I cannot say enough about how great the team is at White Oak Dental! They are easy to speak with and have always answered any questions I may have. I am quite a nervous person when it comes to the dentist but finding White Oak has been heaven sent! They have been nothing but patient and extremely understanding when I go in for my appointments. I am always greeted with a smile when I walk in and by name. They have also remembered details I've told them from previous visits! I cannot tell you enough how great it is to feel so welcomed by such great people. I have already referred them to a few friends who are searching for a new dental office. I will continue to refer White Oak to anybody who will listen!

Every visit I have made with White Oak Dental Care has been wonderful. The receptionist was polite and knowledgeable. She was always ready for my appointments and was informed on any other bookings or requests I might have had before I arrived at her desk. The hygienist was amazing to talk to and she was very well trained as she helped me answer any questions I might have had. I was comfortable and happy through the whole session. Doctor Menon was able to help me maintain my dental health by notifying me of any concerns she had about my teeth and always had a solution in place. I will never go to any other dental office besides this one. This is the best you can get!

White Oak dental is perhaps the best dental service I've found in Calgary. Everyone from the front administration, hygienists, and of course Dr. Menon is welcoming, professional, helpful, and talented at what they do. I've always been taken in for my appointments on time, and been impressed by the quality of the work and how clean the office is. Saying that I was "not a fan of going to the dentist" is an understatement. I tried White Oak based on the good google reviews and I am happy to say that since I started seeing Dr. Menon and her wonderful team in 2015, I no longer dread dental visits. It is clear that everyone working there loves what they do and is motivated by patient well-being. I was scheduled to have a cavity removed on a day that was not going well (for unrelated reasons), the team went above and beyond to treat me with compassion and 7 months later I still feel thankful. I do not hesitate to tell anyone how great White Oak is.

White Oak Family Dental Clinic is my favorite dentistry clinic I've ever been to. I'm in my mid fifties and don't usually enjoy dentist visits. But this clinic's energy and environment is awesome. They make me feel comfortable and safe in their hands. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. I had a wisdom tooth pulled yesterday morning and I had a phone call from the dentist at 9:40 pm last night to check and see how I was doing. After talking to a friend I decided to go to Dr. Menon for the crown portion of my implant. I am so glad I did! I have never met a more attentive Dentist! She has gone out of her way to make sure that everything is perfect. Her attention to detail and the care she took was a breath of fresh air. Her assistant was also great which made the whole process that much easier. I was the last person of the day and even when I left the ladies at the front we still smiling and they weren't trying to push me out the door. If I could give more then 5 stars I would!

This office is in my neighbourhood so I thought I’d give them a try due to location and great reviews . I’ve been there a couple times so far . Both times I was taken back promptly and was treated very well . All the ladies are very kind and capable . Pleasant experience from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist . I required more freezing and Dr Menon and her assistant were so patient and cared more about my comfort than their time, I was worried I’d put them behind schedule. Happy I tried them out , best dental experience I’ve had so far !!

Too bad you can't give anything less than one. I will rate them a minus. They prey on the elderly and make up fictitious billing. Get second opinion in regards to billing. As they are very shady and deceitful. They tried to first charge her for a procedure that the govt and her blue cross covers. And when she brought it to their attention they started giving excuses as to why she needs to pay out of pocket. So much more information. But I will stop here as I plan on calling the Dental Association and report their practices.

White Oak is great! I go to Dr. Menon and she is really kind in explaining issues thoroughly but in a way you understand so you can make the most informed choice for you. The dentists, hygienists and assistants create a great environment where I've seen them be thoughtful, funny and excellent with nervous patients. I've had a few fillings and a veneer done there and Dr. Menon did really high quality lasting work. Plus, the clinic is right across from Mount Royal and has pretty flexible hours.

I adore this office and the staff. They're always great for a giggle, super friendly, very professional. I actually enjoy my visits. I grew up in a dental office as my own mother was a dental hygienist. This is the first time I've gone to an office and been impressed by the ENTIRE staff. They're a real hoot if you get to know them. And honestly, they're always asking permission and talking you through everything before they do it. Its the most attentive place I've experienced to date.

Although I have been a patient at this office for many years, this was my first meeting with Dr Menon. My dental assistant is always very efficient, thorough and personable - I really enjoy our conversation. I was a bit uncertain experiencing a change in dentists but Dr Menon was really pleasant, informative, answered questions about my kids' dental health, and left me feeling confident and trusting in her services. I'm happy to continue my care here.

I have been going here for only a few months now and they are very friendly. The reason I am writing on here now is from my last experience, which was phenomenal! At 9.45am I cracked a tooth at work. At 11.45am I was having my tooth extracted At 3.00pm I had my partial returned with the new false tooth on. I would definitely recommend White Oak Dental, and also would like to thank all the staff who rallied around to make this possible.

Amazing! I was referred by Dr. Vesal ( very knowledgeable endodontist in White oak Dental) to Dr. Keshkool. I had the best experience there. Although my surgery wasn’t easy and I was offered to have the general anesthesia in other clinics. He extracted my wisdom teeth (2 of them) smoothly. Definitely recommend this professional setting to everyone wanted to get the best treatment!

Staff is always warm and thorough.. no one “likes” going to the dentist but I don’t mind going when the staff are so great and always take extra time to explain things if I have questions. Really enjoy my experience at this clinic. All of the staff are lovely. Lynette made me feel comfortable and gave me great guidance on products to help avoid cavities. I don't love going to the dentist normally but felt well taken care of here.
