I had a telehealth with Dr Blagg for severe dental pain. It was coming into weekend and my dentist appointment was in a week. I barely had any sleep in past few nights, she prescribed me antibiotics. I mentioned I was taking maximum dose of over the counter pain medication and she told me to continue taking them. I mentioned that I need stronger pain medication or sleeping tablet just for ONE night so I can get some sleep until the antibiotics kick in. She ignored it and told me that the antibiotics will kick it very quickly and hung up. I took antibiotics as prescribed, it didn't magically make the pain disappear like she said and I was miserable all weekend. I should have just went to ER.

Dr nugyen said my daughter has no cold and nothing wrong with her he said wait 2 days and she should be good we come back with her worse then before and gives us medication the does not even exist he clearly knows nothing then I went to a different doctor and acutely gave us the correct medication it turned out she had a infection.

Dr Nguyen is the most useless pathetic dropkick of a doctor and anyone and everyone should avoid that toxic waste of space. Dr Todd on the other hand is in my opinion the best Dr in Australia!! He listens he helps he has empathy and cares for each one of his patients. He is an absolute champion.

Great Doctors all of them. Take their time and thorough. Don't feel like a turnstyle patient like other places. Been going here since I was 13yo now 55yo and live 30 mins away but still drive and go here... Need I say more??

I will never go again they don’t listen to patients I know we are not a doctor but we know what is our body need it looks like we getting checked for free or they pay for our bill

Had negative covid test results and still refused an appointment to get a sick certificate, told to go to a pharmacy

Can never get an appointment with your regular doctor especially if it is to do with work related so hard
