The Pharmacist, Ed, is so friendly that we're on a first-name basis, as he is with many other of his customers. He always has what I'm looking for, or can suggest effective alternatives. I have never experienced his pharmacy ever running out of needed medications - and I live on them daily to survive - and this is very significant, something that has happened at other big-name pharmacies before I switched my entire health profile to his store. I have never looked back. Whole Health Pharmacy Ogilvie is convenient, well-stocked, and supported with kind and devoted service. It is the best pharmacy I've ever used. Keep up the great work!

Ed is the best pharmacist I have ever encountered. Not only is he meticulous and very knowledgeable about everything he gives you, but he also genuinely cares that you understand everything you are taking. He always goes the extra step to help with technical things like insurance and reminders. He understands what the patient needs and is always thoroughly accommodating. I came here for the first time to get a vaccination, and when I left I was raving about how amazing it was - and pharmacies aren't something to typically get excited about! It was very clean and organized on the inside, but it was the service that blew me away. When I showed up, the pharmacist was expecting me and called me by my first name. He had prepared the paperwork in advance, and his actual administration of the vaccine was one of the best needle experiences I've ever had - painless, efficient and friendly. I would happily commute back here in the future.

I recently transferred to the Whole Health Pharmacy Ogilvie in my neighbourhood. The service I received was very professional and caring. My prescriptions were promptly delivered to my house and what impressed me the most was the courteous smile and attention to the small details. My medications were received in an easy to open container without having to struggle with the child prof lid (I am a senior). After a falling out with the Gloucester Center Rexall Pharmacist, she actually hung up on me mid sentence. That induced panic and anxiety because I was completely out of my medications. I called Ed whom proceeded to go above and beyond what I expected anyone to do. I had my persciptions before close of business that day and it wasn't Ed that filled them but Loblaws. I now deal with Ed weekly and from now on. I'm not sure what would have happened without you Ed. More than gratitude!

Went for my first vaccine shot here, and was so happy with the experience. Considering my severe phobia of needles I was not looking forward to it at all but the pharmacist (Ed) was so understanding and extremely fast I barely felt anything. Probably the best experience I have ever had with getting a shot. If you are looking for a friendly, caring pharmacy I highly recommend wholehealth. Fully worth the 5 stars.

The best service I've ever had at ANY pharmacy! Ever! The prices are good, the dispensing fee is the same as or better than most places. My prescription costs have dropped since I started using this pharmacy. The pharmacist actually ordered in a specific First Aid type tape that I was looking for. I tell everyone I can about this pharmacy!

The Pharmacists Ed and Jake are very experienced. They give their clients options and always think of their clients’ best interest. They have minimal to zero waiting time. My family recently got our flu shots here and Jake was so gentle that I didn’t even feel the needle. Needless to say, this is our pharmacy now.

Not only is the pharmacist very friendly, he is very very helpful as well, a pleasure to be around and work with. Ps. 100% pain free injections, I’ve never experienced anything like it. All I remember him saying was take a “deep breath” and 1/2 second later “we’re all done”.

Ed is an amazing pharmacist. If I'm late renewing my meds, he calls to remind me. He delivers my meds and always has a smile. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for that small town service in a big city!

Very clean place, and the pharmacists are kind. Just an FYI that the Walk-In clinic is telemedicine (you will speak to a doctor through video chat that the nurse sets up). It's a good system but it's not for everyone.
