Not was it used to be, fleet of cars from 80s and 90s totally worn down seats, damaged our luggage trying to secure it on the roof as the trunk only holds gas cylinder for fule. Once on destination driver would try to lobby you or bully you to pay tip nearly as much as the total bill. Will start yelling loud in your neighborhood nearly in insulting tone if you don’t pay. The only good thing is that you get a ride even if you arrive at 2AM in the morning.

Expensive but reliable. Especially if you have early or late flight. I drive or yango were not a good experience. Even Careem drivers don't come on early morning pick up. If you pre book with Careem they usually cancel in the morning making them highly unreliable. However if you take white cab they come 15-20 min early then pick up time and inform you that they are waiting.

Extremely pathetic. The assigned to drop me was badly bubbling. Upon asking from the driver, he said sir I informed the management 3 months back, but they didn't fix it even though several other customers were complaining. It was surely not fit to drop anybody but even management knows this, but still not getting it fixed is a big shame.

Unable to understand, why White Radio cab charging different rates for first 10 kilometers. I have availed the facility on 3rd &5th August 2022. Both times, rates were different. Secondly, there was bad smell and no cleanliness in cab. Engine sound was too much with some engine belt noise. Not recommended

Don't clear the fare what to pay .taxi driver will not show you the meter and bill. What he says , you have to pay .their luggage loader is interested in tip only otherwise left your luggage unattended. Very bad service. They should shut down their bad services immediately.

Relatively expensive option for airport taxi. The guys who guide you to the car should only be paid 100-150 Rs and do ask in advance if they have a change or will try to con you into paying more. Drivers expect a tip over and above the trip cost which sometimes is insane

Very close to exit of Airport area you just step out of Airport and gond cab cabin where uou book your taxi and these taxi stand or parking is also very near few yard walking distance. But this company should increase their cab quality

The good thing is that they provide you a proper printed receipt from airport. Their fleet are mixed of old n new cars, some good drivers some horrible. Comparitively woth other airport cab services they are the best.

Have been regularly using Metro cab but used white radio cab recently for the first time and it seems to be better and professional than Metro... Hence 5 starts

It's good radio cab, good car good driver they charged RS.1,300 up to 10 Km after that i think RS.75 per Km

Billing system needs improvement. Despite of several calls, bill was not shared. Had to visit personally.
