These guys are brilliant ! In a time when retail is struggling due to the cheap - no service - online bombardment, these guys are keeping the good old fashioned customer service flag flying ... when you you walk in the door, instead of being ignored by staff buried on their phones or talking about their weekend activities, you're instantly greeted every time with a big welcoming smile. There's no pushy sales pitches either, they let you wander around in your own time and nothing is a hassle when you ask. We've bought a number of fish and items from this shop and it's this level of customer service that keeps us going back there. Even let us use a store credit from aaaaages ago too, no hassle - no argument. Just good old fashioned service from every angle. Their fish levels are always stocked and they're healthy stock too, no floating dead bodies like many other aquariums we have visited - and we've been to A LOT !!! They also stock a huge array of pumps, filters and aquarium accessories covering everything from initial full setup through to maintenance parts. Good range of frozen specific "specialty" foods for fish too. People are quick to complain about service but not give credit where credit's due. This shop gets FULL credit from me and I wish them many years ahead of success, they certainly deserve it. 5 STAR !

Nice clean and tidy shop , staff are very friendly and helpfull . All the tanks in this shop are very clean , I mean very clean . The tanks are well lit , and all the fish look very healthy . The shop has a large variety of both tropical and normal fish varieties , even some more mature fish of different varieties . The shop also have a good selection of aquatic plants and plenty of tank ornaments .And filters and accessories, everything you need in one store . I rate this store a strong 4+ .

Great fish and tank guys. They have a great selection on display for purchase. All the ones I remember my uncle had growing up. I had tried twice b4 to keep a Betta fish without success. But thanks to these guys I finally did it ! Success. My tank is up and running with a happy healthy betta I named goldy-locks. Check them out in St Marys! Happy fishing. The best place to get your aquarium set up and running right. Superb staff and owner..tremendous help from start to finish. no B/S tells it straight, even which fish are compatible with one another so you don’t lose your fish to predator fish. That you may want but shouldn’t. Recommend highly.

I've bought plenty of fish , also yabbies, and accessories, fish Are healthy, well looked after, great variety of different fish. Yabbies are great additions to the tank. Staff super friendly helpful, I get most my stuff from here. Also have bigger sized fish too so it's worth a look.

Very well equipped aquarium with both cold water and tropical fish, along with all the plants, accessories and equipment you would need. Service is fantastic - I got some good advice and also enjoyed browsing the store with my little one. Will definitely bebl back as I update my tank!

Very helpful and friendly staff who actually know what they're talking about. Good variety and decent prices. All the fish I've bought here have been healthy and free of disease when I've bought from here, and the staff will help you work out the correct dosages for your tank.

Great service, quality products and healthy fish. The manager is very knowledgeable and won't try and sell you fish for the sake of it, but will give you honest advice about fish species and stocking numbers that are compatible for your tank. Very helpful.

Michael was an amazing person to talk to. He genuinely showed interest in my conversation and provided good help. He didn't try to make a sale, rather provided advice. I highly recommend visiting this shop. The prices are also very reasonable.

Needed a impeller for a FX6 Fluval due to mine braking. Checked at least 10 stores, Westside were the only ones to have them in stock on a Sunday. Thanks for getting me out of trouble.
