Hello this was my very first visit so l didn't know exactly what to expect. Just a routine cleaning. To my surprise, the receptionist quickly informed me l had missed several pages of questionnaire. I was delighted that she jockingly informed me your almost done but you still have to complete three pages. After this, l was quickly wisked away by the Hygienist. Martha well informed me from inception to the end that she would x-ray me and clean my teeth and polish them once done. At first the x-ray machine failed to work but she spoke with someone and they decided to give it another try. She still apologized for the inconvenience. Low and behold the second time it worked. She guided me through a series of uncomfortable positions putting the mouth piece in. she continued working and sharing me stories of an up coming cruise. We definitely found common ground. She continued working and cleaning. She again informed me she was almost done. She was utterly amazing and her temperament was sheer delightful and professional. She made me wish l had made the dental appointment sooner. Well done Martha well done! The Dentist Dr Mann came in and welcome me full of positive energy and got right to the point. He informed me l had some bone loss and would eventually lose my tooth and quickly advised me he could do implants to offset the repositioning of my teeth. He made me feel so comfortable better than my previous dentist. Thank you guys for the personal care. I will definitely stay with you guys and l will certainly refer others. You guys have gone above and beyond to educate me and make me feel welcome. Love the toothpaste, toothbrush and dental floss. Nice touch! Rating . A++

I always know I'm going to get the best care at West Mall Dental Group. And not just from my fabulous hygienist Alida (most gentle touch ever!) but everyone else who works to support this practice. Dr. Mann is not only an extremely good Dentist but he's fair and honest and keeps up with all the latest technology and processes. Irene makes you feel like she's your own personal admin person and Laverne is always pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend this practice!!

Dr Stanley Mann is phenomenal! He was able to get me the look I wanted after my teeth drifted due to lack of wearing retainers during pregnancy. His team is also just as awesome! They are kind, soft spoken and pay close attention to detail. I felt like family going over for my appointments. This was my second visit. The first was nearly 2 years ago. In both cases the staff was able to get me a appointment very quickly. Everyone was very polite. The doctor made me feel very comfortable. I have another appointment in a weeks time and am looking forward to it. If you are looking for a family dentist. Or perhaps not happy with your current dentist. My family and I have been going to Dr. Mann for 25 years. He is absolutely fantastic. Laverne, Irene, Kim Laurelle, Nellie and Sandra are all wonderful, caring, compassionate, understanding and have amazing client patient etiquette. I highly recommend them and have to many. Dr. Mann is blessed and fortunate to have these amazing women on staff.

Dr Mann is the best dentist ever! I’ve had a few different dentists over the past few decades due to my moving to different cities. He always delivers the best advice & has excellent skill.
