Wow, what great service I received from the staff was amazing. I went in to get a copy of some papers needed for a sale. What I had been told over the phone by ICBC was totally different from the call that Western Coast Insurance was being told. But thanks to the staff to be able to fix the solution to help me by thinking out side the box. I was very stressed and dealing with other very important health issues with my husband, with the addition of Covid. But their calm and positive attitude all worked out well. I left there feeling very blessed to have walked into their Insurance Office. Will we have to stay here in Vancouver for a few more months, I will be going back to get my car insurance renewed. Good place to go for insurance and renewal. I've been with Western Coast Ins. for 8 years, but this was the first time Gertrude Michener helped me with my renewal. She saves you time, because she explains things in a simple, straight-forward manner. And she doesn't try to upsell you, which is really important to me. She's delightful for an insurance rep., and it shows in her voice over the phone and her manner in person. In general, I have an extremely positive impression of this office, because of her and her colleagues. I will definitely be calling this office when it comes time for my next renewal. Best.

After over a decade of using this insurer with no claims we needed to use them for a flooded basement suite in Victoria. After being jerked around for several months, we decided to do the reno ourselves. This Spring they decided to raise our house insurance to $450 a month. Most recently, Thomas helped me make a change to my policy and was very understanding when I needed to make an additional change, resulting in updating the documents for a second time.
