Crap service. Not going back after my 1 experience with them. After getting home, I saw that my white towels & white top had blue fluff all over them. I took the items back & enquired how they could give customers items that looked like that. They said they would wash them again. Returned the next day to find my items sitting on a shelf untouched. Eventually spoke to the owner on the phone. Apologetic. Telling me how he owns 20 or 30 laundromats & the service is good. LOL. Said he would call back. I'm still waiting on that call.

It is a wonder that I have been using this laundromat for so long, espescially when you consider the times I've received the wrong items and have had items magically disappear. The rude service and incredibly high prices don't make things better. The owner is very rude and is not willing to apologise or take accountability for anything. Do not go here. Currently looking for a new, trustworthy and friendly laundromat in Morningside area.

I am very disappointed with the service. I took a white feather duvet in to be dry cleaned on the 25th November 2019, I still don't have it back. Each time I go in the staff say it is coming tomorrow. Today, however, I am told, they have been waiting for plastics! Oh yes, and it will be in tomorrow. Watch this space, because I think I am going to have to waive my R1 800 goose down duvet goodbye.

Last time I went there, I had to wait 4 days before my washing was "ready." When I collected it, it hadn't been washed at all. Everything was still dirty, just folded. And watch out for over-charging! They don't weigh your washing to give you an estimate or have a price list. Just eye-ball the washing and give a price. Overheard them trying to charge someone R400 for a small bag of washing!

I wish I could score ZERO stars. I took my Feather down duvet inner to be dry cleaned. It was during winter. It took over 3 weeks, 2 visits to the shop and ended up with someone else's duvet inner! I went to tell him the cotton duvet inner was not mine. I was told they would call me when they found it... Never found it... Still have a strangers duvet inner. Worst service ever!

Took my 3 camping timesheets to be washed...picked them up and 2 days later get ready for camping THE GROUND SHEETS WERE MRLTED FROM THEM PUTING THEM IN HOT DRIER THEY NEVER EVEN TOLD ME I WILL BE GO TO CONFRONT THEM FOR A REFUND OR EXPLANATION AS THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH THEM

Quite frankly the worst laundromat experience you will have. They have absolutely no regard for time, even after they schedule a pick up time for you. Clothes will come back just as stained as before, and creased no less. This all after charging you a ridiculous price. I truly do not recommend.

I honestly wish i had read other people's review before using this dry clean. I took my son's school blazer. I was told it would be ready Sat and today is Monday and i still dont have it. The number they have here doesn't exist. No one picks up the cellphone number. What a bad service.

Got my wedding dress back with black and blue marks. And when I addressed it they were accusatory, saying I took too long to collect it, that anything could have happened in the bag it was kept in and did not offer a complimentary clean. Would not trust them with valuable items.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a laundromat. I have never complained about anyone. ..I'm a really mellow person but they made me wait 15 minutes on drop off and pick up. All my dresses have shrunk. And just terrible customer service. Never going back.

Often clothes aren't folded just thrown in the bag. Clothes weren't ready when I went to fetch it even though I went late

They are very quick, affordable and the clothes smell nice after being washed. The also wash snickers!
