I have been coming to Westcliff Family Dentistry for several years and have always been very pleased with the entire experience. The front office was always welcoming and friendly and the hygienists were personable and friendly. At todays 6 month cleaning, something was different. When I walked in I was greeted with “Do you have an appointment?” The front office was cold, and made continued comments about the text message they sent yesterday and how I did not fill out the forms. Within 5 minutes of walking in I could feel my pulse rising and it was incredibly uncomfortable. When checking out, I was told my husband has a balance, and they could not really explain to me where the balance was coming from. I asked, and was given a print out. I was told that it is from a claim for a visit from over a year ago, that was just reprocessed when the new office staff started in February. After asking more questions it appears they have done an out with the old and in with the new, but the new leaves something to be desired. The old office manager was literally the reason why we kept coming back, because he was warm and friendly and made every appointment less stressful. The dentist himself is very nice and I always feel like I’m in good hands, but you’re only as good as your front office. I will not stay with a provider if their front office is unprofessional. Eta 7/18/23- I increase my rating to 4 stars due to Dr.Kazmi calling me personally and apologizing for my experience.

Thursday 7-14-22 Another great visit! Meet Jesse he was awesome, explaining everything he was doing and seeing while cleaning my teeth. The staff here is above friendly and utmost professionals. I brought my grand kids here for the initial visit and cleaning, they tend to apprehensive about fetal visit, they left not afraid Great job everyone!! Monday 3-14-23 another 5 star visit at Westcliff Dentistry, today I had a crown put on. That may not seem all that exciting however this was because they have a new machine that takes a 3D image of the tooth they are going to work on, then they are able to create a complete mold of the tooth right there during my appointment. I loved it because they didn’t have to put that nasty tasting paste in my mouth to make a mold then they would send it off to make the crown then you come back in about 2 weeks for them to put it on. Bravo on getting everyone done in one visit, especially since I live just outside of Austin. I highly recommend Westcliff Dentistry you will receive the best professional services and they are truly committed to making your experience one that doesn’t scare you away!!! I came in for annual dental exam. The hygienist started a periodontal cleaning without my permission. (Meaning the scheduler made this appointment without my knowledge). It was only after I asked the hygienist "what are you doing"??? Then she explained, she was doing a deep clean. (Prior to the deep clean she ask me if I had any concerns; which, I stated my crown came off; which was my major concern; not teeth cleaning !!!). This problem should been addressed first! Then the insurance person popped in to say I needed to pay $84 after the deep cleaning had started; which I had no idea what she was talking about, or what thd $84 was for? To add insult to injury my regular dentist I usually see was not there; a new dentist showed up to examine my mouth! Again without my permission!! Please work on your customer service. Ask your patients permission first, before you start a procedure, change the dentist, and let them know how much it is going to cost, and finally address the patient concerns first. Please show some respect for your patients. I complained to Nicole about this mishap which was extremely upsetting.

Our family had another fabulous experience with Westcliff Family Dentistry yesterday! This was our first meeting with Dr. Tran and she was just lovely. The staff here consistently goes out of their way to get to know you, speak to you practically about dental hygiene and recommendations but they do it so jovially! It's a real relief to find such comfortable bedside manner and friendly staff. These people obviously love their jobs because we don't see new faces at our visits, at least 6 months apart, and are greeted by the same fun folks each time! To me, that also speaks to the work-life balance that this Dentists provide to their employees and that they're happy with their work environment. I would be, too! That office is just the coolest, both aesthetically and equipment-wise. Thanks everyone at WFD! See y'all again in 6 months!

My 4 year old had his first check up. He was fascinated! Dr. Tran and her assistants were so patient. Dr. Tran explained everything she was doing, step by step, to ensure he would be comfortable with the new experience. She answered all my questions thoroughly. It was a great experience for the both of us! When we got in the car to leave, he asked when we could come back. Thank you Westcliff Family Dentistry! Update: My son just had his mid year checkup. When I told him, before he went to school, that he had a dentist appointment that afternoon, he was super excited! He couldn’t wait to see “pictures of his teeth”. As always, the staff and Dr. Tran we’re amazing! Thanks for taking such good care of my little one!

I never post any reviews but I highly recommend this place. Receptionist who I made appointment with was knowledgeable about my insurance and was able to book appointment that worked around my hectic schedule. Every person I interacted with was helpful, knowledgeable, and overall happy to help me with any questions I had especially it being the first time with the new dental insurance. I was so happy with the visit I had I actually booked an appointment for my daughter the next day. The dental hygienist and dentist walked me through a plan that I believe will bring my daughter and I a better smile and overall better dental health. Thanks again for making it a easy and painless experience for us.

Fantastic! From the very first call with Michael (he is great), help from both Robyn’s (they’re both AWESOME!) and Dr. Tran (she is so nice and patient and informative!!!) and her assistants (can’t forget them, they are all super nice and take great care of you), they all make you feel incredibly welcomed and not rushed. Every single one of them takes the time to explain what the next steps are and answer any questions you have. Great sense of humor and the office is not scary or menacing at all. Will be switching the rest of my family to see them from now on. While getting dental work done is not pleasant in any way, Westcliff makes the experience fantastic!

I had one of the best experiences at a Dentist's office here! My dental hygienist was super nice and gentle. She talked to me the whole time I was in there - which is a lot better than some that would try to ask me questions while my mouth is open which tools and such in it. She noticed that I still had old glue from my braces on me teeth and removed them for me too! It's been bothering me since I got my braces removed years ago but no one has ever offered to remove it or said anything about it. Dr. Tran was super sweet and also very gentle. I had 3 cavities that needed to be filled and I think she made the process very quick and painless :)

Just a couple of things....after I finished having my x-rays, I was left in the room for at least 20-25 minutes with no one coming in. I finally got up and saw a dental assistant speaking with someone and I asked when I would have my teeth cleaned telling her that I had been waiting for a while. She quickly went to see who was supposed to see me and came back and said that she would do it. The other issue I had was at Dr. Knight's office a tecnician always polished our teeth after the exam. Is that something that we need to request? Other than those 2 things, I found your office very confortable.

Very professional staff everyone was very kind and polite very attentive and detailed. The equipment is high tech nice calm environment very very clean waiting area as well as treatment rooms. My dentist was very thorough and took time to explain everything and kept asking if I had any questions and the hygienist was kind and gentle also; and offered suggestions for dry mouth she also caught a tooth that showed early decay that wasn't caught on my initial x-rays. Excellent experience with the entire staff. I was worried about my teeth after a long pandemic despite the fact that I regularly brushed and flossed. The dental hygienist, Raven, notified me of a specific and serious problem near the root of one of my teeth. If she hadn’t located it in enough time, I may have indeed lost the tooth. I had no idea. Thank you, Westcliff Dentistry. I received impeccable service and my teeth are in much better shape. Also, Michael at the front desk is absolutely wonderful. He was able to work with my insurance effortlessly.

10 out of 10 would recommend! I grew up in a dentist office as a kid and know that some offices are for quantity not quality. Westcliff made me feel at home. I moved here a short while ago and I’m so glad to have found a dentist and dental office that I will return to. The hygienist took her time and made sure I was comfortable throughout my cleaning. The dentist got to know me and made sure all my questions were answered. All in all I look forward to my next visit in six months and will recommend family and friends to go in for a visit!

We were patients for several years and happy with treatment and staff. However, over the past year, several insurance and billing problems have come to light. Even after 6+ months of moving on to another dentist, we're still receiving statements in the mail from Westcliff with no explanation of charges. The office claims to still be filing with insurance providers for a visit 9 months ago, even though we were told we had a zero balance. I'm not only disappointed with the customer service, the lack of communication is frustrating.

Everyone here is so welcoming and so nice! I've always been nervous about visiting the dentist but coming here has changed that! They make you feel very comfortable, put you at easeand make sure to explain everything thoroughly. They are great with kids as well. Even though it's not their responsibility, they have helped me with my daughter when I've taken her with me to my appointments. I feel they are truly honest and trustworthy. It took me a few days to find a new dentist but once I arrived here I knew I made the correct choice. Westcliff Family Dentistry truly puts the emphasis on Family! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Michael by name, before I even told him. He had amazing energy and was very cool. Robyn and Jesse assisted me with my X-Rays and cleaning. They were amazing and kept me informed on what was going on the entire time. Everyone here literally was a joy to be around. I wish I could give 10 stars.

Today was my first visit here. I absolutely love the staff. The hygienist doing my cleaning was so awesome she talked the whole way through it and really helped my nerves. I got anxiety with the sounds of scraping the calcium but focused on her and she was so funny. It put me at ease and relaxed through almost all of it. The X-ray imaging was so advanced and I was impressed. It smelled so good in the office and was very clean and decorated. I highly recommend west cliff dentistry.

Can we give more than 5 stars? My 5 year old visited for her first ever dental appointment - AND she had to get a cavity filled. I’m sad we did not get our hygienist’s name, but she was AWESOME! Dr. Ngyuen was compassionate, kind, and loving on my sweet girl. Will we come back? Yes. Absolutely. Will they treat me the same way they treat my 5 year old when I come to my appointment? What a joy to find such an inviting and compassionate dental office. From the time we stepped in the door until the last goodbye, we felt valued and comforted. I had a dental emergency over the weekend. My regular dentist couldn't see me so my husband (an existing patient) suggested that I call them. I called Monday morning, expecting to have to wait as a new patient. They were able to work me in around my schedule. They made the appropriate referral and provided a temporary fix. Today, I messed up the temporary fix, called five minutes before closing and they got me in to correct my mistake. I have found my new dentist!

I took my granddaughter to do a consult with the Orthodontist there and to my surprise, I found the staff to be very warm and welcoming! Micheal explained how they would set up a treatment plan first to address any problems with her mouth,, gums and teeth before going forward with her braces. We learned a lot! Westcliff Family Denistry is way above any dental office I've ever been to. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. Try them. You won't regret it

I can’t say enough good things about Westcliff Family Dentistry. I am having to address years of dental problems caused by pregnancy, putting my kids first, and general dental anxiety. They are so respectful of my feelings and are always checking to make sure I’m ok during my appointments. I had a dental worry the other day and they got me in quick and we took care of it asap. Wonderful staff at Westcliff Family Dentistry from the point of scheduling all the way through treatment and post treatment. They provide an amazing level of detail and guide you through each step and check in to ensure you are the most comfortable as possible the entire time. I would recommend x1000 especially if they are in network with your insurance! They will continue to be my go to and always worth the commute.

Incredible experience for my 3 year old. Everyone from the front desk staff to the dental hygienist to the dentist is wonderful. Dr. Kazmi is great with kids and makes them feel right at home. I would highly recommend his practice to everyone of all ages. The office is the best. Y’all they are incredible!!! We went today with 2 toddlers and the staff was outstanding! I seriously can’t recommend them enough.

This office is absolutely the best dentist office I've been to in a very long time. The staff from the front desk, to the hygienists, to assistants, and the dentists themselves were all so welcoming with great personalities. They were all great at their jobs, I was completely comfortable, and my pain was almost at a zero with getting 2 fillings replaced. I already have my mom going and soon my husband.

I called with an emergency they got me in the same day. We mapped out a treatment plan and got to work. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and you could tell that they are just a big extended family. My hygienist was very good. I would not of paid 57.00 to have the dentist come look at me for 2 minutes if I had known it was going to cost 57 dollars. I don't mind the 100.00 cleaning at all. Next time I will forgo the check up. I believe the hygienist is knowledgeable enough to tell if there is anything wrong or needs to be addressed by the dentist. Honestly I feel taken by the 57.00 check up. Sorry

Dr. Tran was amazing! I called the office complaining of tooth pain within a day I was in the doctors chair. Great Staff - Great Work - I couldn't be happier. I broke a tooth and they were able to see me immediately, worked with my insurance and offered me a couple great options - I left that day back at 100%. I had the same dentist for 30 years. But just moved to this area so had to find a new dental office. My family recommended this place and I had a dental emergency so I tried it out. Westcliff dental got my daughter in, very last minute, and helped treat her for dry sockets. She was in pain and I’m very thankful they were able to see her even though they were not the provider for the oral surgery. Hopefully she feels relief soon from their help.

The whole team at Westcliff Family Dentistry was so nice and easy to work with! I didn’t have to spend any time waiting before I was seen, Robin, the hygienist, was great during the cleaning. Dr. Kazmi was so awesome as well.

Been coming here for over 2 years and everyone I’ve interacted with here has been nothing but friendly and accommodating the whole time. Never had any issues with their service, changing appointments, or any of my cleanings.

Staff is very friendly and courteous. The cleaning was professionally done and painless. There is wait is always short, about 5 minutes or less. I am a very pleased and happy, and I will continue to go there.
