This was our second visit to White & Blue at Hyde Park. We’ve been to the Alex branch several times. We had raved about the quality, ambience and service to our family so we invited them for dinner to celebrate a birthday. Unfortunately, we were shocked to see such a plunge in the quality of food and service! Even the restaurant was disgusting. We sat indoors and yet it was full of flies and no electricity in the men’s bathroom. The servers were not trained well or hygienic with dirt under their finger nails. The seafood risotto was our favorite dish but this time it had several pieces of shells and no flavor. The butterfly shrimp also had no flavor and the dipping sauce was watery and bland. The calamari was very salty and soaked in oil. On the other hand their fresh bread, olives, grilled bread and tahini were amazing as usual. Lastly, the manager was loud while reprimanding his staff which was disturbing to hear. I sincerely hope that changes are made to ensure the quality that is synonymous with the White & Blue name.

Awful experience with a disgraceful management team. The waiter dropped a full glass of lemonade on my laptop and my phone. No apologies were given. They just got the janitor to mop the floor. A few minutes later, another drink was dropped on a couple of people sitting at another table. The food was cold by the time we finished cleaning (I had to clean my bag, laptop, charger, phone, headphones and pants…even the seat was covered in lemonade). The food arrived dry and tasteless…not worth the pay. The appetizers and main dishes were such poor quality, I was shocked given that it was supposed to be a well-reputable place. The service, food and management were extremely unprofessional and lacked any business/clientele understanding. I’m terribly ashamed I invited someone over lunch there. Never repeating this experience again. Can’t believe they didn't even properly apologize. This is an example of yet another “high end” restaurant in New Cairo pretending to offer best quality food and service while setting very high prices in exchange for absolutely nothing. I definitely don’t recommend this place if you’re looking for decent food and a good experience.

More than worst, the customer service was so bad after we came all that way to have our lunch they make us going back and they refused to make us to enter the restaurant After long conversation with one of unprofessional manger we try to explain to him that we are repeater guests at them branch at Alx he refused to let us enter to the restaurant and it was so many people out also they was waiting him and he let some of them enter and the rest they left away From the end it was very very bad experience we will never think to go there again or recommend that restaurant to anyone at all

The worst dining experience you’d get! Horrible service , the food arrived extremely late and it arrived cold.. that was after we talked to the manager.we didn’t receive all our orders and the waiters didn’t even know what was missing. We left without finishing our food because of this lateness e.g. fish arrives but rice doesn’t! The Cheque then came three times wrong. And this wasn’t an individual experience . Most of the people were not eating and were left or fighting. Don’t go unless you want to have a horrible evening. Will never go to that place again

I think it’s the best sea food experience in Egypt but what makes the experience incomparable is the hospitality of its world class hospitality guru mr Elias the White and Blue manager … he is the most pleasant, welcoming and hospitable person on earth … we enjoyed every bit of it

I visited this place for new years eve its a very nice place with excellent service and located in a compound with lovely christmas decorations. They have a nice relaxed lounge vibe and it has a nice outdoor area which would be great for hotter weather. Food was ok but i was a little disappointed by the food to be honest as I have definitely eaten in better fish restaurants in Cairo. But overall the experience was good but i would say its more of an occasion place than everyday..

The white colour of the restaurant is so fascinating and unique near the blue lagoon and blue cushions. The authentic Greek music playing took me the narrow streets of Mykonos and plaka. The food was astonishing good,fresh and we all could smell the sea.The crabs,thesuper jumbo shrimps the octopus and the tender red snapper. Hi The personnel was very welcoming and the service very good. Now I may say we have an excellent seafood restaurant in Cairo

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in years. Waiters are chaos, took them at least an hour to serve us salads, while main courses was very late and wasn’t even fully served, it was also very cold. When we complained to the manager he took out the cold plates and it was never replaced!! So eventually we lost appetite and asked for the cheque it also took them another hour. Worst experience and definitely not going there again.

I fell in love with this dish, it is really wonderful, the restaurant is very nice, the chairs are comfortable, the access to the restaurant is very easy, the treatment is really nice, and the staff is wonderful. This place has such an amazing character It was a great experience I think I will repeat every week I am really in love with this restaurant and the staff

A great place very nice atmosphere .. food is delicious just like the one in Alexandria.. I loved the experience

Other than the ambience , decoration and friendliness of the staff I wasn’t really impressed with the quality of the food. The fish was really dry and the calamari was cut so small that u can only taste the oily batter englobing it. I’d give them 4 stars for the way the cooked their grilled shrimps though. PS. I love their branch in Alexandria

Great food, great atmosphere and world class service. The Maitre D’hotel Mr. Elias made me and the Mrs. feel like we are guests of honor. They know how to make the best seafood and the best customer experience. Of all the restaurants in the country, this is by far our favorite!

This is a very nice place for a fancy dinner The mosaka was amazing and one of the best i ever had but it was a bit burnt on the outside The risotto was just average The seafood creamy soup was too creamy but tasted nice Prices are higher than average $$$$

The seafood risotto was so so delicious, highly recommended. The white & blue Tarama is also so delicious along with their fresh bread Also the atmosphere is nice

I finally found a perfect weekend family friendly, chill and elegant restaurant in new cairo. The staff did go beyond to make it enjoyable, the outdoor terrace has an amazing view, food was fresh (on the pricey side). We will definitely come again

Simply amazing. Simply one of the best restaurants. Everything was simply perfect: appetizers, fish and even they made special Salmon pasta for my kid. Thank you Elias and the whole servicing team for the hospitality and professionalism.

Finally Greek Club in Cairo, excellent place and nice view inside Hyde Park you can enjoy your food now in Cairo with the taste of Alexandrian cuisine and Greek style .... loved the place and food was excellent and team with very good.

They just opened two weeks ago, may be that's why orders were late, mixed, served cold. Waiters were so polite but the kitchen made them look clueless and helpless. It took 2 hours to get the checks, unbelievable.
