Недотримання правил робочого стандарту. Зверхне ставлення до клієнтів. Неадекватна, непривітлива , зверхня поведінка жінки яка працювала в пост офісі 02.12.2023 року. В графіку роботи написано,що вони зачиняються о 14.00. Я прийшла о 13.40,вона була ще в пост офісі,але обслужити мене відмовилась. Сказала приходіть в понеділок,я попросила щоб вона увійшла в мою ситуацію. Мені їхати до цього пост офісу 1годину 30хвилин,нащо вона росміялась мені в обличчя. Це твої проблеми я вже зачинена,я показала її графік роботи,і що ще немає часу для закриття пост офісу. Але її було всерівно,вона розвернулась і пішла. Сказавши,що це ваші проблеми,я хотіла просто забрпти свою БРПІ картку,щоб піти працювати. А тепер я змушена знову тратити цілий день на поїздку,і невиходити на роботу. Через цю особу,я втрачаю гроші, і навіть робрту,таму що я в понеділок мала іти на роботу, а без БРПІ,я не зможу вийти на роботу. Я також буду писати в ХОМ ОФІС,щоб більше не працював з цим пост офісом. Люди мають великі проблеми через їхне відношення до клієнтів.

Be prepared for your post to go missing. Every single envelope I have ever posted at West Croydon Post Office has gone missing - after placing each in the sack attached to the wall, as instructed (and which I was repeatedly informed works just like a post box). These items never did arrive at the destinations that they were intended for (even small-sized birthday cards). In addition, no institution/body is wanting to take accountability for this, nor can offer me any explanation whatsoever as to where these items are. You'll do well to avoid this store. Meanwhile, when posting via other means, I have never, ever had an issue with post going missing (i.e. when I have sent post via street post boxes or other post office buildings, things have always gone smoothly in my experience).

Wouldn't accept a parcel as large letter even though all the measurements and weight was correct as of the size of large letter ended up having to pay extra for a small parcel. Still wouldn't accept it Wouldn't be surprised if someone burns down the place. Definitely won't step foot in there again hopefully the place shuts down. Needs to be !! Literally the worst post office next to Norbury post office. The staff are rude. They try and overcharge you for every item you send. I.e they will try and send your Large Letter as a Small packet which is £2/3 more and they do this every week. I always use couriers and only use this shop when I absolutely have to and never leave happy. Dont trust this shop for business. They suck

This post office is located in West Croydon and it's timings are 10 to 5 on every working day. I recently used this store for converting the old currency into new one and for sending the Corona samples for testing. I was really impressed by the services provided. Highly recommended.

Too often they have quoted me the price for a 'small parcel' even though the dimensions were suited for 'large letter'. The difference in cost here is £2 - £3. Eventually got fed up and have since started calculating and paying for all my postage needs online without any issues.

the young Muslim worker behind counter woz rude (as he wonted to know what woz inside parcel I woz tryin to send first class) I asked a poast man and he said he had no right to ask , so it looks like they might be stealing your poast or just picking on us white English people

Grubby and dishevelled affair, looked like place hadnt been cleaned for sometime, judging from other reviews the whole business needs to sharpen up its act. I wont revisit as the nearby Mitcham Road and Main Post Offices are much better

Wrong information on website, They don't take biometrics enrollment so don't waste your precious time. And still no apologies because they are not Ashamed of providing wrong information.

Within walking distance from the West Croydon bus and rail station, on London road, the West Croydon post office serves the local area. There is an ATM available 24-7.

It's not a big post office, more like a corner shop but you can get the essential post office related things; stamps, envelopes, stationery etc

One week they do Amazon Label less returns and the next they don't. Use the main post office on the high street if you can.
