As for the actual haircut it was not bad , average really and the price was affordable. However the sign said happy hour $15 all cuts. I wanted a couple of inches off so this was considered a restyle and therefore I was charged 35. That's fine I get it but maybe change the sign to happy our trims 15$. The reason I removed 3 stars was because I wouldn't go back and this is for the lack of professionalism more than anything else. The hairdresser asked me which salons I had been to and when I named a high end salon who last did my cut , it was almost as if she was jealous and continued mocking the salon , saying why do why do you go there. actually the other salon has a much better reputation than this salon. She was overly loud and boisterous, she also kept being inappropriate with her sense of humour, which is fine if that's your thing. But I'm sure the poor old lady next to me, didn't appreciate it. Finally her hands reeked of cigarette smoke, and her personal hygiene was poor. I say this because I could smell sweat and cigarettes. To be honest it just solidified that you really do get what you pay for . Ironically she was trying to show her salons superiority but it really did the opposite . I had my niece with me so it was an off putting experience . It's about the experience as a whole for me. I would pay more and go somewhere else.

Went in for a quick trim. Was very specific with what I wanted done even correcting her saying I wanted a U shape for my hair, not a straight line. This hair cut usually takes only 20-30mins but took her 45 minutes. In addition she did a straight cut that I had no time to correct because I had another appointment to go to. She also added some oil to my hair without asking which now means I have to wash and straighten my hair all over again when I go home or my hair will be a mess for work tomorrow. Not only is this an inconvenience but she is lucky I wasn’t allergic to something in whatever product she used. She was also very rude saying I shouldn’t style my hair like I had (in a high bun) because “it doesn’t look good”. She said I should do it a different way instead multiple times even after I said I didn’t like that look. I left with my hair oily at the front and a knitted mess at the back. They also charge more than what they advertise. Moral of story: I will never go again and I wish you the best of luck if you do.

I walked in this afternoon and asked for a trim and blow wave as advertised out the front. The first hairdresser asked me if I'd prefer the curling iron and I said no multiple times. Then I was passed on to another hairdresser, as she was the hairdresser I initially made my enquiry to. So this hardresser also tried to convince me to get the curling iron, saying how much better it would look etc. At no point did she tell me the price until it was done and she charged me an extra $35! I pointed to the sign out the front showing that the price was not listed. I told her that she should have informed me of the upgraded price compared to the blow wave that I was asking for and she simply said, "well you didn't ask." These hairdressers are clearly in it to make money and add on extra costs. It has left me with zero trust and I don't even value the opinion she gave about my hair now. I haven't seen the business make any apologies on their reviews either.

Came here for an all over colour. They have left me with dye all around my hairline. The lady doing my hair kept rubbing at the dye with ‘perm solution’. I yelled out for her to stop because it was burning my skin. I sat in the salon crying because I’m getting married in 3 days and I’ve got all this dark dye on my face. The owner came over and put something else on my skin, I’m not sure what that was. The owner and the hairdresser kept dismissing me by saying not to worry, this will come off in the shower. They also said it was my fault dye got on my forehead because they had to cover my grey’s!!! No compensation, no compassion, not even a sorry. The owner didn’t care at all. They left me sitting in the middle of the salon crying my eyes out. I’m devastated. I’ve tried and tried to get this dye off my skin. I’m keeping my fingers crossed my make up lady can fix it on my wedding day. First and last time at this hairdresser’s.

I went in for a haircut close to closing. All the other barbers where closing early. Some had a long wait time and others where more expensive than I wanted. I bite the bullet and got a haircut. I once got a hair cut there and it was very good. However this time it was the worst haircut I’ve ever had and I wasn’t man enough to tell her how terrible it was. I waited a week and I’ve decided to let people know don’t go here. The ladies I had probably aren’t even qualified. She spoke very limited English which didn’t bother me so long as she could cut hair. I showed her a photo of what I wanted she looked at it once. She had to get her supervisor who was also terrible at cutting hair to check to see if she was doing it right. I paid $30 and then told her you know what your right I don’t like it so just shave all my hair off. Just go to a barber pay the extra $10. I will never go back.

went in on the weekend for a haircut the younger lady with Black curly hair hard to understand could not understand what she was being asked to do, she could not cut my mothers hair what so ever... it took 30 mins for a dry cut with next to nothing taken off the hair. My mother asked her 3 times to take more off and to taper it in at the back and around the ears and i stood there watching her use thinning scissors to cut her hair. I had to go and ask another lady to explain what she needed to do as she just wasn't capable. She still couldn't do it then stormed off came back 5 mins later after i complained again for someone else to help us for her to then come back and say I cut myself she will do it... BAD just BAD if you dont know how to cut and dont understand what is required why is this person there cutting peoples hair

I got my hair cut here yesterday, ive been here before and got lovely cuts. This time i got a different lady i showed her ohotos of qhat i wanted and she happily started cutting away. I thought everything was fine untill i looked at all of it properly. She had cut half my hair way shorter when i asked to keep most of the length and my fringe looks so blunt and choopy. When i got home i honestly cried about how bad it was. I had shoulder length hair with lots of layers now i have one layer at shoulder length and the rest above my chin it is honestly horrific.

I had such a wonderful experience! Nathan, my stylist was just gorgeous & he really paid attention to what I wanted to achieve with my hair. He also gave lots of great advice to try & heal my dry, damaged hair which I really appreciated :) I had my daughter's graduation yesterday & my hair was a rich chocolate brown colour & I absolutely loved it! Nathan's expertise, professionalism & wonderful work ethic is so highly commendable. He's so sweet & kind & I'm so grateful to him for achieving exactly what I wanted! Many, many thanks :)

I’ve been coming here since the day it opened and have always been a loyal customer. Maggie is absolutely incredible!!. (If Donna still works there, she is phenomenal as well) Maggie is always so happy to see her customers and remembers the small details about me and my hair which makes me feel really special that she remembers when I only see her every 2 months for a scalp bleach. She takes so much pride in her work and her always lovely happy self is such a breath of fresh air. I’ll always recommend Maggie!

Ask for Shermin. She is amazing. I have been getting blonde foils for 15 years and have been to many salons. She is my new go to. I won't go anywhere else. She did more foils than many salons, was quick, got to the roots and best of all was happy for me to read and didn't chat the entire time! Very relaxing experience and was reasonable in price. I am really happy

A friend and I got our hair cut by Donna and Janette and it was an incredibly wonderful experience. We walked in on Sunday at 4.35pm and they were more than happy to accommodate our requests that would have meant they couldn’t close on time. Both ladies were friendly and I was very happy with my hair cut. Definitely coming back.

I went to this hairdresser a few yesrs ago and they left the dy in too long. As a result all my hair broke off at the back and it took until now for my hair to start recovering. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
