Dodgy deceitful return policy. They refused to refund/exchange because it was a sale item. They did not advise such policy at the time of purchase. There's only "Excludes sale items" on the bottom of receipt.There is nothing about this exclusion on their website and they refused to connect me to the national manger or customer service for making a complaint. They basically said go and complain with authorities.The poorest customer service I have ever seen. Never shop at this store again.

Carindale staff don't adhere to covid 19 regulations. They think gassing people with scented candles will kill the virus. I walked out along with other potential customers. All of us mentioned to each other the stench of the candles and breaches of covid, mainly lack of social distancing at the checkout. be careful with scented candles etc. They are notorious for triggering asthma attack and anaphylaxis attacks. One day someone will sue the shop owners for the reactions. Rating 1/2 star

I absolutely LOVE THIS SHOP! If you're looking for a spiritual store that cares more about helping their customers, then profit this is your store! It's such a calming experience just walking into the store, the lights are dimmed there's no overpowering scents blasting at you from every angle. Mainly though the manager, well she is definitely a manager that cares a great deal about her customers, and helping them however her store is able!

While shopping at the store they have a 30% storewide sale off full price items yet some items had already been discounted and not by 30% much less so when I asked staff are you able to get the discounted rate if the full price NO you can't so therefore this is not a great sale very miss leading so bought nothing and walked out

Looks fairly posh and intimidating, but this is the best place to buy glassware for a home. You can buy odd numbers of glasses, and mix and match. If you break one, then you can come in and buy a single replacement easily, as they don't change their stock very much. They focus on selling high quality products.

Love this store. I have always been greeted with a friendly smile and manner and today was no exception. Staff are always free if you have a question and are fast at finding what you need if you can't find it yourself. Wheel and barrow Chermside is my store of choice :)

Service with a smile! Good too see that staff can still have fun with customer's. Shame that the prices are so bloody high! Lots of great ideas but will need to sell a kidney before buying anything!

These girls are great, lots of fun. Definitely excellent customer service. Got exactly what we needed, quality products. Will be back for sure. Management should be proud of their staff.
