Here is a team that cares DEEPLY & PASSIONATLEY about what they are doing. Gosia, the owner, is a unique energy. She is so focused, and knowledgable! Anything I curious about she will provide me the most amazing education. So generous with her information, time, & advice! I have my appointments with her VERRRY special daughter, Amanda, with whom I have found trust, a professional and serious investment into the health of my skin. I have been suffering with acne and scarring from a previous esthetician I was going to that used all biologique products before I found Williamsburg Beauty Spa. After I realized the biologique products were making my skin worse and causing the breakouts and irritation I decided to go the organic, all natural route and come to Williamsburg Beauty Spa. My first facial there I got the Mirapeel and immediately I started seeing results!! My skin was not clogged anymore. After 2 weeks my scarring was gone and I stopped breaking out. She knew exactly what was going on with my skin and what was clogging my pores. She put me on a skincare regimen and my skin has been loving it ever since! Both estheticians there are so sweet and soo helpful!! You can tell they truly love what they do and want to help people feel comfortable in their own skin. They know everything about skincare and helped my skin so much! Im so happy I decided to go the all natural, organic route. My skin has never looked better. They are AMAZING!! Cant wait for my next facial! Love them!

As a whole I did not have a good experience here. I arrived early, and she said My esthetician would be 10-15 min, which I had no problem with. So I sat and called my sister to chat. Someone later came out about 5 min later and asked me to be quiet and not talk so loud because there was a facial going on. Slightly appalled I told my sister I would call her back later. So I get waxed and the entire time there are people out front (workers included) chatting and laughing with no care in the world. It just blew me away that this lady had the audacity to ask me to be quiet, when her staff speaks louder than I do, and also not to mention there were no signs anywhere asking to maintain a quiet environment. Also when you’re paying that kind of money for a wax, there shouldn’t be any residual hairs left. All in all not impressed would never go back.

I do not say this lightly … Amanda knows more about the skin than any dermatologist or plastic surgeon in Manhattan. From acne, to scars, to hyperpigmentation she has real solutions that SOLVE instead of Rx and overly strong chemicals that the MDs advise. I see people with problematic skin and I send them straight to Amanda. This is no basic spa and can not be compared to any of the ridiculous chains out there. She is a specialist so she charges specialist pricing - you get what you pay for. I’ve gotten better results with her than the thousands I’ve spent at the derm and plastic surgeon offices that apply devices on low settings to squeeze you for $$$. If I had to travel to Antarctica to see her I would. Amanda thank you for your constant education on the latest and greatest procedures and devices can’t wait to try your next newest thing!

I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted and lashes tinted by Amanda. She was rough and seemed very inexperienced- the fact that I didn’t get tint in my eyes was a miracle- and whilst waxing she listed all the nationalities of people she’d never get brow treatments from (also, some of them were religions, not nationalities). The treatment room was dirty and small (she could barely move around me to do the treatment) and she didn’t clean up as she went so I had to carefully get up and dressed while the used wax strips and tissues were on the bed. Brows were fine but lash tint was noticeably better on one eye than the other. After tipping it was over $70- way too expensive. Also, they use henna brow tint but don’t tell you unless you ask, so if you have a reaction to henna (common), be aware that this is what they use.

I have been going to Williamsburg Beauty spa for the last 5/6 years. I do not trust anyone else with my skin other than Amanda and Gosia. No one even compares to them. They know what they’re doing and every time I leave I look beautiful. I had very bad skin prior to WBS. With the prior estheticians I used, my skin never showed any progress or any comparison to how my skin looked after even my first facial with WBS. Ever since coming to WBS, I never felt more confident and beautiful in my skin without makeup. I am beyond grateful to have found the best spa in the world. Gosia and Amanda have turned into family, they truthfully care about their customers and make sure you leave happy. I will never go to any other place. They are the best of the best.

I love Williamsburg Beauty Spa! I have seen Amanda for a facial, mirconeedling and next I will try mirapeel. With each visit, the condition of my skin improves and all of the product recommendations have been amazing. I have extremely sensitive / eczema prone skin so it is hard to find someone who will pay extra attention to those concerns. Amanda always checks in with me after my treatment the next day to see how I am doing and I find that so thoughtful, you can tell she is so passionate about what she does and genuinely cares about her clients! I didn't think I would ever LOVE my skin!! But Amanda has truly transformed it. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my face, SERIOUSLY. I started seeing her in 2020 when I was experiencing acne from mask usage plus hormonal acne. I've never trusted or liked anyone enough to become a repeat client. But because of Amanda's care plus her incredible guidance and expertise, I wouldn't DARE leave her haha. The quality of their facials and the products at Williamsburg Beauty Spa are truly TRANSFORMATIVE. My skin looks so much HEALTHIER and more youthful than my early 20s even. The products they carry come in a wide range of prices as well, so Amanda was able to help me choose something of quality and that fits my budget.

I have been going to Williamsburg Beauty Spa for years after a recommendation from a friend. Amanda is just the best. Her no nonsense approach is not only refreshing but it is what leads to fast results. I am so grateful to have found her. I love this place... I trust them for all my waxing needs and now for facials! I had my first facial last week with Amanda. She is incredible!! She makes you feel so relaxed and has lots of knowledge about the products and procedures. I came out glowing, deeply cleaned, relaxed, and hydrated. It has lasted for a few days and I can see a huge improvement in my skin. This spa always smells good and has an ambience unlike other places. I found this place while looking for a manicure that would also pamper my hands. This was one of the only places in Brooklyn providing what I was looking for. There was a plastic shield in between myself and the manicurist and masks were worn. Amanda was extremely professional, helping me pick out a color and cleaning my cuticles amazingly. It's been so long since I received a manicure of this caliber. Almost three weeks in, and very little damage done to my shellac manicure. Can't wait to come back and try a facial! Amanda works with you for REAL RESULTS. I’ve struggled with acne, hyperpigmentation, scarring and irritated skin since high school. I’ve spent the last decade dishing out money for ineffective skincare treatments at various spas/skincare clinics/dermatologists in the city. I was ready to give up and accept that there was no fix before my friend referred me to Amanda. No one has been able to get to the root of my problems and give me back healthy skin except her. Above all else, she and everyone at that spa are so genuine. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Best kept secret in NYC. I've been coming regularly every 4/5 weeks leading up to my wedding to see Amanda. These facials are true "treatments" with high tech machinery vs. basic moisturizing and massaging. Every treatment she does is next level, but the microneedling technique has truly brought out my best skin. It's gentle, no bleeding or excessive peeling, and after 2 treatments my fine lines are hardly noticeable. 31 no botox no fillers and wedding ready! She also has amazing products - mostly from smaller brands that you can't get elsewhere. 10/10!

Look no further for a mani/pedi with Amanda! I saw her 2 years ago a day before I went into labor with my 2nd child and she gave me the best mani/pedi and wax so I didn't feel so gross after giving birth! I have fond memories of seeing my sparkly toes (after not being able to see my toes for awhile!) and now seeing her again for a long awaited tune-up, her services are even better and much more appreciated! You defintiely won't get this kind of mani pedi around the neighborhood with attention and detail and trust me, I'm picky! Definitely worth it!

Such an amazing spa! Both, Amanda and Gosia, are high trained and truly work magic with their hands. Both women are beyond knowledgeable and can help with any skin concern. Every encounter I’ve had with them has been stellar. After every facial with them, my skin is literally glowing. I really love how all the products they use and sell are clean, organic products. I have been to 3 dermatologists understand why my face had been so red and inflamed and couldn’t get a clear answer so I just decided to live with it. I eventually went to Amanda for a hydrafacial and within 5 minutes of my session, she figured out I had eczema. She suggested products (all-natural, without harsh chemicals) to incorporate into my skin routine. Since then, my skin has never looked or felt better. It’s been 8 months and I could cry with how happy I am that my skin is calm and clear. Thank you, thank you, Amanda!

I found this place a little bit over a year now and I highly recommend. Before I found them I tried many different places and I was always disappointed. They never took time with me and it did not matter what type of services I was asking. This place has become my to go place and when I am even away I always come back to them to do anything I need to. They take their time, you never feel rushed and even if you book an appointment last minute they will try to ask you. I really love all of them.

I would not recommend this spa. I called and booked a facial. When I got there, Amanda explained my skin needed a difference facial which was drastically higher in terms of $. I respectfully declined but instead I got lectured on how clients must learn how to pay for the esthetician’s experience. Mind you at this point I’m topless with a bright light on my face and I just felt like I wanted to leave, but couldn’t. Anyways… the service was good but I disliked the vibe of the place.

Gosia is the best Facialist hands down in Manhattan / Brooklyn. I have lived in other cities too and I cannot tell you how much I miss her facials! I always felt so relaxed in the atmosphere, she is also great to talk with. The whole experience was always positive. When I came in for the first time I had a lot of issues with my skin. Gosia and Amanda are incredible. They are highly knowledgeable and give the best facials. They really get in there and attend to your concerns instead of just skimming over the areas as a lot of other places do. I went here in dire need of a pedicure after a trip into Midtown the night before in stilettos + months of yoga had left my feet in BAD condition. I opted for the pedicure with natural callus removal, and DAMN! My feet have seriously never looked better or been softer. The woman was extremely thorough and careful to work around a few blisters, and the polish itself lasted remarkably long. This is the only place I will go to in NY now for my nails!

Amanda helped me fix my face! I went from chronic acne, to an almost-perfect model face! Her facials are amazing, rejuvenating, and hydrating. Microneedling is also amazing, and painless! I had very thin, de-hydrated skin when we started, and now with consistency and the Larens and DNA products she recommended, I am glowing!!!! Could not be happier. Excellent spa with state of the art facial treatments - some organic. Most products and treatments are organic quality. I have been using this spa and their recommendations for years. They can offer you the best service for your skin. I think the prices are very reasonable considering the quality and expertise of the aestheticians. It’s just 1 stop from Manhattan on the L train. It’s well worth a visit. You’ll get addicted to this place!

BEST FACIALS IN NYC. Amanda has a lot of knowledge about different skin treatments and facials. I was hesitant to get a facial because I always would start to break out or just not see a big enough change. This facial changed my life. My skin looked years younger, brighter and firmer. Also, this place is a must for waxing - super clean and Amanda knows what she is doing! I highly recommend getting a facial and wax from here!
