Nice mall packed with stores range from cheap to accommodating price. In general, a pretty average to nice mall (3 out of 5). Two things I found a bit annoying here: 1. Restrooms here are quiet dirty!! Don’t know why they don’t hire some more janitors? Unpleasant experience. Other mall like Burnside or TTP have their restrooms sprayed with deodorants. 2. Don’t know why the parking lots here charge customers why park longer than 3 hrs? What if we decided to watch a movie? Other parking lots here in Adelaide are free. Don’t know why here...

Yeah,so went to West Lakes today to buy a couple of filleting knives which Kmart didn't have in stock,but as I found in the store that you can't remove them off the shelf, cos they are locked , and no one around to ask, unless I went back to the checkout, wait to be served,and then ask to have someone meet me there!( Phew), so left the store, ended up in Coles, found exactly what I wanted, Wiltshire brand, including a sharpener. Cool! Happy days, I bought 2 of them.

Shopping centre is fine but please decommission or fix the parking boom gates. (Properly) I was stuck this morning at 5:50am with a car behind me potentially causing an accident if another car had come in while we were reversing and no one answered the help button. This isn’t the first time myself and others have been stuck like this. The constant malfunction of these gates causes a lot of inconvenience. Waste of time and money.

Plenty of parking options. I prefer rooftop parking, has entrance close to store. Large shopping centre with plenty of shops including, rebel sport, coles, David Jones, eBay games, Footlocker, Harris scarfe, jb hiding, just jeans, kmart, target, coles, plenty of banks, chemists, Phone providers and lots more to choose from, including a good variety of food choices .. AAA+++.

Westfield West Lakes is a very large comprehensive commercial center in Adelaide that integrates shopping, catering, leisure, and more. The environment, facilities, and services are all excellent. We can stay here happily for a whole day, and three hours of free parking time is often not enough.

I always love visiting Westfield Westlakes shopping centre. There a so may really good shops to choose from and the whole shopping centre has got something for everyone.. I meet friends there every Saturday for coffee and lunch. Best shopping centre in the western suburbs

Once a fantastic centre with many specialty shops is now limited to chain stores! Nice that you don’t have to pay for parking thanks to Peter Malinauskas! The infrastructure around this shopping centre is now a crazy obstacle course of dangerous roads and traffic chaos!

My main centre, not only due to location and the large variety of stores, but also because the concierge staff are always friendly and willing to help. The fact they recognise the Sunflower Project is an incredible bonus that I was beyond happy to learn.

Lovely clean, well maintained, large, airy modern shopping centre with a great variety of stores, plenty of cafes and food outlets. A convenient amount of restrooms and disabled toilets. Thou the parking lot area could be improved, it's very confusing.

It is so beautiful, so much natural sunlight, plants everywhere, gorgeous wicker lightshades that probably cost a fortune but it's just magnificent to visit, I love how all the food goods and cafes have matching chalkboard signs it's really

"Tic tac toe, around I go, if I miss, I get this.". If a mall is to be large, it's layout must confuse shoppers.This one does. Loiterers n Window shoppers, rejoice! It's stocked with shops- the mainstays n the community specific types.

Not many people, no agro people in the parking, great food court, great, car wash on-site, albeit a little expensive compared to Sydney, but you pay for convenience. Easy care free shopping experience.

It's fine if you want to get food or meet for coffee. Lacks atmosphere. Some good boutiques that really struggle to get enough customers. Could be much better if the Centre really put effort into it.

I got Quinn to pierce my other nostril and the alignment was perfectly symmetrical to my nose piercing on my other side. The process was quick and steps were explained to me throughout the process.

Very unhappy with this centre, my uncle tripped on their mat at the entrance a couple weeks ago and there has been no follow up on his well-being. Perhaps its time to seek legal advice.

Westfield west lakes is a very nice shopping mall, the staff are usually polite. It can improve in the varieties of stores but other than that Westfield is a very good shopping mall

Huge shopping centre with plenty of free parking. In comparison to the size of the shopping centre the food court is quiete small and doesn't have a great variety of eateries.

Excellent variety of shops & services to cater for the majority of your needs. Lots of choices for food and refreshments as well. Good place to meet for a meal or coffee!
