Only one security guard was absolutely wonderful, helpful and approachable. However, your human rights and protected characteristics do not matter to the people that work here. I am medically exempt from the mask regulations. One female security officer asked me to put on my mask, when I showed her my exemption badge, she told me to 'just put it on'. This was the fourth time in the court within two hours I had been harassed to wear a mask. Later, a lady harassing everyone about masks non security, plain clothing asked me to wear a mask, I told her I am exempt and have already been harassed about it, I ask her not to discriminate against me and she replied 'you don't know me.' How embarrassing, I told her 'Enough.' .... England's finest collection of human rights abusers right inside the court. Also, there are lots of bullet holes in the front of the building.
Got told by telephone you could self surrender between 7am - 11am & 2pm-2:30pm but after arriving at 1:45pm the very helpful lady at the counter told us you can only surrender in the morning 7-11. Rang again 8 months later to check the opening times & they are still giving out the wrong information on opening times.!!! YOU CAN ONLY SELF SURRENDER BETWEEN 7-11AM. no matter what you are told over the phone! Trust me!!
No one answeres the phone very messed up indeed had a statory declaration done there they didn't inform the enforcement team 1200 pounds was forced out of my mum by threatening her they goona break in when she's asleep now trying to get through if you press option 2 it just cuts you off now for general enquiries been waiting over 1 hour disgusting beyond ... How am I meant to deal with my issue it's so frustrating wicked lot
I have been asked to provide a review after an apaling treatment by a staff member who was first suspended and then removed completely. Also, subsequent to the incident attended WMC in a professional capacity, I observed blatant disregard to COVID requirements, no face coverings was enforced for all staff wich sends mixed messages to customers. There seems to be no impetus with which to follow the government rules.
Unfortunately, no one ever answers the calls, I have been on hold for over an hour. I keep being placed from 1st on the list to third and then the call goes through but no one wants to answer. As I am writing this, some answered the called and hung up on me as well!!! (TWICE) I would ask the HM Court systems to invest in your customer service instead of flash equipment in the courts' that are never actually used.
Westminster Magistrates Court traffics in the violation of human rights. Its rubber stamp of a lower court's decision to extradite Julian Assange is deplorable. Westminster Magistrates Court is not an independent judicial body. It is merely a vassal of the U.S. government, kowtowing to its masters in Washington DC.
Seeing how long people were waiting for their☎call to be answered is astonishing but I think I am probably the winner On hold for 2hrs 7 minutes then i just gave in and hung up But because of this a bench warrant was issued for my arrest and i feel totally 100% let down by this so called Legal System
Absolutely appalling! They refuse to answer the phone. This is OUR justice system, but the staff treat us as badly as the judges/magistrates inside the building WE pay for. Time for elected judges, and getting rid of all the 'employees' that do not understand the English language!
Very bad experience! Appreciate for all time but it was for show cause there is no way u can proof your rights and loads of mess after my partner paid fine still received letter about after his extradition so ... I would say would be nice , keep up to date better!
I am penniless unable to buy food. I am in lockdown in Spain with the virus. Last Thursday the judge told me to send an n to the court to ask for an emergency release of my money. Today he denied making that statement. I am unable to continue living.
I attended the clerk service and was incorrectly advised by an aggressive black woman. When I later called, I was left on hold for 6 minutes and the receptionist had no clue what services were provided by the court. The staff are appalling.
The IVR is weird. Every option you choose either gives you another number to dial or tells you to go onto the gov.uk website. The other number you call gives another number to call. WEIRDOS!!
terrible service i was on the call waiting list for 30 min and then transferred to the automated voice mail. What use is the telephone number if you cant be bothered to answer your calls
The Separation of Power has corroded, this court is an example of the judiciary working for the executives and the privileged over the people of the UK.
Terrible. Just Terrible. Would have given 0 stars if i could. Why ask people to make all enquiries via telephone but have no one answering phone calls?
Puppets of the American Government. Shame on you. When politics have corrupted the judicial system, you know that no one is safe - liberty is dead.
Would give 0 stars if i could. No one is answering the phone calls. How on earth am I supposed to sort my queries ? Absolutely disappointed!
The honorable, Judge Gibson, is amazing and a fair judge. I love it when she shouts at the litigants. Julian Assange - you are next!
Hi dear judge, i realy want to know. How can change my court date. I really cant find any side,or I cant call , help me some1
They never answer the phone so tell me how on earth can sort anything out if you can't speak to someone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Emailed query on 24th August about a trial 20th September - no reply. 2nd request send 14th September - no reply.
Want your time wasted, you in luck London courts can have hours of your time to waste and gain Nothing out of it
It would be nice if the phone could be answered in less than 1hour and 20 minutes next time i call
Still too limited resources and long delays for experts, and witnesses and defendants.
It's a new clean building with cheeky baggage searches and an intimidating aura
No one answers the phone they leave you on hold for 20 mins then hang up
This is where the west died on April, the 11th 2019 Well done Britain!
Impossible to contact the court office no one answers the phone !
"No one answering the phone, how I can sort out my queries?!"
No one answering the phone, how I can sort out my queries?!
