I dont know what has happened to decent customer service. I believe it's a thing of the past. I walked up to the counter, and the person working at the counter didn't say anything. I was unsure if she was going to take my order, so I started to say something, and she just walked away. When she came back, she just looked at me like... what do you want. So I placed my order and she said... are you paying with a card? I said yes... and she walked off again. There was a number on the counter along with a drink cup. I figured it was mine, so I just took it, got my drink, and then went to a table. Waited a short time, and the person who brought out my food didn't say a word to me either. Just sat my tray down in front of me and walked off. Was a very uncomfortable rude experience. This was also the first time that I've ever gone to Whataburger, my burger was cold, and the fries were OLD. So, not only was the experience bad, but the food was also. I also witnessed the person who was making the fries, taking old fries, and throwing them back in the fry oil, I guess to reheat them.

Took 20 mins to receive my food and I'm not exaggerating. Two people that were behind me in line for their food way before me and when I went to the front to ask for the status of my food, cashier was surprised and said, "what!!! You haven't received your food yet?" To make things worse, the place had influx of high schoolers that were being ridiculously loud and playful in the restaurant. I finally got my food and .... I should've just went somewhere else. Sandwich, tasteless. Fries, cold and tasteless also insufficient as I ordered the large fries. Instant regret going here. Not sure if I chose the wrong day and time.

This is by far the worst Whataburger I’ve ever gone to. The food is ALWAYS cold unless I specifically tell them to make sure it’s fresh. The fries, chicken tenders, and hash browns are cold and overcooked as though they don’t change the grease. I ordered a large coffee this morning and it was cold, which was the last straw for me. I love Whataburger, but this location is horrible to say that it’s on one of the busiest highways in Houston!

I usually come to this location and love every team member. However I encountered Noor today who seemed very stand off ish and didnt want to be bothered. She didn't greet me at all but instead just look around until I asked can I order. I began talking to her co worker who knows me from the frequent visits and she rudely cut us off to ask about my order. She never said thank u, have a nice day or anything to show the slightest customer service. Noor should be spoken with so she can be sure she provides the best customer service even when it's not the best day.

Whataburger is a Texas tradition and by far this is the best fast food burger in town. Consistent quality and open 24 hours. The Whataburger app gives out the most free food too of all the fast food apps out there. Last night I showed up and opened up the app and got a free Patty Melt Whatameal. Cannot beat that!

Hamburgers are big, was my first time here. Fries are delicious and the perfect amount of salt, it reminds me of the McDonald's fries but better because they were fresh. The hamburger was simple, like the in and out ones but bigger.

Received a burger without any meat in it. Did not get the drink order correctly. Had to go inside to get straws and napkins and then once again to get my burger corrected. The manager asked when did I realize my burger didn’t have meat in it instead of saying I’m sorry about that let me get you a new one. never have I experienced this level of customer service at Whataburger

Waiting in line for going on 15 minutes. Sure that would mean something if it was rush hour but there are two of us in line and we are up front. We ordered two burgers. My burger was cold. It was frustrating enough to make someone justify going Karen. Just terrible service and cold food.

Slow as molasses, the one is always long and wrapping around the building. I don’t know if the line is long bc they are slow or if they are slow because the line is long. Either way the food still ends up being wrong. Only stop out of convenience but there never really is any hehe.

In-N-Out Burger is better but Whataburger gives you more options but in-N-Out burger tastes better for just a burger. But no you're not going to get a chicken sandwich at In-N-Out Burger but if you want a chicken sandwich go to Chick-fil-A or Urban chicken which is better than Chick-fil-A

Amazing burger joint!!! Huge portions, delicious bun, and we'll seasoned meat, really enjoyed this American style burger - the whataburger choice is the best way to go with cheese. Typical fast-food chain restaurant setup, service, however, is not typical in that the service is good!! Super friendly staff that are super fast to get your order out.

The dude was whatever food. I do like the salad they call "Cobb" that is very clearly not but a Cobb salad, but still tastes good. Service was a little slow at dinner on a Wednesday... Go figure right? Lol

Delicious burgers. I've eaten Whataburger burgers almost everyday since I landed in Texas. There is always a line but it goes pretty quick. For those who don't consume bread like me, they are happy to put your burger on a bed of lettuce. I order with extra cheese, bacon and jalapeños. I highly recommend.

Been going here a few times the cashier at 4am is very forgetful between getting cold food and wrong beverage orders and for awhile now the fries taste like old grease

Took it to go and it was delicious and fresh! I ordered a patty melt and it was exactly what I hoped for. The Coke didn’t have too much ice, and my fries were nice and warm. I went through the drive through and didn’t have to wait too long.

I was attended by the manager, she was very kind and pleasant. She made me feel welcome and took care of how I wanted my burger. She made it very easy for me with no complications. I commend them for their excellent service and their high quality food.

Stopped in kinda late after a Rockets game, and the service was super poor. Burger was hot and fresh, and despite the struggle at the checkout counter, the order was right.

Worst ran Whataburger I've ever visited. Won't be returning. Took so long I asked for a refund at the drive thru window! Took so long to even get my money back I just left my food and my money there. Terrible experience.

This is probably the best whataburger I have been to. Their fries are always fresh and my burger was on point. I’m glad this one is near me.

Got my order with a hair on my fries. Unacceptable will never go back. I will also recommend my co-workers that go there to stop going.
