Avoid this place if you can. If you can't, ensure that you film your car before, during and after using the wash bays. Because, according to the rude owner, if they haven't seen your car before washing, you're a liar for saying your paint is scratched. I have ended up with scratches ALL OVER my car. Call up, and Liberty tells me that 95% of people with complaints are liars (almost verbatim). I even made it clear that I'm not, necessarily, looking for compensation, and just want to talk about what's happened ... but I can see from other reviews that rudeness seems to be the norm at this place. The staff (Nick and Paige) are both wonderful people. Pre-empting any response from Liberty, this review is merely for your treatment of your customers; I probably wouldn't even have left a review, had you not been so blatantly RUDE on the phone. I'll make sure no one I know will make my mistake.

After a good few years I’ve had my run in with the owner like so many have. I am by no means anti-mask… but under state law IT IS NOT A REQUIREMENT TO PRODUCE DOCUMENTATION RELATING TO A LAWFUL EXEMPTION. I have no issue being asked to wear a mask/being asked why I'm not. But I don't expect to be set upon by an aggressive staff member... demanding to see proof of an exemption and then asking me to leave??? I see you now also have a discriminatory sign out the front this afternoon. Clearly old mate is a bit too comfortable with the car wash monopoly in this area. Support small business they say... day one out of lockdown and this is how you're treating customers...

Worste car wash ever the cleaning bays are filthy i can never clean because the wind blows all the dirt back into the car the owner is too old and lazy to clean them. The owner is arogant and rude he doesn’t care. He claimed the steam cleaners had no problems with them when I confronted him and said there spraying out cold water there not working and my seat is all wet. He very rudley claimed without checking that there working with warm water. And that i show him one that works that’s different to his one. This guy knows nothing total amateur. Stay away this place is a joke i can clean my car better at home. Zero stars.

Such a beautiful experience, I love this car wash and visit fairly regularly! However early this morning I went through the car wash drive thru instead of doing it myself. Whilst waiting to enter the drive thru a beautiful & pleasant man came up and offered me a complementary coffee, not only was that super kind but the smile & kindness of the man genuinely made my morning! It’s that kind of interaction that can transform and lift your day! & today wasn’t the only pleasant interaction I’ve had with this man, he always comes across super lovely! I will continue to return here no hesitations. Thank you to him!

Went to wash boat and owners said to me to move my car further back which then put my boat in the drive way and I wasn't able to wash my boat. I visit this car wash regularly to wash my cars and boats but was disgusted with the owner's attitude. He said to me this is not a boat wash when I pointed out if move my car back the boat will no longer be in the wash bay. I don't understand why he has pictures of snappers on his page if doesn't want owners of boats to come and wash there. Will not be returning there anytime soon. Owner is very rude.

OMG I wish there was a negative star to use. Like the other 1 star reviewers I was abused by the attendant, lied to, charged twice, could only be given a token as a refund, and I was to blame for the machine not working. Been going here for 17 years, no problems until this experience. I was prepared to put up with the price hikes over the years, the inconvenient payment system, but the behaviour of the attendant and his inability to listen, to apologise, to provide an adequate level of customer service means I won’t be going there again.

Extremely rude staff. First and last time there. Was abruptly told off for using my sponge in conjunction with their high pressure hoses as I didn’t want to scratch my car paint work with their hard bristled brushes.The man in the morning came rushing up to me telling me to quickly put away my items and leave the place! Appalling customer service! Hope this place goes down under. In addition the timers for the high pressure seemed to go really quick. Stay away people. Wash it yourself at your own leisure.

I've used a fair few carwashes.. this place is the biggest rip off I've ever been to.. Takes ages for the spray gun to swap cleaners so you waste half of your time waiting for the soap to stop to get clean water. Their exposed hose connection is super hot and burned my hand. The so called hot ceramic wax is rubbish. The amount of signs everywhere when you get here is totally unwelcoming. Rules for everything. Won't be coming back here. Back to the point cook wash.

It is expensive for the time given, $1 for 1:10 seconds when washing by hand. Most I've ever paid. The dollar barely was able to rinse my vehicle. There was an expansion done a while back, so i guess the owners are recouping back costs or maybe just taking advantage of the affluent neighbours. Also, the pressure of the gun is the same as a $50 pressure washer from supecheap. They have the monopoly in the area, so it's here or the driveway at home.

Have used the auto car wash (top deluxe wash selected $22) many times but the last 4 times, the car has not been clean after. After 3 bad washes I vowed not to return but being time deprived, I tried again. Still an unacceptable result. Car is still dirty and spot marks everywhere. I will not be back. The one good thing is, on two occasions I was offered a free coffee but definitely not worth it just for a coffee I’m hand a still a dirty car.

It’s nice and clean, and gets the job done. The renovations have done it really good. Been using this one for the past ten years, unfortunately the cost has also gone up, $5 plus fees to swipe the card get you 5:50. It’s basically a bit more than a dollar a minute. I remember not too long ago that would be long enough to wash my car. Now I end up spending another couple dollars, wish salaries would go up by the same percentage.

Have you guys seen the Seinfeld episode with the soup n@zi? Well this is the car wash version. Expensive and rude. Had the owner grab one of the sprayers whilst i was using the other one to unwind it. No sanitiser to clean your hands after people use the equipment, great way to protect the community and Charge you a surcharge for debit transactions (who even does that?) Will go out of my way to avoid this place going forward.

Placed $20 in the change machine and ONLY got $18 back in coins - Phoned the number posted for faults to report the issue and got an answering machine ... left my details and nothing happened days later. If it is a scam, then many are being ripped-off ... make sure you count your coins if using bigger bills, but don't expect any restitution and of course you don't get a receipt of the transaction !

If anyone thinks they can wash a car without touching it then they've got rocks in their heads. Touch free car washes do a great job if your car is relatively clean and this one is no exception. I thought it might be latest technology but sadly it failed me. Plenty of places around employing human beings with nimble hands that will do a great job or just do it yourself it's not that hard.

Price hike in laser touchless autowash and a slash time in the hand wash from 150 sec to 140 sec very sneaky. Update: 31/1/2020. Not much has changed except laser wash prices have jumped $2 and again wash time has dropped to 1min 15secs for every dollar. Disgraceful. BUT still one of the best carwashes just the getting ripped off with time given per minute.

Regularly travel from Seddon to use this car wash. Foaming brushes are excellent as are the pressure hoses. Credit card change facility and lots of vacuums available. Can't comment on the drive-in auto wash as I've never used it. This place is busy with the boy racers and their machines for a reason.....it's one of the best in Melbourne.

Car wash place is fine. But I went with a couple of friends the other day and this big old ish short maybe late 40s blue eyes ( I think ) blond lady was so rude to us. We just went the wrong way cause of the turns and she snapped. Not even letting us explain idk if she was having a bad day or what but honestly was very off putting.

Paid my money to use the self wash, used the soap broom to apply the soap but used a soft cloth to get into the tight spots. Then the bloke running the show said I can't use a soft cloth, he pointed to a sign that said no bucket wash, I informed him that I don't have a bucket but he went and turned the equipment off. What the hell.

Nothing is more annoying then when you put your money into a car wash machine and they put a 30 second delay before the detergent comes out. I'm happy to report that this car wash is NOT like that. The detergent comes out as quick as possible. But I'll be happy to report if they change it as it's my regular car wash place. 5 stars

I swiped my credit card twice, it said accepted but nothing turned on , so 10$ lost - since i needed the car washed i put in 2$ I had in the car and quickly washed it. No one was around so i couldn't tell any one ( coffee shop may have been but i was in hurry so left it). Will be wary of this carwash in future.

Great service with good pricing. I used the automatic high pressure car wash and washes my car quite well, does not leave any scratch marks or anything like that, which I’m very happy about! While I waited for the car wash a staff member offered complimentary coffee which was very appreciated, highly recommend.

Similiar issues to to previous reviewer. Been coming for years but recent confusing changes to laser car wash card payment ended up with being double charged. No attendance to help out at 6pm (understandable) but no where to call someone to help with double charge. Will try another car wash from now on.

Publicly abused and told to remove my car before he had it wheel clamped as I walked next door for 3 minutes as I waited for a bay they were all full . Rude aggressive owner. Not necessary and the negative promotion of your business was done in the public display of abuse for a potential customer.

Don’t bother with the automatic wash; tried it twice now (Deluxe) and my car comes out quite dirty (see images). Zero stars. However, I went back today to clean it by hand, and the self-wash facilities are great. They have card and cash options, and the quality of the cleaning options are good.

Usually can't fault this place (especially the complimentary coffee!) but the $16 wash did not actually wash my car this time, so avoid the cheapest one. I just wanted to get the dust off after a weekend away but unfortunately the back was completely unwashed after going through.

Clean and without a scratch. Car was incredibly dirty and the wheels were the only part that you could tell it wasn't done by hand... Recommend grabbing maccas from the new shop a few hundred metres away, sit back and eat whilst the machines doing its thing to clean your car.

accurate would be if I could rate negative stars! be prepared for a DIY wash in the bays to cost you a few hundred dollars. they obviously provide low-quality stiff bristle brushes i had to spend $300 to get rid of the swirl marks left on my car management don't want to know

The worst automatic car wash, brand new but doesn't clean, car is as dirty after delux 18$ wash as it was before(only windows are clean). Maybe 26$ ultra wash with extra chemicals or something will help. Car wasn't even that dirty, bird poo and typical dirt from freeway.

Customer service and proper working facilities are the essence of a successful business venture. Unfortunately this place has none of that. People that work hard and like what they do need to be rewarded with good ratings. Not a very good place.

Bays are quite good. If you're quick you can do a car in two cycles although the time per $ has definitely dropped. Auto wash is pretty rubbish though. Car wasn't overly dirty but as can be seen from the window after it doesn't clean very deep.

Williamstown car wash seems to always be busy during the day, so you may have to wait a few mins to get your car washed. I’ve only ever used the self-use car wash and it’s been decent. I do think 1 minute 10 seconds is stingy for $1.

It's a semi automated Car Wash or though there is also a fully automated car was on site. The semi auto wash has a variety of hose setting from high pressure rush to slow soap. Vacuum bays are also on site to clean inside.

Very clean for a self service car wash. The attendant was friendly too. Did the auto wash on my last visit. It missed some bits. Would be good if there was a pre soak or something that helps with bird poo and tree sap.

Extremely overpriced. $5 gets you a couple of minutes so you’ll need to tap and pay several times. $0.20 card surcharge each tap is greedy and should be investigated. Don’t recommend. Suggest the local alternatives.

Great service, reasonable price. I came on a Saturday and there was a waitfor the laser wash, which was ok, lovely staff member offered complimentary drink while I waited. Coffee was good too. Highly recommend.

This is an excellent, well-run family business with added bonus of coffee shop and simple drive through laser clean. Reasonably priced, friendly staff, can’t fault it.
