Wien Stadium is a functional place to watch Columbia football games. The stands are small, but then again, not too many people attend these games. The grounds crew does an excellent job maintaining the grass of the playing field, so playing conditions are good, and so is the viewing experience. Columbia confusingly has a (paid for) name for both the whole athletics complex including football, baseball, soccer, track and other facilities, Baker Field; and the football stadium. Greed is bad The stadium could really use a bigger scoreboard and better quality public address {PA) system. The current scoreboard is too small to easily see. They have a small concession stand. It is easy to get to the stadium via subway. The 215th Street subway station on the 1 line is 5 blocks or so away. A warning -- if you buy tickets online from the Columbia Athletics department, they will "punish the customer" and use your email address to spam you.

There to watch football... Dartmouth beat Columbia (Yeah!) The only college football stadium in Manhattan. And I believe, one of 2 colleges in NYC that still have a football team - the other being Wagner, on Staten Island. Really more of a "half" stadium as the visitor side is not that extensive and lack amenities (bathrooms for instance).

Stadium and bathroom was very clean and well kept. Downside is that there is limited parking so get there early or take public transit. I didn’t try any of the food there but everything seemed reasonably priced for a football game.

Community access posted at the gate. Intense exposure to sun and winds off the Harlem but an excellent track surface.

Nice stadium. Tricky to enter— the address maps it right to the field, though the entrance is a black or so back.

Great day to watch a game. Sunny, warm, and great seats. Columbia won 77 - 17. Nice park and restaurants nearby.

Good view of the field from anywhere, our seats were benches. You would want a real seat if your going.

Although the team isn't very good, the concessions are exceptional and the prices are pretty good.
