Prescribes me prozac saying I have depression when I went there to see if I had any vitamine deficiencies or any "NON-MENTAL health related issues" because ive been having weird physical symptoms lately for some odd reason, not even gonna take that bs worst thing ever especially for an 18 year old. Those 2 times I've been there I've waited 2 hours minimum for nothing, and I had nothing wrong the guys said it and then he starts asking me these non related questions and tries getting me to take that just because i feel more tired lately and have been losing weight? Im trying to lose weight. Those were answers to some of the questions. I said that i work thats why im tired more often and also contributes to me losing weight. what a joke never again going back.

Everyone goes out of their way to be nice. Dr Mathews is the best in the City of Toronto. Only suggestion is instead of playing CP24 on the wall television they should play MOVIES or something or CARTOONS. The CP 24 channel is depressing and plays the same stories over and over again. Please change the channel.

Came in as a walk-in accompaning a neighbor. 4-5 doctors, hard to tell. Seem unorganized, unprofessional . Turning away patients after they wait 5-10 minutes because they are closed. One doctor who is overweight spends time playing with a pen. Zero value to anyone's time

I like it and no its not true that they are rude I been gettin my meds there for years no issue Dont take my word for it go and meet andrew the owner and the rest of his staff polite professional Whats more and no they dont serve coffee

Service is usually quick and all, but it seems weird that the pharmacists with an attached clinic don't wear face masks when dealing with customers. Went to pick up my prescription and neither employee wore one.

Small independent pharmacy with a limited selection of over the counter products, but they have good prices on prescription medication (compared to the chain pharmacies) especially if you don't have insurance.

Always friendly staff, great customer service and very attentive when you walk in. Been a loyal customer for over 15 years and still return to get our medication even though we don't live in the area anymore.
