I brought shoes from Cranbourne branch but when I went next day to fountain gate I found bigger size more comfortable and that colour was on sale so I went and ask for refund to Cranbourne branch. The lady on counter was so rude that I am returning that she start accusing me that I used the shoe and start showing me some dust on one bottom of shoe that was the side which I tried at branch to check size and the other was brand new without anything on it. So she was assuring me that I used one shoe and I was hopping all time to use one side shoe only. Seriously she was so loud and upset that she wasn't realising that she there are people standing around. She need some training how to speak to customers and use common sense before accusing customers. I will drive 15 mins n go to fountain gate next time instead of coming to Cranbourne next time.

Absolutely disgusted in your false advertising that made me come into your shop. Great big signs advertising 1/2 price sale. Chose the boots that I have been eyeing off and then my partner enquired about your sale. We were told it was buy one and then "2nd" pair is half price. WHAT..... great big signs 1/2 price sale and about 1 tiny sign saying 2nd pair 1/2price. Your normal sales are clear in what you are doing, why change it this time? Unless you want to deceive the public. I really would like to take this further as this is false advertising. I will never shop in your store again and i will voice this to friends and family. Not good enough Williams Shoes. Keep this type of advertising up and you will be like others and go bust.

Walked in looking to buy some new shoes. Usually love the store after shopping at fountain gate for years. Coming to Cranbourne store the employees were more focussed on talking to each other than serving any customers. Walked up to them to ask for shoe in my size and the lady looked unimpressed to have to stop her conversation to help me. Will not be back any time soon. Disappointing.

I had a wonderful shopping experience in the Cranbourne store today. A lovely representative named Krystal was so helpful and knowledgeable, she helped me pick 2 pairs of shoes for my husband. I will be back again! Thank you
