I’m not the biggest fan when it comes to the dentist, so I will hold off for as long as I possibly can. However… all I can say is wow to the atmosphere! Can we just take a second to appreciate the set up of this environment. It feels like I’m walking into a relaxing spa boutique and not the dentist. It even smells like one! This atmosphere immediately puts many people who have a fear of the dentist at ease and makes the experience much more pleasant. Dr Amir and his friendly staff are second to non. Dr Amir really takes his time with his patients and will explain in detail what needs to be done when it comes to your treatment. He makes the entire experience so breezy! He went out of his way to make sure I receive the most from my healthcare fund that I wasn’t even aware existed under my cover. So my out of pocket expense was virtually nothing and I saved so much compared to other dental clinics I have been to previously with the same health insurance. He really does look after his patients and genuinely cares. I highly recommend this place, especially if you have a fear or have ever had a previous bad experience. I can guarantee you, you will not have a bad experience here. I know I will be making sure I regularly return after my experience.

I had the most terrible experience here. I called up to get my teeth cleaned and they told me about a package that included X-rays, consultations etc. I said I only want my teeth cleaned and she said okay. I then showed up to them telling me I'm getting the package, I said no, I can't afford that... and then she gave up persuading me. Once I was getting my teeth cleaned it was so soooo painful I had to ask her to stop 4 times. My mouth tasted like blood and once I mouthwashed it out I realised my mouth was full of blood... she was so hard on me with little to no care, bleeding/sore gums and cut lips. She then went on saying I needed a filling for a tooth that had been chipped that was probably the size of a crumb. I have never in my life experienced this much pain while getting my teeth cleaned. Please don't go here, they will either want you money or hurt you.

I have been seeing Dr Amir at Westpoint Dental Clinic for a number of years now. The new clinic is absolutely beautiful and all the staff are so welcoming. The clinic is always clean and everything including the staff are always well presented. Dr Amir is an amazing dentist and my teeth are so improved from where they were a few years ago. He is always so professional and takes the time to explain any procedures and makes sure you know the appropriate at home after care. He always remembers topics we discussed at the previous visits and really makes you feel valued as a patient. Westpoint Dental have also fitted me in the calendar if I had an emergency that needed to be seen too. I would highly recommend Westpoint Dental and Dr Amir.

What can I not say, everything is fantastic, the dental clinic is located conveniently in the shopping centre and opposite to the medical centres, meaning I could do get my family (4 kids and hubby) in at the same time go to the medical centre or shop while we wait out turns. They even kindly called me 5 minutes before which every my children's appointment that they were ready to see them. They are so kind professional and understanding. I have never experienced this service in my life especially when my children are involved since they can get anxious easily to new things but also since one of my children is non verbal, they were so lovely and understanding. Thank you everyone you made this mum happy!!

Terrible place, obviously wanted more $$ I went in for a removal as I was in pain and the rude dentist there quoted it to 600 dollars, I left and went a back to my usual dentist a few days later and they removed the tooth for$240 Receptionists are very unwelcoming and unfriendly. It’s a rip off. You may have quoted that price, but as I said it was ridiculously marked up. Make excuses all you like but that doesn’t change the fact that it was taken out for $240. So your said price was wrong wasn’t it. It also doesn’t change that your counter staff need education in customer service. I’ll be telling everyone to avoid this place like the plague.

Seen Dr. Frank today after dreading the dentist for 2 years because of a previous bad experience. He totally put my mind at ease and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked into the room. For someone that suffers from severe anxiety in just day to day life. My anxiety calmed down within minutes. Dr.Frank is extremely gentle and takes his time with his patients and would defiantly recommend him to anyone. Defiantly looking forward to finally getting my teeth looked after without the major fear behind it. Thank you for a great/relaxed experience.

Just had an appointment with Dr Shaya Elliin and he was absolutely brilliant! Dr Shaya was extremely attentive and made me feel very comfortable throughout the consultation. He took his time with me and made me feel very confident in allowing him to deal with my dental care. Receptionists, Maddie and Mish were absolutely lovely! Used to be a good dentai clinic but not anymore. Can you please choose a better receptionist? We’ve been going to this clinic for years but the service is no longer friendly now (even though the place looks nicer). One rude receptionist is enough for my whole family to find another dentist. If other dental clinics can give you a quote (for check up, cleaning) before making a booking, how come you can’t?

The experience at West Point dental clinic is second to none, they have not only the most up to date equipment and facilities (super clean), but also the most fantastic friendly staff. This is place is amazing! They have a team of very friendly receptionist, Dentist and dental assistants. I took my 5 1/2yr old son to Dr Amir Ameri who had a decayed tooth which he took out and made my son feel safe and relaxed and he was very patient with him because my son was scared of the whole process.
