A relative of ours recommended this travel agency to us & they did not disappoint! Mahendran was very professional, patient & accommodating to all of our flying needs. My toddler joined us for the process & Mahendran was very kind to him too. We were able to book the tickets for our preferred dates at a reasonable price. Mahendran also answered all of our inquiries via phone before and after booking. He is very helpful & he spent a lot of time trying to make sure we were all happy with our requests. The office is spacious & has a lot of seating. There is also free parking and a washroom in the office. 10/10 recommend this travel agency

From the first phone call the agent followed up with the request where in other places travel agents complete forget about their clients. The agent at this place spent a considerable amount of time and helped me find what I needed.

I have booked more than 5 trips with White Horse Travel Ltd and I am very happy with their service. Mahendran is approachable, patient and friendly. Prices are cheap and fair. Most of my family and friends also have positive experience with him. We once had an emergency and decided to cancel our tickets.
