So I rang ahead for a doctor consultation at Stockland Wetherill Park - had to get a prescription only to have to wait around for a couple of hours just to find out they lost my doctor's letter... So I called Wetherill Park Pharmacy on the Horsley drive about 4pm and they delivered my prescription to my door at 5. Amazing service!

ENTER WITH CAUTION AND BEWARE OF THE ARROGANT STAFF/MANAGMENT Pharmacist’s here definitely have issues. The way they communicate to their customers is unacceptable . I work locally and was convenient to go there. But these people don’t deserve business and I refuse to step foot in this place ever again.

Just terrible service …that really really old lady behind the register is just plain terrible, doesn’t even know half the time what she’s doing n adds her 2cents n keeps going…. if you don’t like your job you should probably retire n settle into nursing home‍♂️ …

The older lady working today with short black hair was very rude not just to me but she was being rude to all the customers. No matter how long you have being doing your job you should still be nice to your customers. She was very rude would not come her again

Unprofessional , rude , ignorant of their own business, dodgy. Non existent customer service or even care. Appaling to have people such this into a health and care industry service.

Great community pharmacy, friendly, professional personable staff who make every effort to make you feel comfortable and know what they are talking about.

Don't come here unless your a 'local resident' overpriced, opinionated.. slow. drive the extra few minutes somewhere else..

Friendly staff, very helpful and knowledgeable They'll always price match and order in anything I need fast.
