Called to book which was great, they called to check how far away we were that was also good, altho not really a fan of being given a small guilt trip because we going to arrive after he clocked off meaning he'd have to do overtime... (Lock box?) Anyway, we arrived right on the knocker of 6pm, he showed us the room. On 1st entrance was lovely, obviously recently had some work done. But whilst staying numerous things could do with more attention & due to it looking unfinished, I'll be emailing them my recommendations. A few pet hates when staying somewhere tho are: dirty glasses, out of date milk, a table top ironing board where U have to move appliances to reach a power point, super thin doona covers that don't fit or are not finished being put on, & no spare blankets, old used sponges & flat pillows. However we did love the fresh paint, spacious rooms with beds for all, curtains covered the windows appropriately, looked great inside, fresh bathroom feels (needs a step to get into the shower tho, bit high...), easy to get to from highway & checking & checkout a breeze. Thanks guys, will prob be back, my boys enjoyed themselves, I just get a list going as I've been in the industry & love to help ppl improve for future business to keep coming back & reviews to improve

They have one, two, and three bedroom Cabins. There's also a public laundry on sites that you can use during open hours. They supply basics upon arrival, tea, coffee, and small individual milk containers. Bedding is also supplied. Towels are also supplied and can be changed as often as necessary. Room clean every week for long stayers. In the one bedroom/studio, there is one average sized TV, wall mounted, wall heater/AC plus extra portable oil heater, double bed plus single bed. Kettle, toaster, microwave, and bar fridge. There's everything you need.. Theres no Vacancys a lot of the time, so they are definitely doing something right. Friendly staff is always a welcomed Bonus!!! It is a basic motel, its pretty old, flooring is carpet, personally only because I'm a bit of a germ a phobe - they could replace the carpets in the room I was in. My opinion once again could be floor boards or lino make it easier to keep clean (in saying this itnwould make the rooms.much colder) Other than my personal discrepancy, above all, it is well priced for the accommodation they offer.

This is budget accommodation. Make sure you understand what type of cabin you are booking. Pictures relate to newer ones. We were in an older style. Proprietor was very obliging and gave us early access to our cabin. Facilities are very basic - kettle, tea and coffee, cups and one glass, microwave, small fridge, hairdryer and iron. Small eating table. What's missing - toaster, cutlery (other than one teaspoon), bathroom toiletries (other than bars of soap). Free Wi-Fi available. So come prepared.

They do not clean linen here and when confronted with this fact, I was challenged but I've worked in the cleaning of motels industry and was appointed manager rather rapidly so I know a conversation job when staring at me... Well I was given one lousy single sheet Not two and not a clean Doona and no clean pillow case was included and when I interjected there's two dirty sheets and a pillow case that's equally contaminated with other people's festy fluids and who knows what else etc I was ignored and dismissed Utter filthy crumb bum scumbags

For what I paid for it was the Worst of all, needed somewhere to rest for few hours from 9:30am to 5:30 pm the same day. Microwave not working, no utensils what so ever, no plates nothing but couple of small milk in the fridge. The mattress was hard a rock you can feel the spring on your back it was not what I expected me n hubby had no rest at all the bed was very uncomfortable. All this cost me $110 I wished I tried elsewhere before I picked this one. but lesson learnt never again!!

If i could rate zero i would. I was there for 1 hr before deciding to treck it home, the place was like a dog kennel, dirty pillows and one didnt even have a case, was noisey and certain people that reside there was um wow..... i would of been awake all night worried about car, so chose to drove 1 hr home after the zoo visit.... thos place should never be stayed at, and the guy when dropped key in box was the weirdest looking seedy guy....

Room had everything provided that was well working will appreciate if they had a ironing. Stand and iron but any ways they did had a public laundry area just next to it so that's another plus point

MY INTERACTION WITH RECEPTION Had some junkie banging on door asking to be let in.. Reply: what do u want us to do about it? We've already decided we can't extend your stay.. <= I didn't ask for any extension of stay just wanted to let them know about an intruder On the premises I then asked for a couple extra towels so my missus could dry her hair.. Reply: No u can't have extra towels you're given 2 that's enough

Worse hotel in west. Irresponsible receptionists, serving guests with no accountability. How can someone can cancel accommodation without notice 5 mins prior to check-in, for no valid reason and give the room to someone else. Selling rooms for two people at the same time, and ditching people on the road. reporting this to Consumer action law centre of Victoria.

Live and dead bugs on floor and bed then ceiling and us! 24/7 onsite cafe closed all weekend from 1pm. Maintenance and gardrening make this 1920s style place seem older and totally understandable ? Stayed in a cabin for 1 night. It was neat and clean, with adequate heating/cooling and the quality was very decent for the price. The front desk was friendly and very helpful. The only down side was that the bed was very hard but I otherwise enjoyed my stay.

Rang to try and get accommodation, but because he could not guarantee us accommodation I was also looking elsewhere when he found out he was very very rude, he told us he would not bother even continuing to look for a cabin for us as we were also looking elsewhere. Never even stayed there but I will NOT be recommending this place to anyone.

Been coming here for over a decade, the memories that I have are amazing and I have many! It's a perfect place for a chill night and for a good night (if you know what I mean) I highly recommend this motel! ❤️

Called to check for availability, a gent called Christopher picked up - questioned why am I enquiring for a 3 weeks stay. Advised that I work for a client with disability and she is looking for a place to stay for a 3 weeks. Straightaway say "no vacancy" in the rudest manner.

Cheap and nasty describes this motel. Room was dirty and smelly. Mattresses and chairs were badly stained, pillows were flat as a pancake and bathroom sink was stained with something red. Mattress's were so old the springs could be felt and sheets didn't look like they had been changed. Will not return yuck!!!

Photos of the place are very different. The rooms are have the absolute bare minimum ie; not one plate, glass or any sort of cutlery. Blinds are held together with staples. The whole place is super run down.

It's the best staff are really friendly sand kind they have manners and have alot of respect they help you straight away when u ask for it or need it I have been caming and going to this motel for years and have never had problems and know I'm still here for a while I love it

Friendly staff, poky size rooms, but comfy , has launderette, near freeway so can get to city n other parts of Melbourne easy n quickly reasonably priced. Good place to stay for cheap night out, or bridging between places

Freezing cold weather and the thinnest bed spread ever on bed and NO BLANKETS Sheets icy cold. Froze all night! Pretty run down unit. I stayed there as a long distance trucker so my employer choose it. Not for me!

Staff are rude, mattress on the floor , mold in the shower. Old food on floor near table, hair all over the floor in the bathroom. Dirtiest place I have ever stayed. $120 a night to stay in pure filth.

Good comfy cabin at 36. Park roads need attention a little run down. Shower was great everything worked and bed was Good. A little pricey for a cabin I thought $110 per night. $80 to $90 more fairer.

Plaster in room badly patched. Milk in fridge frozen. Beds hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom dirty and oudated and water damage evident. Planes noisy and constantly flying overhead.
