Knowing my extreme anxiety of dental work, metal on my teeth, difficulty with freezing fading quickly, etc, along with very bad experiences with dental work in my 20s, my fears prevented me from seeing a dentist for decades. It took me ages (years) to work up courage to even make a call to book an appointment, but once I did, through the amazing care and understanding I found there, I've gone from 'don't even touch my teeth without nitrous oxide', to 'no I don't think I need Ativan or nitrous oxide in order to have a wisdom tooth pulled today' The professionalism, caring, patience and reassurance from everyone here, receptionists to hygienists to Dentists, making every effort to ensure I was 'o.k.' throughout all work, has relieved so much anxiety for me I'd never go anywhere else. If it’s possible to have a great experience at the dentist, this is the closest I’ve ever came! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and I had the pleasure of having my appointment with Dr. Kathy Sandilands. I was repairing a front tooth that had been chipped very badly, was very insecure about it and also not the best with the dentist. Kathy was very patient and understanding, and her assistant was amazing and friendly as well! I was worried there would be an obvious colour difference (especially with it being my front tooth?, and not only was the colouring perfectly matched, the work was all done in under an hour. This was by far the best experience at the dentist I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend these amazing ladies!

Top notch staff delivering top notch dental services! We are very happy with the dental care we’ve received at Dental Divas. Facility is clean, well kept and utilizes the latest technologies. They have been super accommodating considering we come from far away. They have gone out of their way to squeeze us in when they can when we are coming to Edmonton and especially when we need follow up services (though of course we have to call ahead of time for appointments). There is a little play area for kids in the reception area, which is always appreciated for keeping kids entertained while waiting. The staff are great with the kids and very friendly in general. So glad we’ve made this our dentistry home.

These ladies are amazing. Friendly, skilled and always willing to work with you to get your teeth where they need to be. I've been a customer for more than twenty years and every employee I've interacted with has been an absolute treasure. Dr. Miller is a fantastic and gentle communicator, and everyone is concerned with ensuring your visit is as comfortable as possible. I have no suggestions for improvement. New hygienist , Ayodeji, was very pleasant, careful and efficient. Check up and tooth extraction were accomplished with little ‘yelling’ on my part - Kathryn and the newly-Canadian - certified dentist (I’m sorry - I’m not sure of her name) were quick, efficient and very informative . Dr S and her staff are caring and helpful. With a slight touch on your shoulder they reassure you when you might feel some discomfort. They are polite and are constantly saying thank you to one another. They discuss a plan of action when it's needed and do not push you into anything unnecessary. Best dental care ever.

I even have her personal phone number in which I had a emergency with one of my kids and she opened her office on the weekend. You tell me what dentist gives u that kind of service , she is like family.
