"The WORST customer service I've experienced that I can recall in a long time"
"Had my eye on a nice pair of boots that were on display and so decided to get in to take a closer look"
"Purchased two pairs of shoes in the Uni Hill Branch"
"Bought a shoes, unfortunately that day I was wearing a thicker sports socks, so returned it and exchanged the next day, the sales person was a shocker, before I exchanged my shoes the sales person lectured me like I had stolen the shoes instead of buying it, I don't know how did the shop management trained them, you need to improve your customers service skills, you'll lose business if you don't improve"
"My wife got 2 pairs on an offer (buy one, get 2nd pair with 50%)"
The WORST customer service I've experienced that I can recall in a long time. Terrible in fact! I chose a pair of boots on sale for $129 with the help of the sales assistant (reduced from $199 to $129) he was at this stage polite and helpful. At the register a different sales assistant processed the sale and my partner tapped her card and the transaction was $179. I queried the price as this was $50 more than the sale sticker. I was told that the price of my boots was $179 as this was the price displayed on the shelf. The cashier grabbed a similar shoe but a different color to confirm her point. I pointed out that it was in fact a different shoe and the display price boot price had a sale sticker of $129. I was then told that the sale sticker was a mistake and an old sale sticker that should have been removed and the correct price was the $179. At this point I had kind of had enough and it had become a bit of bad experience so I decided I didn't want to proceed with the transaction and asked that I just get my money back. I was then told the payment had already been accepted and the store has a no refund policy. Therefore I could get an exchange credit for $179 but could not get my money back. This was literally a minute after the transaction was processed. Both the cashier and the sales assistant were standing their ground that the transaction had gone though so it was just bad luck. Eventually after eye rolling, advice on consumer law and making me listen to him restate at least 3 times that the transaction had already gone through, the hassle he would have of having to explain to Mark (who I assume is the manager) ........I got my money back
Had my eye on a nice pair of boots that were on display and so decided to get in to take a closer look. Said shoes had the price tag exposed and it was $159. I then took a walk around the bench in the middle to have a look at the other shoes models before heading to the counter and let the young lady know I wanted to purchase the boots on display. She proceeded to go get the shoes, took a very swift and imperceptible look at the price tag, ripped it off and ask me for $199. She thought I hadn’t seen it was priced at $159. I simply told her I wasn’t interested anymore, and left. This would have probably been my tenth pair of shoes from this same shop, but this kind of behaviour doesn’t deserve my business.
Purchased two pairs of shoes in the Uni Hill Branch. Original employee was absolutely fantastic and spent a long time with me to make sure I picked something just right. I ended up needing to replace a pair a few weeks later and initially the person that served me was very rude to the point where a regional manager was involved. This would have lead to a 1 star review and I'd have never touched them again, but the manager was awesome and totally agreed with my points and was very shocked at the staff members attitude. All issues resolved and they avoided losing a customer.

My wife got 2 pairs on an offer (buy one, get 2nd pair with 50%). However, they still charged us the full price of the 2 pairs. When we notified them with this error, they claimed the price was already discounted, while obviously it was not since we saw the price tag before we made the purchase! HORRIBLE PLACE, AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Very disappointed because of manager she is soo rude i have spend more then $600 and the leather was so bad and when i go back they didn’t refund or exchange my shoes and start arguing with me very loud I’m very disappointed and I definitely take them to the court as per policy don’t buy anything from them because they are doing fraud.
Had the worst customer service experience with the extremely rude manager. Asked for help with a warranty when a pair of $200 boots fell apart after only 3 months. Carmel, the manager was rude, accusatory and has an awful attitude toward customers. Very unhappy with this experience.
Horrible service by the two brunette girls today. Didn’t crack one smile and looked like they hated their lives. One came over and asked “y’all need help?” with a dead straight face. When we did ask for help, they both seemed like we were asking for so much lol
Carmel the manager and her staff at Bundoora were absolutely fantastic and amazing to be assisted by, I come across the best customer service and they were so polite and helpful. They have great quality shoes and customer service. 5 star . Highly recommend!
Easily some of the best shoes and boots I've ever bought. I've gotten three pairs in about two years. Took two to Egypt and if you take care of them they'll still look great. The staff are super helpful and friendly and I cannot give them enough praise.
No refunds. Shoes are unworn and unused, in original packaging and with reciept. Not fit for purpose. Have to go through ACCC and VCAT. Head office are feral to deal with and stores wont even deal with you. REALLY. BAD. SERVICE. And all made in China.
AVOID*** - poor quality shoes, not worth the money! Absolutely appalled at this brands customer service. Do not waste your money or time on shoes that won't even last you 2 wears and then further made impossible to return, refund or exchange.
If you are going to have staff running a store ,please make sure they are at least able to issue a gift card .Just wasted an hr of my day away from work to be asked to come back tomorrow when the person on can issue …
Was there last Saturday afternoon and the lovely lady that served us was amazing. Very knowledgeable and able to handle so many customers and still provide fantastic customer service. She definitely deserves a pay rise.
Carmel the manager at Bundoora was absolutely fantastic, the best sales manager I come across, best customer service and polite! She knows her stuff and I definitely recommend her and the store . 5 star
Bad customer service, over charged me on the sale item and had to return and confront them about it and also was told I could return them and get a refund and they declined and gave me a store voucher.
Brought a pair of Bronx over 3 yrs ago, and purchased my second pair last week. They've been the best pair of boots I've ever brought! Plus great customer service! 10/10 will shop here again!
Incredible customer service. Very attentive staff who helped me find the perfect pair of leather shoes for my little brother! Will definitely be back.
Paul was very helpful and went the extra mile to ensure we bought the right shoe and fit. Very happy with the service and the product.
Dealt with Paul, great customer service, great personality. Very happy with the shoes purchased, will go back in the future.
Great range of fashionable and comfortable shoes and boots for men and women. Paul was knowledgeable and very helpful.
Poor Quality, My Shoes got damaged in 3 months when complained I was told it was probably the way I walk.
Great variety of shoes, amazing customer service and supporting an Aussie brand? Absolutely marvellous!!
Understaffed but thats just a sign of the times the one staff was great but working hard
Great quality shoes & staff were so helpful with helping look for a pair of boots!
