Always do your own adding up of items. Went and purchased a variety of baked goods on Tuesday and just noticed on my bank statement 23.50 and it should have only been 19.50… and she said 19.50 when I went to pay. The staff are really rude too, no hello, no thank you no basic customer service. I would rather go elsewhere and pay a little more and give my money to someone who genuinely wants to serve their customers. Quite appalled when I saw my statement, there is no way this was a accident

Comparison to other Asian bakeries conclusion: Their goods are beautifully made and the bread is perfect. Never had any bread or sweets that were bad. I do feel however, in my own opinion, need to keep up with how the Asian bakeries sell their goods. They need to bring their prices into line, if they did, they would definitely double their current business profits instead of per item pricing, which I feel is hefty compared to bulk buying and their cost effectiveness is lacking.

I just have bad experience at the shop. Straight after I had their ham bread I had a really bad diarrhoea, just runny one. Everything out of tummy, sit for 10 min in toilet and still have sore tummy. I didn't eat breakfast at all and had normal big one yesterday so can't blame on anything I ate before. I will never get back to this place again. If you lucky sometimes you don't have diarrhoea, but if it's bad luck, u would be same like me.

I’ve only had the crispy pork roll here and I can tell you it is the best one I’ve ever had. I’ve tried many other places but this one is the most authentic, crispiest pork, crispiest roll and the right amount of ingredients. For someone looking for banh mi specifically this is your place.

the food tasted so good, for a vegetarian to beg to add extra veg and cheese to a bun, is worst customer service i have experienced. great food, but be ready to be insulted.

One of the better Banh Mi you can get in the West. They do the baguette right unlike a lot of places. One thing I'd add is you probably want to bring or get a bag. The banh mi soaks through the paper bag almost instantly.

I used to be happy with the bread, but stopped buying last year, because it did not keep as long as loaves usually do, and going from $2.80 to $3.40 in less than 4 months is pretty steep.
