I've been going to this carwash for 20 years and have never been treated so rudely. I really don't like the new automatic but I use it anyway. The first time I went thru I didn't think it was working right but I left without telling anyone. It's been at least a month or more and I try it again and I think it does the same thing. Only rinces one side of the vehicle on the spot free rince. This time I pulled out without the blow dryer so I could show the guy at the emissions place. He went to the other side of the carwash and called someone. I waited and he came back to me and asked me if I was there last week and I said no, it'd been a few weeks or longer. He asked again and treated me like I was lying. He told me if I don't like the carwash don't come back. He asked me what wash I bought and he gave me my money and said don't come back. No worries there, I won't and I recommend you don't either. Customer service and a complete car wash is not a priority there.

The guy who helped me out, I think his name was mike - mark. Anyway he was so helpful, I almost couldn't believe I was at the same location. Mark, that was his name. Anyway he answered all my questions re: my test, plus afterwards I got a car wash. I've been 2 this particular location before, I believe she was a woman ( no offense) that was there was just rude, seemed as if I was bothering her. Sorry dear, but your here 2 do a job....not be playing games or texting whatever. Made me feel like I was a bother. Her phone seemed 2 be more important then the customers. I finally got pi***d and left. I decided 2 give it one more try & this guy was awesome any concerns or questions I had, he was right there to explain everything to me. If not for this employee, I would've never come back. He's a keeper, she's only there 4 a pay check and has absolutely no customer service.

It was very late at night, and we were in desperate need of a car wash. We are very happy to have stumbled upon this place. They offer 24 hour self service, and to our surprise they took credit/debit (which has been a feature that’s hard to find at a lot of self washes we’ve visited in the past). They have many different varieties of soap, and hand rags for purchase (extremely budget friendly at just a couple of quarters for whatever you fancy). We were thoroughly impressed by the nozzle pressure, and got a solid clean in no time. They also have vacuums for the interior of your car as well. And best yet, if you pull up and are simply not in the mood to get out of your car, they have a self operating automatic wash. Great place. We highly recommend.

Love that there is a touchless car wash available and here are the pros and cons. Pros = (1) it cleans the sides of the vehicle well (2) and it’s able to spray almost the whole car without leaving any spots (some of the middle is missed) Cons = (1) it doesn’t clean the front of the car well enough. There are still multiple spots left from leaves etc. (2) the back of the vehicle is still wet after trying to maneuver through the dryer If the owner is reading, is it possible to fix these or have the manufacturer fix these?

One of the cleanest car washes in town everything always works credit card options available in the do it yourself bays and if you're in a time crunch use the automated wash option The automated wash uses water pressure to clean your car and not horrible spinning brushes that have damaged my vehicles in the past the air dryer could be a little better but hey cleaned my car in 5 minutes without damaging anything ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me

I was wanting more cleaning on my undercarriage and was watching the people go through the automatic wash to see how it was done. The manager came up to me asked me what I needed, explained in detail how the automatic wash does the undercarriage and then allowed me to use the hand wash for free to get any spots missed by the automatic wash. Very good customer service. I will be back!

Great location and recently updated for the contactless wash, perfect for those of us who want to keep the paint looking great. Windshield totally covered in foam after pass (some other locations don't yield the same results). The only car wash I go to. Also was accidentally double charged once and the staff paid me back no issues so customer service is fantastic.

The drive through touch free car wash does a good job. I especially appreciate the undercarriage wash after a snow storm to get the road treatment off. It is not a hand wash. There likely will be some stubborn spots left and water streaks, depending on how clean your car was to begin with. If I want a detail, I do it at home. If I want a refresher, I come here!

I stopped at Quick Emissions right at closing time the doors were closed and Bernard was kind enough to open everything back up to allow me to get my emissions done. He was nice and efficient he also joked around with my daughter and I. In fact it was such good service I came back today to get my registration done on my vehicle. Thanks Bernard, We will be back!

The vacuum did not work, I tried to flag down the guy working at the emissions hut and he just sort of waved me off. Maybe he was on break or something? The place was really crowded and I couldn’t get to another vacuum, so I took off. There is another of these on Montgomery and Tramway that I usually go to and I’ve never had any issues with.

Personally, I really like to wash my car. Sometimes, it just needs the dirt cleaned off; other times, it needs a good clean inside and outside. At other times, I just want to drive through and have my car washed, waxed, and dried. WHALE OF A WASH offers all these choices; it's convenient and cost-effective. Always had a good experience here.

New review (2022 update): The automatic car wash has a new machine now and I love it very much! It has cool flashing lights and the soap smells super good. The prices range from $10.00-$18.00 now, which is more expensive than what it used to be, but it’s very well worth it. I highly recommend this new automatic wash! It’s so awesome! :)

I used the touchless automatic wash, as I don't like rotating brushes damaging my paint, particularly when a huge, mud-caked pickup truck is going through right in front of me. The car wash worked as I expected going through various cycles with plenty of water pressure. The least expensive wash is $9.00, that seems a bit high.

Son had a blast washing the car, 3-star rating is because first 2 stalls we tried to use wouldn't work right and none of the stalls would accept credit card as payment even though it has card reader and is advertised that it takes card. Had to go to atm and use cash, now I have a whole bunch of quarters.

Touchless car wash available fair price ...almost always clean... bays....you know self service and a mud truck washes! Ugh.... however, I wash two $70+ k. Rip off! Machine doesn't work and no attendant there to help.. Tried to wash my car and the washer stopped after delving the soap. Had to drive to another car wash. Of course there was no way to get a refund. I guess they've come up with way to increase their income. Great place to avoid!

The only reason I use the car wash is when my vehicle is dirty, so every time I go to rinse my truck off the guy tells me not to leave dirt in the bay. I don't understand it's not a lot of dirt??? I just go use it when they close the emission testing lol

I've been coming here for years and never had a problem with the equipment. I like coming here cause its on a busy street so I don't have worry about sketchy people coming up on me. The emission test person is usually there during the day.

The automatic car wash just spritzed my car with soap and then told me to drive forward. I couldn't get it to actually start the wash and ended up having to pull into one of the manual bays to finish washing my car. The manual bay worked.

Good Touchless car wash. It worked really well formy tonneau cover and truck. The only thing I wasn't in for was paying for a drying cloth at the vending machine or no free vacuum after washing. Apart from that, it's a good little place.

I think I've been going here for over a decade and never a bad experience. Modern equipment, good wash/wax products and always clean. The emission check station has been hit and miss in terms of service, but the car wash is excellent.

This is the coolest car wash I have been to in a long time. The price is reasonable, one area washes your car for you and waxes. Or you alcan do it yourself. Vacs, air, soap, everything. And an area to dry and polish at your leisure.

The only issue I had was with the scrub brushes. Not much of a foam brush, just sudsy water. The brushes are worn out and could use a replacement. Overall it's a decent place. It is a self service car wash after all.

The emissions test was a great value. They were even able to renew my vehicle registration. On top of that, the gentleman was extremely friendly and kind. I will drive out of my way to give these guys money!

Don't have change? They can turn that $20 into a bunch of coins for you. Hand washing is so much fun and its not in a hard spot to get to. The scrubber and spray nozzle worked great and its so easy to use.

Every time I go here my card is charged twice in different amounts. It seems intentional because of how many times it has happened. The car wash itself would be worth it if I were charged appropriately...

The credit card machines do not work, and one of the bill changers eats your money. The pressure wand took probably close to 15 seconds to build up pressure to start. Won't be coming back here again.

A decent carwash. Typical experience. That being said, when I used the scent machine to add pine scent to the car it came out smelling like a mix of baby powder, pine, and some other random scent.

It's okay if you wash your car yourself. Their automatic machine doesn't do anything against New Mexico dust and grit though. Leaves your car super spotty. Don't bother with it.

I only use this name carwashes. My car can be cover in mud and the auto will clean it up great. I travel 30min almost every week to wash at these.

High pressure and low cost. Actually cleans your vehicle. It even washed off thick baked on, dirt road mud. Arguably the best in my opinion.
