Why it's so difficult to book 60 + Excercise for Thursday 1.45 /2. 45pm Since I'm a regular member I should be able to book 4 weeks slots. I have a health condition and need to do this Excercise regularly. I will appreciate if you can please reply to my concern. And solxe this request. Thank you

Be aware that if you go to the library at the moment you will need to drop your books off and come back another day to pick up new ones unless you already have spare space on your ticket. The books you return are in quarantine for three

Extremely upset at the unfriendly reception I received from the library 'operative' and only hope it won't happen again on my next visit next week. The security guard was a gentleman as always, however.

It was supposed to be open but I could not get in because I did not have a card or app. The website ought to say that one of these is required.
