I contacted one of the brokers at Andrew Agencies and he told me that I was covered 'immediately'. Unfortunately, I had a total loss and the insurance company wouldn't pay out the claim stating that the broker had no right to make that claim. Then the broker lied to me for months leading me to believe that his Brokerage would cover the loss. No one at Andrew Agencies has helped me out and they are now not returning my emails (even at the regional level). They should have errors and omissions insurance to cover these mistakes. EDIT: As a follow-up, I was able to get in contact with a representative of Andrew Agencies in early 2017. We were able to come to a reasonable settlement and the matter is now resolved. Furthermore, from my understanding the broker that misled me at Andrew Agencies was let go, and a complaint against him was successful with the Insurance Council of Manitoba. In conclusion, I wish Andrew Agencies the best and am appreciative of the steps they have taken to rectify the situation.

I had stopped in at another insurance broker trying to get a quote for rental insurance. After three weeks I had still heard nothing back despite following up with them. I reached our and Hiren was able to get me set up with a half hour over email. Extremely professional and helpful I would highly recommend them to anyone. They've won my business

I recently had to renew my license and get a new photo taken as I recently moved to the city. The lady that helped me was super attentive, made the process super quick and simple, explained everything and even let me take a second crack at my photo when I didn't love the first. I also appreciate that they are open on Saturdays!
