I did not have a great experience this time around. The dentist Khadija Parekh checked my teeth and said I have a lot of build up. As she started cleaning my teeth she was hurting me. As I expressed my discomfort she told me I will need another full appointment to clean my teeth due to the build up. At this point she kept hurting me and as I continued to show discomfort she finally reduced the pressure, which was much better for me. Then she goes Raisa you’re not letting me clean, you will actually need two more appointments as I will need to numb you. Well this is not my first time at this dentist. My first time here on 28th/10/21, I had left absolutely satisfied, the hygienist Tawny was absolutely amazing, did not hurt me and left me with my whole mouth clean. I even gave 5* review with pictures. This time around, I left disappointed. The hygienist Khadija only cleaned half of my mouth! She said she wouldn’t clean the whole mouth this time as it would be sore. She insisted to book a second appointment on the spot, as I chose date and time, she insisted I must pay immediately to secure the booking. I was not only unsatisfied with the service, I felt pressured to book a second appointment. I told her I was not comfortable giving my card details. I requested her to send a payment link (as the usual payment method I used so far) she insisted I must pay by the end of the day if I wanted to secure the booking, otherwise it would be cancelled. Eventually I ended up cancelling the booking. And I would like William Place to know, a client or customer shouldn’t feel pushed for a treatment, much less treated this way when the hygienist is actually hurting me. Telling me you will need third appointment because in need to numb you, you’re not letting me clean. Is really not fair. And I’m definitely not booking with this hygienist again.

Worst customer service ever! The receptionists have a disgusting attitude. The person I just spoke to is called Maria, or something, she seems very immature and lackadaisical. I spoke to the manager ( she has a northernish accent) Terrible attitude also didn't seem to care or hear what I had to say. A attitude that has been passed on to her colleagues. I called the surgery today and it seemed once Maria found out that I was calling I could hear her giggling and I could hear multiple voices talking about me before she realised I wasn't on hold. I hadn't even said my reason for calling at this point. Then Maria proceeds to find it funny and attempt to speak down on me, going back and forth with me, arguing with me "but was you going to make it in 5 minutes, but was you going to make it in 5 minutes" she said continuously. She sounded very young (I am 26) If it was a mature person I would have let it go. Naturally, this caused me to be frustrated and I express my lack of appreciation for her attitude, she then started to back track. It's a shame because I have recommended a few people to sign up to the surgery and I found the Hygienist I saw so pleasant. The surgery is lovely and modern. But front of house staff have disgusting behaviours. I've never written a bad review, but there is a clear pattern of bad attitudes. ______________________________________ The response shows a lack of acknowledgement about the situation. Mental health is valid, important and a real thing. But doesn't excuse disgusting attitudes and behaviours, especially when the person had a bad attitude in the first place. Bringing up mental health as an excuse is uncalled for. This response is very generic and not personable dispute being disrespected outright.

The reception is easy to access, clean and relaxing, and the staff on reception were very helpful and kind with customers even as the practice got busier. My hygienist appointment started on time and did not go over the thirty minute slot. Arusa left no stone (tooth!) unturned, all the plaque and tartar that I was experiencing at the back of my teeth has gone, so I'm so thankful. She also advised on the healthiness of my gums and gave tips for ensuring they stay healthy. Having not gone to the dentist for well over 2 years, this experience gave me confidence that at this practice i will be treated with dignity and respect and receive excellent and professional service. I feel confident to return at much shorter intervals than 2 years :)

Called and was hung up on (18.09.23). (19.09.23) In response to the owners reply regarding respect and dignity - my call was answered by a female staff member, I politely enquired whether new patients were being taken on by the practice and was abruptly hung up on without a response. At the very least, please exercise due diligence in investigating a negative experience reported by a prospective patient prior to responding - particularly if responding generically as this simply appears to be an attempt to save face rather than genuinely address the issue. I hope your calls are recorded and the timing of the review is utilised. This is certainly not a case of mistaken identity.

Them two make up a great team of young professionals, who go extra mile to ensure that the best treatment and results are achieved with minimal costs, while being very friendly, careful, open, positive and attentive throughout. Michael and Rosita were very calm and patient. I am terrified when it comes to going to the Dentist, I get very nervous and panicky. I couldn't let him do the filling the way he needed to because I needed to have a cloth in my mouth which I couldn't because it felt like I was suffocating. Michael managed to do the filling without it. Nearly half the tooth needed a filling so it was quite a long procedure but again it took longer because of my anxiety and getting up every minute I didn't let them get on with their job. They were very patient with me which I appreciate a lot because I don't think I could of been this patient with myself! Thank you

Michael is a very competent and professional dentist and likewise Natalie (dental nurse) Neither of them tried to 'sell to me' whilst in their care, they recommended as opposed to pushing products and services which they may receive a commission from!! I've noted other dentists really selling their services during a regular check up, to the extent of been told I needed 2 fillings. I knew instinctively this was not the case and decided to get a 2nd opinion hence my recent visits to William Place.... and no I didn't need any fillings! A very comfortable experience and the hygienist is also excellent.... highly recommended!

Try to avoid this Dental. I booked cleaning and paid £52 I I was serviced less for what I paid. They don’t clean prober because they want you to come back and pay again. I was told. Book another appointment for cleaning. What about today. No today we are done. That’s not how you do business. You are sending customers away instead of bringing them with customers service. If I am happy with your customer. Yes I will book again another appointment but if I didn’t get service what I paid how do you expect me to book another appointment. Been coming for years and it’s generally fine. Revolving door of locum hygienests who don’t read patient notes or know how anything works. Don’t think I’ve ever been called in at the time of my appointment, despite consistently booking the first appointment of the day. Some bizarre policy where you can’t even book on someone’s behalf. My husband was overseas with no reception and I couldn’t even book an emergency appointment for him without ‘a note on file.’ Needlessly complicated and not customer friendly. Glad I made the decision to go elsewhere!

On the day of my appointment. I had an amazing experience from start till the end. I was greeted by Lara she welcomed me for my appointment, she was very nice,kind & informative with her guidance. Then the nurse haleema took me to the doctor. Doctor Sandeep, took excellent care for me, she listened to all my concerns, I had a very detailed check and she came out with a detailed long term plan to fix my smile. My children saw Dr Chien Foo, Nurse Ann and Nurse Sarita today and they were honestly the most friendliest with my children. They really helped my children feel comfortable. Thank you! I would not recommend this dentist. I would like them to reply to this message and explain when I asked for a complaint form to the manager directly, she said she will email it. She never did, but she did bombard me with routine checks and for me to pay with fees and fines for missing appointment when they didn’t notify me, also on my first visit paid privately came on time even early. They made me wait one and a half hour before they even checked me disgraceful

Best dentist I’ve ever been to! It was quick and easy to book online. I saw the hygienist and the dentist. Both were on time for my appointment. The venue has just been renovated beautifully. The service was amazing. I was asked lots of questions and felt as though my needs were met. The hygienist and dentist were both very thorough, friendly and professional. This dentist is very reasonable for the quality of service you receive.

Private patient - I've had a dentist check-up, filling and 2 hygienist visits at William Place Dental and have been happy every time. Easy to book and pay for services online and they have appointments available on Saturdays. My recent hygienist appointment (£64) was with Arusa who was efficient, friendly and did a great job at removing tartar build-up so my teeth are looking clean and shiny.

Suffering from extreme dental fear, finding a new dentist is very difficult and stressful for me. For me what a find William Place Dental Aesthetics was, the whole team are very professional. Sophie is a lovely dentist who is very caring and gentle. Arusa is an amazing hygienist, she explained everything that she was going to do. My teeth feel very good after having them cleaned by Arusa.

Saw Dr Sandeep Johal alongside nurse Sarita. They were both amazing at providing the best informative care! Dr Johal is brilliant at what she does. She really takes care of the patient has the best advice and makes sure she informs the patient of all procedures. I really hope the standard remains this high and honest at William Dental! I’m very pleased with the treatment I received for my teeth. I had some concerns beforehand about my oral health, after having several infections during the pandemic, but my dentist and her assistant alleviated my anxiety about that, and helped me feel reassured. Also, all of the staff that work at William Place Dental Aesthetics are kind, and welcoming. Thank you for helping me. :)

Dental surgery itself is clean, modern and with friendly dentists. But the bogus policy of being taken off the patients list for failing to give more than 48 hour notice for cancellation on two occasions (two occasions could be a year or more apart) regardless of how long you've been a patient for at the surgery is a very nonsensical and ridiculous policy.

Just been here today and really happy with my appointment. My hygienist did a brilliant job and was quite thorough. The appointment was fairly priced and there was no hidden cost. I do like my NHS dentist but when it comes to hygienist appointments, I always have the feeling they are ripping me off a bit. But not here. Reception staff was super nice too.

Very disappointed with my most recent hygienist appointment considering my first experience here was so great. My appointment lasted no more than 15mins for a clean which I felt was very rushed and unfinished as I could still see the impurities after my appointment. Not to mention it cost £54 and I don’t feel the service received, was worth the money.

Just had a teeth cleaning with the hygienist Tawny, she was excellent. I am delighted with the results. I thought 30 minutes appointments wont be enough as I had so much scale buildup there. But it took under 25 minutes and a still can’t believe these are my teeth. Absolutely amazing and recommend it to whoever is thinking to go here.

Rosie annd Haleema were both excellent with my 8 year old son. He was having a small filling and they were really good throughout the whole process. Rosie was particular good at explaining beforehand, during and after the procedure. They had the perfect manner with an 8 year old, super reassuring and full of praise. Definitely recommend.

Both the dentist and the hygienist were very friendly and competent. I got an appointment within a very short time and I didn't have to wait long in the waiting area either. Furthermore, I was well advised. The practice seems new, well maintained and clean. All in all, I am one hundred percent happy with my experience at William Place.

NHS. I registered for an NHS appointment due to pain. I was very lucky to be added to the NHS list quite quickly, but I had been a patient previously. I found Sophie AMAZING, informed me of the choices, and listened when I was in pain. They can't do everything, but gave me options. I appreciate honesty and help

I've been visiting the clinic since last year for various treatments, and their service every single time has been exceptional. One dreads going to a dentist, but Dr Preya's affability and general demeanour puts rest to one's concerns. And apart from that, her quality of work has been remarkable.

I have paid Williams place £50 fees to have dental hygiene in 2022, and I have cancelled on the last day, bare in mind I paid £50 fees. Because of this I have been black-listed and not allowed to have an appointment anymore. Terrible service and I would not recommend anyone else with them.
