This has been my favorite pharmacy for the last 6 years or so. I even do some grocery shopping there. The staff is so nice and the owner himself so kind. Except for the pharmacy manager. This lady is just too important to say "hello" o even look at me as a customer. I have just ignored her awful customer service for years. But today I decided it was too much. Last time I was there, the pharmacy forgot to apply the discount of my insurance card on my bill. So, the seller called this (awful) lady (who manages the pharmacy) and asked her what she should do. The manager arrives, ignores my "hello", starts talking in French to the seller (maybe thinking I don't speak French?). So, I start explaining -in French- the situation and she just continues ignoring me. She doesn't even look at me! Then, this lady asks a question -still without looking at me- and since I don't answer, she looks at me! The question was for me! I just don't deserve a "hello", a smile, not even her attention. She looks upset and bothered by my presence. She has always being very arrogant, condescending, and impolite. After my answer, she says a few words and disappears... It was the pharmacy's mistake but she doesn't say "I'm sorry", she doesn't smile, she doesn't say "thank you" or "goodbye". There are so many pharmacies in this city, today me and my family left White Cross Dispensary. Are we not white enough? As I say, the next generation of Canadians will be better. I have hope.

Great, friendly, and professional staff. I came in for the first time today to look for my regular over-the counter medication because it happened to be closest to me. The service here was just excellent - everyone was really helpful and professional. I was helped to find a product I wanted and was informed that a similar, but better (based on customer feedback) product was on sale for the same price. The pharmacy disclosed that they had a close relationship with that supplier, but explained that was because they had great products and they encouraged me to buy one bottle instead of two to make sure that it worked for me first - so I knew that they were really looking out for me and not trying to beef up their close supplier's sales. It turned out there was an issue with a packaging (fault of the company, not the pharmacy) and I brought my product back. The staff was welcoming and apologetic. They did not have the exact same product available without the affected packaging, so they gave me the better, more expensive product in the same line for the original price I paid. I had a really great experience here, I'll probably switch all of my prescriptions over from Shoppers. Highly recommended!

I just ordered several bottles of Klorane Desert Date shampoo and hair mask from this awesome White Cross Dispensary. For someone with wavy, frizzy, often dry, hair who now hears at every salon "you're hair is so healthy!", I know it's the magic of this stuff. Klorane has several types of shampoo and conditioner, but only the Desert Date line has worked this well for me. And unfortunately! it was discontinued from my local shops in BC and I could not find it anywhere for months. Then I saw this pharmacy online in Ontario and not only do they carry it, they have the same fantastic prices that I was used to in B.C. and they ship it too! My order arrived in a few days with a nice thank you from Will. So thank you Will for the convenient and quick delivery and for your reasonable prices. I hope to continue ordering from you in future and please continue to carry this product! Cheers:)

Josh & his team at White Cross Dispensary are some of the kindest people you will interact with. I needed medication for my fiancé urgently and upon calling them, I requested if they could ship as soon as possible. They said they would do their best (even though upon placing my order, I had missed the shipper's EOD deadline). Imagine my surprise when I received a call the very next morning, and I was told they went out of their way to express ship my items to me so I would receive it the following day, versus waiting over the weekend and receiving it on Monday. I am utterly blown away by their kindness, and would recommend this pharmacy to everyone! Thank you again!

I have been to this pharmacy about 5 times now and have not had a single pleasant experience. The pharmacy staff very clearly serves their older white customers and doesn't show much concern for anyone else. I have had the staff be rude to me, take an extremely long time to serve me, and they have made mistakes when filling my prescriptions several times now. I try my best to be patient and polite but every time I have left there feeling disappointed and frustrated. I can't wait to go to a different pharmacy and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I actually just switched over to white cross because I had issues with my previous pharmacist. Whoever answered the phone in the pharmacy department when I was frustrating and experienced really bad customer service, bless her! She was so understanding and patient with me. She felt bad for what had happened and resolved my issue. I now have a better place to get my prescriptions. Customer service is excellent and the workers are always helping out. Honestly, I'm so happy I found a great pharmacy.

I can no longer go here. I have been a customer for 22 years and I keep having to wait weeks for my prescriptions. They mark on my file that the automated messaging does not come through to me, this is reiterated on every occasion that I pleace an order, however I have to follow up weeks later to find out my prescription was ready the next day. Its sad, I want to support a locally owned business, but I cannot take this lack of service anymore. Instore service and communication is great.

Best pharmacy ever!!! All of the staff (pharmacy and shop) are lovely! They are so pleasant, polite and friendly. They are extremely helpful too! The pharmacy wait times are slim to none, order your prescription and it’s ready in less than an hour usually! They always answer the phone quickly and you are never made to wait for long (unlike the big box pharmacies). Take your business to this place and you will not regret it! Feels like a small town store, warm and friendly environment!

I’ve been going to White Cross for all my pharmacy needs for the last 30 years. Even when I moved out of the area, I continue to use their services because they are understanding, compassionate, prompt, accurate and so much more. I think my 30 years in itself stands as a testimony. If there is something you need that they don’t have, they’ll order it and get it to you. If you’re housebound, they deliver everything to your door, for a small fee. Why look elsewhere ?

Sent my teenage son to pick up a pair of crutches as I hurt my knee and am stranded in our hotel room. He came back with crutches and also rave reviews about the staff there. He said it was some of the best customer service he has ever received. The two ladies at the front of the store were extremely helpful and nice, he said. Everyone was so kind to him and helped him make sure he came back to the hotel with the right crutches. Highly recommend!

Great place, awesome staff. They are super friendly. It definitely has an at home vibe. I wouldn't recommend the delivery, however. I had to get my prescription delivered because of an injury and the driver never called the number on the bag so I had no way of knowing he was in the building. Then they charged me an additional $7 on top of the $4 I already paid because he had to come again, but he never called.

I’ve been a client at this pharmacy for over 12 years and the service has been nothing but professional, courteous and respectful!! Very nice staff! I can’t even imagine how busy they are, especially when they run into a staff shortage. All the staff, especially the techs and pharmacists are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and always go out of their way to be helpful. I got my prescriptions and received other pharmaceutical services from White Cross for the last 25 years. Based on the quality of the services I received, I verily believe that henceforth it ought to be awarded not 5 but 6 stars over 5. As an octogenarian, I consider White Cross to be a blessing for my health care and my peace of mind.

If you were asked to use Dexidin (medical body wash) prior to a surgery, buy from White Cross, i received mine in 2 business days! There is no in mississauga; my pharmacist suggest buying from Amazon! Lucky me find White Cross online, and my order took 2 business days! Amazing service! Good price! Highly recommend!

Consistently helpful and friendly customer service at front cash and on the floor (I don't use the pharmacy, so can't speak to pharmacy customer service.) Their VIP points program and Vitamin card is competitive compared to big-name drug marts.

I was in desesperate need of baby Tylenol and this store had it in stock and I promptly buy it and it was shipped the same day! I sense a bit of discrimination from the staff. I am of mixed race and arrived 15 minutes ago. I was told to wait and then 2 people non ethic was served before me. Now that i am being served the lady serving me is making me very uncomfortable.

Had to fill in a prescription here. The pharmacist here was incredible and ran through the entirety of the prescription including what to expect down to what things I should probably avoid doing while taking the medication.

Besides being a great pharmacy with the best staff and pharmacists it's also a location for some delivery companies where you can drop off/pick up parcels. You can also pick up some milk there. Great place!

Their selection varies depending on what you need, but isn't the most reliable place. Make sure you book an appointment before coming here for a flu shot, or have your time wasted like mine was.
