So happy with this Jewelry shop, the manager Sean Susun is a world class gentlemen when it comes to customer service and satisfaction! I went in last week when my nice leather watch band had broke and needed repairs immediately! It was my first day in Edmonton and didn’t know any shops that can do a repair or anything of this caliber. I called a few and came across this one because I was in the area (30 minutes away from where I actually live)! But I was so glad I went in, Sean greeted my friends and I warmly and assisted us to the best that he could. He could tell I was very upset about my watch band being damaged and tried matching it with one of the many high quality leather straps he has in store. Unfortunately being a very picky consumer when it comes to my watches I didn’t quite like the colours of any of them compared to mine. But Sean said rest assured he shall search one up online and have it ordered it for me immediately! Also if I don’t like it he shall glue my old band back together for me and repair it, which he did. I am so impressed and loved his shop. All my friends and I shall be coming by for all our watch maintenance and purchase needs. Very well run shop with quality goods/services and people you can trust!

Wow . . . I am not too sure what happened that made the other reviewers so unhappy with Westmount Jewellers. I suspect that the owners comments of customers getting them mixed up with the store right in Westmount Shopping Centre may be correct. This store is in a smallish strip mall north of Westmount Shopping Centre - across 114 Ave. Please consider giving this store a try. I have been a customer for many, many years and have always left happy. Have sent a number of friends there to shop for engagement rings and they have been happy. Fred (Sean's dad) designed and made my daughter in laws engagement and wedding ring, my sons wedding band and a custom band to match my daughters ring. All lovely designs beautifully made. They also melted my husbands smashed up wedding band and made a stronger band out of the gold. These folks are really great and really honest. The customers who were so unhappy - please be sure you had the right place. And if your bad experience was with this store please go in and talk with Sean. He is a fellow who likes to see his customers happy.

What a terrible experience. I took 2 watches in for changing batteries. It was not disclosed to me that the battery job went up 50%. From last year, they did not take my phone no. While replacing a battery, she broke the crystal, and told me she would replace it. When I came to pick up the watches.The bill came to $64.00. I think she damaged the turning hands when she broke the crystal . The breakdown was $ 15.00 for each watch= $30.00, the balance was all their mistakes, I tried the handles at home and they were working, before I took the watches in. I will never go there again, and encourage my friends and relatives not to go there. They are experts at ripping off the customers, And arguing with their customers.

Located across the street, north of Westmount Mall, Westmount Jewellers is one of the best jewelry stores I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Sean and staff were amazing to deal with. Not only were they able to accommodate my short notice request, the workmanship was impressive, job was completed exactly when Sean promised and the customer service was surpassed by none! Also, I did not experience any up sale pressures. The look on my wife’s face Christmas morning confirmed that we will be lifelong customers! Honest, professional, experienced, affordable and skilled! First off - this is NOT the store inside Westmount Shopping Centre. People get confused. This store is in the strip mall north of Westmount Shopping center. Sean and his staff at Westmount Jewelers (and previously Sean's dad Fred) provide amazing service and beautiful products. If you need something as small as a watch battery replacent or as large as a custom designed piece of jewelry you will be glad you visited this place. We and our children have had custom-made rings done here and have never been disappointed. Thanks Sean and staff!

My husband and I recently purchased our wedding rings from Sean at Westmount Jewellers and the service was amazing. He was super patient with us while we took our sweet time finding the perfect rings. We did not feel pressured to purchase something that was not right for us. The atmosphere was welcoming and positive from the moment we stepped in. Plus he has a couple cute friendly sleepy pups that made our day each time we saw them. I definitely recommend.

Googled the closest watch repair place and found this! Took my second hand eBay Gshock in to change the battery because I couldn't get it out. Glad I did because it needed an extra touch to get the unit to function again. Because I got it used I wasn't sure the condition of it. Everything works and was completed while I waited and pet the dog. Would recommend! I'll be back if I need anything again. Thank you

Really pleased with my experience at Westmount Jewellers. They did a beautiful repair job on the link of my St. Christopher pendant. Very quick and quality work. The owners were kind enough to help me find the perfect chain to wear it on as well. Really appreciate the care and attention to customer service that I received. I have dealt with Westmount Jewellers for over 20 years. Excellent, Personable service. From one generation to the next. For those that have not been there, they are across the Avenue to the North of Westmount Mall. The only place to go for your Jewellery needs.I am actually going in there tomorrow to see if they can help me out with an old clock key that I have misplaced.

Went a couple times to get my pocketwatches serviced. Very good customer service! Fast! Friendly people. So thankful. Reasonable price,very high quality service. So sad to see that there arent many watchsmiths left put there. I have the utmost respect fpr the people that do it still! Highly recommend to others! Will be back as a regular customer!
