[Update] 3 years ago I gave this post office a 3 stars, mainly because of the person serving was incredibly rude and efficient-less. This has now changed and the couple of people I have interacted with in the last few months have really been lovely and helpful. Thanks! [Old comment] One of the guy you can find behind the counter probably thinks that being rude makes him more efficient. The truth is that it just makes him rude. The others are nice (and efficient).
I admit, I have had smooth experiences on all occasions I went to this post office. It's so handy having it near my new home. However, there is something that feels very wrong about it being established in an active church building. Reminds me of Jesus and the vendors in the Temple. He didn't respond well to that in the bible, wonder how he'd feel about the huge play area, coffee shop and post office taking up most of this beautiful place of worship??
Lovely staff, (no one rude as far as my experiences have been)... I don’t know how they cope with the excited din from the crèche though. There are no ‘money lenders’ or shady deals going on in the church building but a lovely community under one roof; so I would have thought that JC wouldn’t take offence at that.
This is my go-to Post Office if I need something done right (e.g. sending official documents, sending something with value). Everything I have sent from here arrived, arrived on time and in one piece (contrary to the one close-by in Kilburn - avoid that one, go here instead). Danny is absolutely great!
Rejected a Royal Mail delivery to a Royal Mail Post office for collection, due to a "lack of space." Had no course of action what to do next - pointless seeming I chose this option to avoid it being sent back. The staff were nice but seemed overwhelmed packed into a tiny corner of a church.
The worst customer service EVER!!!!! every time i have Problem with them cause they Dont find the Parcel or they cant search the Parcel Number mannually... they forced me to contant dpd to see wthats happening (btw this is their Job). also they are EXTREAMLY RUDE to me.
Please update your website to say that your are now closed and not open all day on Saturday's. Very, very frustrating when you make a special journey to find out your shut. Same for the one on Mill Lane too. Both say they are open. =(
I did not use the post office section as this is a great community hub with a children's play area, cafe, gift shop and post office inside the church. Great place for parents to meet for a coffee while the kids play.
Small post office in a corner shop advertised to open early but the reality is too good to be true. It opens at 9am as most of the rest PO. Good news is they have a printer/photocopier that saved me a lof of hassle.
Tracey and Chris were super helpful in aiding me to post a friends suit (not 'sweet') to York, all this whilst managing a busy Xmas queue, thanks so much guys - whatever they're paying you you deserve a raise!
It was exceptional. Not the first post office I tried today. The others were understaffed and overwhelmed. This one was efficient and friendly. Beautiful setting as well. All post offices should be this way!
One star for loud music at 09:00 It’s shame as everything else so good but music was to annoying for this early morning in church/post office. Whoever plays the music this loud should be sacked. …
Great! At times where there are queues of 10-20 people at branches in Cricklewood Broadway and Kilburn High Road, there has been no queue here at all. Staff all very on-the-ball and professional.
Excellent customer service by the whole team in that branch... Went for passport application, all my details where filled in correctly and they processed it very quickly within 5 minutes...
I went to send a package at the post office and was surprised by the kindness and patience showed by the staff. Everyone was smiling and efficient! Made the postage process delightful.
This office is located inside an old church. They have great working hours and efficient staff. It has been amazing discovering this peculiar place just buying a stamp.
Usually not much of a queue but some of them are a bit incompetent finding packages for click and collect and they close up 10 minutes before the actual closing time.
A post office in a church. English speaking unstressed staff and no queues when I went at 5pm. I dread having to go to a post office but this one is great.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The post office is located inside the church. There are envelopes, stamps, cards and many more that you can buy an extra.
Awesome place, where you can get a coffe, let your kids play, post mail and get an absolution at the same time! Highly recommended experience.
I live nearby The staff well trained and friendly also polite The service is super The church, post office, coffee shop and soft play area
Bit lost but found it inside the church. Staff were helpful and working hard to try and get everyone's post away.
My favourite place to post, the staff are fast and efficient and friendly and the setting is really beautiful.
Don’t use this post office as they prioritise returns if you need to use Royal Mail services use Cricklewood
Queued for 50m with a cashier spare choosing to sticker packages instead of attending to the queue.
Despite RM website saying they do, this post office doesn’t print QR codes for pre paid labels.
One of my favorite, helpful post offices. Also attached to a cafe and cool shopping shelves.
Wonderful Post Office set in a church. There's a cafe and kids play centre there too.
Nice when I have been however allow extra time before close as they shut doors early.
Почта, кафе, детская площадка и магазин сувениров в Католической церкви. Действующей
Post office website says it is open. But it is closed! No tel number anywhere.
Always great service and helpful staff, plus you can grab a coffee there
Really nice post office in a church but there is usually a long queue.
the post office seems always very busy as there are no self counters.
Excellent service from friendly staff in beautiful church surrounding
I love the church within this center, so welcoming and peaceful
Friendly efficient staff for an upwardly bland area.
Its worth going in just to see the beautiful church!
Fantastic! Great staff, very friendly ❤️ …
Staff are so friendly and helpful! Amazing!!!
Great service , staff very lovely and helpful
Only one counter open for a very busy area.
The staff here are friendly and helpful.
Small post office inside the church.
