Melissa was clueless about the attributes of our house, and made no effort to learn. Her selling strategy seemed to be "wait for something to happen". We lost several prospective buyers, and I suspect it was their lack of confidence in her presentation of the house and her inability to coordinate with us to answer their questions. After we left the state, our house was broken into, and suffered major water damage because the property was neglected. We ended up selling at a loss in a seller's market.
