had to get his cook I guess younger spanish female To come help me They don't know how to deal with common humanity respect for disabled I felt discrimination against white not from that part of town. Disabled They refused to give me my Burger once they were giving me. My fries my burger sitting over there on the ground I could not get ahold of the corporate office that rang off the hook for over an hour. I called for an hour straight the phone just rang without hanging up. Anyway doesn't sound like anybody's in the corporate to take care of my issues. I've paid for a burger and I guess . discrimination 1 Against my disability. Taking well money and not providing the service. As humans we have the right to go into any business and paint youroduce that business without harassment. I was harassed and discrimination against my disability.. No Common courtesy ,respect Didn't get my Burger I asked for a refund? They didn't provide the refund so I took a picture of my food after having a fractured foot get now out of the vehicle and put in my food. That was on the ground up on there dropped your window. Take a picture of it and left

Man they r lucky in not a secret shopper-well i guess i am lol. Ok seriously here we go. Drive thru had 11 cars so i went inside. 1 person in front of me with none in front of them. Waited 7 mins till the guy came back to ask for their order they ordered quickly. They say down. The guy came back and forth 13times but he said 1 word to me. No please hang on no nothing. On the 13th time i said hey u think i can order he said ya ya I'll b right back. I could here 3 or 4 employees playing around and cursing so loud ppl in dining would turn and look every once in a while. There were 6 kids within ear shot. 1 parent got up n left. 6mins passed he said ok wat did u want? I said a lg chocolate frosty n inquired on how much a sm fry is n decided against since it was almost $3. (Ridiculous) He said ok total is i paid with a $5 bill. N off he went again after 5 mins i said umm is it gonna be much longer he said uh, well, ok no hang on I'll get it now. Literally 1 min later he slides me my frosty lid half on, n no other acknowledgment. N he was gone again. Without a word to the ppl after me. I just shook my head and said in passing to the man waiting ...good luck and u might want to cover ur lil boys ears. Ud think we werebin a bathroom with all these potty mouths. They'd make a sailor blush. He said oh ok thanks smiled and i left. 11 in drive thru vs 1 inside. I thought for sure I'd b in n out. Yeah right we left right behind the guy that had last entered the drive thru line wen it was walking inside. WtH...they need to fire all and hire all new. I'll take a job there n guarantee, kids won't have to have an adult just to come in and eat a kids meal. Worse service I've ever had in my 44 yrs on this earth. Pitiful excuse for "customer service"! I'd hate to see wat kinda manager they have. Scary thought huh!? I'd give -5 stars if i could!!!

This review is at least 12 years late, but here I am. Wendy's needs to know about my experience and about a woman who changed the dynamic of my family forever. My family decided to go to Wendy's on a Sunday afternoon. We were greeted by a lovely employee called Linda. She was extremely kind and it was kind of weird for me because I hadn't been greeted this nicely since ever. I was about 5 years old at that time. Since we were treated so nicely, we went again the next Sunday afternoon at the same time. Linda was there and we ordered the same meals and sat at the same table. She still talked to us so nicely. We followed this routine for the next 10 years. In my little kid mind Linda was part of my family. I had no idea who her family was or anything really, but I did know what car she drove. Once we parked, I looked for her car. I wanted to talk to her. She grew up with me. She cheered my sister and I on when we got A honor roll. She said we were going to grow up to be amazing people, just like our parents. She saw us, for us. Even though she could not talk to my parents because of the language barrier, I still felt the compassion. I never expected to make a friend as kind as Linda. In the end, we went to Wendy's because of Linda, not the food. I am not sure where she is now or if she will ever read this, but I am okay with that. I know great people like her, who are so compassionate to literal strangers, always get rewarded. Wendy's, thank you for hiring Linda. She boosted my self-esteem and was a pillar of my childhood.

Drive thru lady was RUDE. After waiting in line behind ONE car for maybe 10-15 minutes, I moved up to my place at the drive thru speaker. But I waited another few minutes before anyone even said anything. I stated I had a mobile order and the lady just said "Yeah I don't have it". I went on to explain I placed it online and said I paid for it. She finally repeated the name I gave her back to me and it was the completely wrong one. So I said my name again and she quickly replied she still didn't have it. Too quick of a response in my opinion if she was actually checking into it. So she questioned if I was even at the right address. I confirmed I was and she wasn't offering a solution at that point. She finally said to just pull through the drive through AGAIN and said to give it more time ?? Frustrated, I said no that I was already waiting in line and I just wanted my order at that point. So finally after all the back and forth I placed my order again. I pulled up to the window and I wasn't greeted or anything. She starts talking through her head set to another customer and she absolutely rude to them as well. While I'm waiting to at least be greeted, I look over and what I'm assuming is an employee (wearing regular clothes and no name tag) is putting fries in the boxes with his bare hands no gloves or anything. I will definitely not be revisiting this Wendy's. Rude, unprofessional, and unsanitary.

Waited 20 minutes in line. 3 people behind the counter. Manager told myself and the others in line that there would be a long wait due to being short staffed. She then went to drive thru and the orders went seemingly well and smooth from my vantage point 2nd in line. After 17 minutes in line, I called the manager over and asked how long realistically she thought the wait should be, that if I should go in my car to be served faster. She told me the people in drive thru are only ordering Frosties and nuggets. I knew this was a lie as I saw the staff preparing burgers and meals.i then asked, So like 15 minutes? 30 minutes..? I hope you don't have to wait that long, she replied. A guy man came thru the door to work and the line started to move. The girl who took my order was crying! I told her it's not her fault. She said this is every single Sunday, that she's stressed. I assured her it wasn't her fault and my order came very quickly. Sad how the priority was drive thru because of the order clock that the manager has to be accountable for. I feel bad for the staff and the manager is very wrongly placed into position as her care for customers time is non existent.

Been here 3x. Food is always low quality, stale and dry. Meat feels like it’s been cooked before and been sitting in a warmer for hours. Fries are stale and old taste like cardboard. This 3rd time of being there through drive thru, the drive thru cashier had no customer service skills and rude, at least the times I ate inside the workers had better customer service. I ordered a baconator plain and dry she repeated my order correctly and when asked for bbq sauce at the window I got an eye roll. I got the wrong burger in the bag with fries that were not even warm to the touch. My wife went inside to correct my order and came back with a burger not even made correctly with everything on it and cold meat and fries barely warm this time when she specifically asked for fresh made food. Tried calling to complain multiple times and no one would answer. I work across from them and you can only see two vehicles in parking lot and 1 in drive thru. Avoid this Wendy’s at all cost!

Very poor service!! Says they’re open til 1am, then why is it EVERY time I go between 10pm-12am they are ALREADY closed?!! They always shut off all lights & sign but employees can be seen walking around through window. We’ve banged on the window before & employees will ignore us. Last night, we arrive at 9:40pm to dine in and we were told we had to place our orders to go because they were going to close the dining room at 10pm. We placed the order to go and upon leaving noticed our order was incorrect. It took 15 mins to replace an order of fries. I asked for extra mayo on my burger & rather than remaking the sandwich, the manager threw in a cup of mayo. All the rest of my food was already cold at this point & manager did not offer any hospitality or apology. I really would like to know why they always shut down early but hang around inside. Milking the clock, maybe? Definitely will not return to this location. 607 SW military Dr.

There is nothing quite like real potato fries and a juicy burger! We don't often stop at Wendy's because there just are not any near us. Today, however, we stopped in looking for something different. We found it! They now have installed a freestyle-type soda machine, which I generally appreciate for the variety. This one is special though: it has mello yello zero soda! I will be looking for it on other soda dispensers now! The staff here are very friendly and eager to get your order just right. Wendy's is also doing a charity promotion right now that helps foster kids find adoptive families. For two bucks, you can get a keychain tag that will earn you a free junior frostee on each visit for all of 2018. (It's a great stocking stuffer gift, too!) It was a little trip down memory lane to summers outside and sodas from the corner store, dripping ice cream cones and bicycles. The "good ol' days" aren't that far gone after all!

Do not order from here using grubhub Uber or doordash. I ordered 3 biggie bags on grubhub expecting the nuggets burgers fries and drink I spent 25$ for the bags and the delivery fee plus tip. I ended up with 3 small cheeseburgers and that was it!! The driver even tried to show them hey this is what they ordered and paid for and wendys refused to give it to them stating to the driver that we didn't pay for that even after the driver showed them the order on his screen! So for my dinner for me and my family I got 3 cheeseburgers in total. Thanks for nothing wendys. Oh and by the way it's pointless trying to call them and say something no one answers the phone and after 5 mins of it ringing it goes to a mailbox.

The service here was horrible. They had Joanne running lobby cashier and this employee is the most disrespectful I have experienced at a Wendy's. First of all she don't acknowledge the customers at all. Then we asked her a question about having fresh sweet tea in the back because there was none in the lobby and she said only whatever is there with an attitude and walked away. We gave her the money and she gave us the change and didn't put gloves. Went straight to serve our fries and nuggets and when I tried to tell her what she did wrong she answers a personal phone call and was laughing on the phone which is also not allowed to do. They need to really speak with her about being more of a people person and to learn to acknowledge the customers.

Food was cold. Also was not not correct. Specifically asked for certain condiments on each burger and they didn't get it right. Drinks were not filled to top and was not given a receipt. Total spent was 25.31 for an unsatisfactory order. We went for dinner because we wanted a hot meal and didn't want to cook at home. Granted it was drive thru but usually the food will stay hot till we make it home. I'm 100% certain the manager or his employees would have not eaten our order. The puzzling thing is that we were the second car in line. There were several employees making the orders but couldn't do a satisfying job. This location did not provide satisfactory services.

So I ordered the baconator meal which is one of my favorite burgers...when I received my burger it was good n hot but something was off then abot 3 bites into it I noticed the problem only one layer of bacon 3 strips...it's supposed to come with 2 layers 6 strips. I didn't complain because I was about half way done.. but I did mention it to the young man that took my order.. he told me I was shorted because they are probably short on bacon and trying to conserve. This is bad management n stealing of customers. I paid near $10 for this meal I could of saved a little by ordering just a regular double n add a single order of bacon which they gave me or none at all if they were honest.

I stopped at this Wendy’s after a hard day at work and ordered just a single but lady said can’t just get a sandwich has to be combo so I went to get my food and after telling her I wanted s large tea she gave me a medium. I told her I ordered a large tea and the girl ululate snapped and said it would be 69 cents. I had no problem with paying for her mistake, but her attitude was terrible! If my child had an attitude like that with a customer I’d ground them for a year! I will never stop at this Wendy’s again. This girl needs an attitude adjustment and she practically threw my change at me! Hate poor attitudes! Calling corporate first thing in the morning!

Unprofessional KIDS working. One chick was complaining and cussing talking about the drive-thru customers. Then Jeremy (pictured) was messing up the flow of work by not dropping fries and by giving away orders to the wrong people. He needs to be drug tested because he was not acting like he was mentally present. He spoke to a customer about my frostys and the guy said he hadn’t even ordered yet and instead of taking the guys order, he just ditzyly walked away. The customer ended up leaving without ever being properly addressed. They also do not greet customers until 5+ minutes later. 1/1/22 5pm

Not the greatest experience at this location. Customers waiting for there meals began getting impatient after 30 mins of waiting. Manager on duty was not entering orders in the system correctly. No paper to print Receipts. Staff was not very friendly or apologetic that Customers were waiting longer than expected. Or over looking some of us waiting to order. Hopefully the the Management team can receive some much need training or free fresher course on customer service and keeping inventory up to date.

Just left. This place is Awful! Stay away! I waited a total of 45 mins for a refund. Made me wait over 30mins for my food after asking twice for it. They forgot about me in drive thru. Had me drive around twice and still didn’t bring out my food. I finally had to block someone in drive thru to get their attention. I didn’t have shoes on or I would’ve gotten off the car. Then the manager comes out and doesn’t even apologize to me at all and acted all petty by refunding me $12.99. Not $13 but actually counted out the 99 cents. After what I went thru?? Wow. Petty as hell! That place is a joke! Don’t go there!! Avoid!!

I usually dont come to this location but because i had to pick up my perscriptions at HEB i gave it a shot.. I would have given it a 5 star if my order was correct i order 2 junior bacon cheese burgers and neither of them came with bacon. But the fact that Bertha the manager on duty had a contagious smile I'll over look it, they were nice and courteous and i of course didnt look at my burgers until i got home.

I would have reviewed a better rating however drive thru forgot items in my order. I tried calling twice when I got home and noticed things were missing but no answer of course. They are always forgetting something. I just want what I order smh. Second review 07/30/20 DO NOT COME HERE. CHUBBY BLONDE MANAGER IS RUDE WHEN YOU ASK FOR WHAT YOU PAID FOR AND LIKES TO RAISE HER VOICE AT YOU THEN TRIES TO KEEP YOUR RECEIPT AFTER SHE ASKS TO SEE IT TO VERIFY YOUR ORDER WHEN THEY CAN PULL IT UP ON SCREEN STILL BECAUSE YOURE AT THE WINDOW. I WAS NEVER THAT BAD WORKING THERE WITH JULIE AND MEL AND THE GUY MANAGERS.

I know it's a fast food restaurant but, the cashier was in a hurry and placed my order when I specifically asked what came on a specific burger! I did not order that burger and you could tell she got upset. Also there were no straws or napkins, I told the cashier and she kinda argued with me that they were there next to the drinks and another customer jumped in and said ,"no, there are none!". The cashier did not apologize, she just said "oh" and gave us some from the counter she was at!!! Horrible customer service!

I went the other day, placed a big order for a few of us for lunch . Waited . Drove through to pay , they hand me my drinks , which I almost started drinking btw, THEN proceed to tell me they are only accepting cash today . Like you couldn’t tell me that BEFORE I ordered ?!! Then asked me for the drinks back . I wish I would’ve thrown them . It was a manager who did this also . Don’t even know why I gave them another chance after giving mer FROZEN nuggets once. Get new management that’s taken customer service classes next time .

The staff was very friendly, but the food and service was overall disappointing. Our order wasn't called when it was ready. It was left on the counter. So our burgers and fries were mostly cold or cooling by the time we ate them. The drink machine was out of most drinks, even Dr Pepper. The food tasted old on top of being cold. And it looked like there was part of a roach leg on the bottom of my burger bun. I have nothing negative to say about the staff I interacted with. Very friendly and polite. But the overall experience made me want to never return to this location.

Staff wasn't rude but not polite either, just there, exisiting. Seems like a lot of places are switching to these digital drink dispensars with all these options and flavor add ins. Usually all the extras are empty/not available so not surprised to find thats the case here as well. Food was....well it was food. Everything was barely warm, my burger in particular was decently pink and not cooked through. Chili was the best thing ordered.

Normally we're ok with this location. I think we've had a couple of items missing here and there that I had to drive back for. Tonight, however, we were a tinge disappointed. Sure, it may be a miniscule reason, but it's a pretty big reason why we get the item. We ordered two SOUR CREAM and chive potatoes. Two things that come with the potato: sour cream, and chives. When we got home, we realized there were no sour cream packets whatsoever for either of our potatoes. Again, not a big reason, just surprising how one of the most important ingredients wasn't even given.

Need to train their people, these kids lack basic human skills let alone customer service. This is why they should not raise minimum wage. They can"t smile, greet or say please or thank you. 4 cars in the drive thru, took about 20 minutes. I watched them pack my 2 chili's and 2 frosties with Zero sense of urgency. A full 5 minutes just to get 2 chili's in a bag. I won't even get started on how painful it was to watch them put a lid on everything. I said thank you, nothing, said thank you again, nothing. I said thank you a third time and got a barely audible, yeah.

Decided to come here after having the worst service and treatment at the popeyes just down the street. And wouldn't you know it? The worst burger I've ever had at a Wendys. It was grease on the outside of the bun. The bread was soggy like the burger had been pre-made. The toppings were not even fresh. And there was some sort of sauce on it that was not supposed to be there. The fries were cold and about every 3 fries there were old burnt black crispy fries in there. And I didn't receive a receipt.I see why the food trucks get so much business in this area.

They were so slow sat for 10 minutes in drive thru got out of line and went inside only to wait another 32 minutes just to get a small chili and baked potato. Never had such slow service there. Guy doing burgers acted like he was in slow motion and same for girl working drive thru only guy doing job was guy at register. He took orders and worked fries and putting orders in bag trying to get stuff out faster. He kept apologizing to customers all standing there waiting for orders. Felt sorry for him he looked so frustrated.

Good location, pretty good food. The 4 for 4 deals are a real bargain, and the staff is mostly OK, maybe a bit slow at times. Could use more handicapped parking. I never give fast food more than 4 stars, so 3 is good. Update: 3 out of my last 4 visits their dining room soda machine has been either totally out of all flavors, out of several of the most popular flavors, and/or out of ice. Twice the ketchup dispensers were empty. Please pay as much attention to good service for dining room customers as you do drive-through.

My experiences at this fast food restaurant have been great each time. All the employees work hard to carry out the important tasks of handing out fresh food to the customers everyday in a timely manner. There is one employee especially whom needs to be noticed for her dedication and loyalty to the team. Olivia L. Which operates at the drive thru window always greets the customers with a bright smile and her professionalism and respect.

I made a mobile order and paid for it in the app to avoid lines because I was in a hurry. I get to throw restaurant and tell them I had a paid mobile order. The first guy that I told that to said he didn’t know what I was talking about so he called another person. The other person tells me I have to stand in line and wait. I finally get to the register and still had to wait for them to prepare my order. Not to mention their sticky floors. Upper management needs to train them more and upkeep the restaurant

Ordered the apple pecan salad with chicken and the blue cheese was absolutely disgusting. It was completely not edible. It tasted like I was eating plaster off of a drywall. Don’t ask me how I know how that tastes. It should have never been served to the public! Asked the drive-thru attendant directly for southwest avocado salad dressing and she stated it was in the bag; it was not. Baconator with no bun was alright, but I received zero condiments or plastic ware.

When speaking on the intercom the girls (because more than one came on) was very rude.

0/5 Stars if possible...I orders I ask for are very simple. Yet every single time Wendy's does not fail to disappoint. From forgetting an item, rude employees, or double charging us. I have not gone to this location and have had a easy time. This past experience was my last and both of the south side locations. Alternately, the North side location and the McCreless Mall locations are much higher overall quality.

I ordered (2) 4 for 4s & a biggie bag , the food was cold , they forget all of the barbecue sauce for our nuggets, they practically had no fountain drinks I asked for a lemonade neither did they have that, they forgot our nuggets , one of my fry orders there was one nugget at the bottom and I called so I can speak to a manager and out of the six times I called the phone was never answered nor did it ring

Drive thru Employee's need Hearing Aids. Twice I've gotten my order Wrong and it's a Simple Order. A #1with Mustard instead of Mayonnaise or Ketchup. I get a cheese burger with No Veggies on it. So I call when I get home and open my order and it's wrong. So I call 3 times and there to busy playing around that the MABAGER OR LEAD are to Busy to ANSWER the PHONE. WHAT KIND OF BUISNESS ARE THEY RUNNING??!!

Fat Man was at the Register with No Name Tag. I think he was the Manager. Never said Hi I'll be right with you or Nothing. Stood there waiting for 15mins . Just End up Walking Out and Went to Jack in the Box. They have the Worst Service Ever!! Never will I go back to That Restaurant!! Need Better Customer Service !!!

They took them a long my time to take our order. When we finally got our order everything was cool. Took the fry's back for hot to one's. I finish my cold hamburger & cold nuggets & still had to get up again to get my fries. They were still not ready cause they were filling all the drive through first. Finally got the fry's now hot they were Great. We'll never go back again. May just for the freezes.

Very unprofessional employees. Drove up as shift change was happening and people behind me people were honking. Not my fault. Then lady employee proceeded to tell me once again that there was a shift changed and that why the f*** was i honking In which it was not me but the people behind me. . Worse experience. I drove off. I did not feel like arguing with unpleasant people. Never returning again.

There is only two good things I can sadly say about this location. The dining area is clean and neat. And the cashier linda is nice and friendly. Unfortunately that is all that can be said to be good. The soda machine was out of 90% of the options it had listed. The food was cold and unsatisfying. Portions were smaller then I expected for the money I paid. And a note to bus drivers no discounts.

The shake machine was not working. Womp wommp! The chili was really good but for some reason not on the menu board. The cheaper burger is a joke. I mean for a toddler, I suppose. The patty was so small that those burgers really should be one dollar.

This is the first time I can recall a burger not looking like it had been hammered or thrown together. It was neatly put together it was hot it looked and taste fresh. Ji don't usually expect much service with today's youth but kid working register with gold nugget earrings was a professional and respectful. I only rated this 4 stars because I don't care for the the majority of their menu items. I do like their baked potatoes and their chili. This Wendy's is always clean and has excellent customer service. Their restrooms are always spic and span. Many,many people that I know LOVE their menu! So this isn't a bad review... I'm just picky when it comes to fast food.

Worse place! No greeting, just "I'll be right with you" and after a five minute wait and a "hello" from me "I'll be right with you" is repeated without an "I'm sorry" or anything. Is it our current generation or lousy management that is causing these inconsiderate employees!?! Stay away and go to Whataburger or stay home and make a sandwich. Wendy's is trash.

Oh my goodness...the store is so not taken care of. The teas are out and the tea pots are dripping all over the counter and floors. Making them extreemly sticky. The soda machine has maybe 6 things available out of all the selections on the machine .poor management then they gave our food to the wrong person and we had to wait longer for burnt strips ..ugh

Constantly having issues with this Wendy's and thier delivery service . Not the delivery driver fault but Wendy's always forgets items in my order and then makes you contact the delivery service as though it was thier fault for missing items when order was placed directly through your app ! Don't order delivery here save yourself the headache.

Cashier and manager gave me attitude when i told them there was no ice or drinks in the dine in area. How unprofessional for a manager to act in that manner. Now that it's the only one on the southside(SE military to sw military and barlite stretch). service, orders not fulfilled correctly, phone line always busy.. to handle complaints. I'd suggest BABES burgers and whataburger over this joint...

Wendy's Hamburgers are not what they used to be. Still Wendy's. Nothing has changed other than some menu items. There's plenty to choose from. Burgers are a bit small but the 4 for $4 is pretty good when you're on a budget. Bacon was cold but the rest was fine. Fries were cool so they'd been sitting there. Nuggets...well..are nuggets.
