Was shopping for the right insurance agency to get quotes on my condo. Service was pathetic.I called and a message said they will call me back, but NO call back. When I called back I asked for a Susan that my sister recommended to talk to only to be told she is not available for over a month. The person I spoke to said she was the only one in the office and would get back to me with a quote the following day...two days later, NOTHING. Not impressed and first impressions COUNT. Hope this review helps this business improve...

More than a month after my property has been severely damages by sewage backup. I still have not received the cheque that will not even cover 1/10 of the damage when I was told it will take only 11days. The service was very disappointing. They barely followed up and i did not feel suported. I do not recommend. They were unhelpful. Suzanne said the there would be 75k for living expenses and we later found that it was untrue.

Went there to get my car insurance taken care of. I made it there at 530, which was the earliest due to work. The sign shows open till 6, bit when I went up to the door it was locked and all the lights were off. Very disappointed.

The people that work here are great! It is stressful trying to get a license transferred at any time. Everyone here works with you as much as they can with a smile to get you what you need.
