Definitely not recommended to go. They too love to the working hour than pet's life. Even though arrived within opening hours, just because too many customers waiting n almost time to closed,they rejected to treat my pet. I requested them just let doctor have a look just a second to see the symptoms is it urgent or not,if not I will come back tomorrow. Just a few steps walk n a few second look at the wounds ,they also not willing to do. It is not the first time I facing this kind of treating from this vet clinic. One time is ok,just coincidence but how about third time? Enough is enough. I will let all my customers n friends n even my own pets change vet to treat their pets. A good vet clinic will love pet's life than their working hours. If all the humans doctor or hospital also working like this manner.poor is those covid patients are. Salute to those responsible medical line members but not at Windsor clinic for sure. Medical line a must run with love life than just do a business

The best vet that i have ever come across.... Dr. Venishri Windsor Animal Clinic Spg Ampat ...very gentle,humble, knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. It was my first experience to the clinic after some google search and reading the reviews to look for a better clinic as i was not happy with the other clinics i went for the past 3 yrs. I went in with doubts whether my dog will be okay as she was in a bad condition. She was admitted. During her stay there in the clinic the dr called keeping me informed on her condition. Thumbs up to Dr. Venishri and the staff..... my dog is as fit as a fiddle now. She is up and running around after being home from this clinic. The staffs were also very kind and helpful. Good service and the best animal care clinic. Tqvm and i would highly recommend it to anyone. Feel blessed to have found such a place. Hats off to you Dr Venishri. Keep up your good job. Our pets need vets like you

Very bad experience ever! I wouldn’t recommend this clinic if you really love your pets. One of My new born kitten have hernia, the doctor seem do not know the problem and puncture the hernia, let the liquid leak out. And then repeatedly push the hernia back to tummy and pop out itself. Repeatedly at least 10 times. How suffer my kitten was. And it passed away at the same night. It is a golden point BLH ! And the “doctor” check all my kitten and said healthy ! And another kitten died at the same night as well. But after I consult another vet clinic, my kitten was diagnosed as undersize and require special cares. Therefore I do not recommend WINDSOR SIMPANG AMPAT!

This one star rating is for the management of this centre. I called today at 1.28pm asking their break time. An Indian lady told me it was from 1.30pm to 2.30pm. I reached at 2.30pm sharp and was asked to see the break time pasted on the glassdoor which was 2pm to 3pm, and clearly it was a last minute decision to change the time. I was told to wait in the car with my 3mth old puppy waiting fr 2nd vaccination. Not only that. As I sent my 7 doggies here, the clinic never opens on time at 9am. Doctors sometimes arrive at 10am. N nurses mop the floor at 9am when the clinic is supposed to be open at 9am. And I insisted to wait inside as I was told to wait in the car

I am really frustrate with the management, I don’t know the name of doctor who treated my cat but she didn’t let me know clear information about my cat when I took my cat to hospital Windsor I get my proper solution they have said my cat’s kidney slightly infected but Windsor clinic said his kidney fine and only bladder problem , I have wasted rm256 , don’t just work for money , try to learn some humanity onto animals you’re treating and just don’t give wrong informiation because we are paying you not free of charge , please mind it. (staffs are really good the way welcoming people )

这是我见过最不负责任的动物诊所了！由于平时去的是别家 但是因为昨天我的猫病了需要治疗 平时去的那家人手不足 无法及时帮忙看诊 所以才无奈之下转来这家给猫治疗。 医生看了我的猫后说需要留院治疗，至少3天。 我今天不放心，刚刚再去了一趟诊所想探望我家猫并了解病情进展。 结果 诊所的人直接说了一句：“你的猫今天早上去世了！” 请问我的猫早上去世你不需要第一时间跟我报备的吗？？？！！！！ 诊所给出的烂理由竟然是找不着我的电话号码！！！！ 请问我在昨天帮猫做的一系列入院手续 填写的那些资料 全是废的吗？？？！！！！！ 我让诊所让我看看猫最后一眼，诊所的人迟迟抱不出来！ 过了好几十分钟后才慢慢把猫尸体给我看！ 我很肯定我的猫是被这所不负责任的诊所害死的！！！！！因为它连尸体都是睁一只眼睛闭着一只眼睛！！！！ 这所诊所根本没在用心治疗！只是收钱然后放任我的猫自生自灭！ 如果我不是今天不放心，过去诊所一趟，你们恐怕是要等到原定的三天后跟我说我的猫当天才去世然后要收我三天的费用了吧？！ 各位宠物主人真的不要再把你们的宠物送去这家诊所了！ 就算是再紧急的情况下，宁可把你们心爱的宠物送去远一点的诊所接受治疗也比这家靠谱得多！！！！！！

Overall good experience. Brought my 2 cats & dog to get their vaccines here. My cats get their spay surgery done here as well & my cats recovered very fast. But there’s one thing to complain, if u reach there 30 mins or even more than 30 mins before the vet close, they won’t let u in ady, they don’t even bother to know what’s ur pet condition, whether is to get vaccine or sick. They just don’t let u in. Not sure whether is the front desk worker problem or their management problem…

If you’re a animal rescuer . Windsor animal clinic is the best clinic to go . Price is very very reasonable .. As for Dr.shiv .. no words to describe . His attentive , gentle and he’s caring . .He shows a lot of TLC to all. Even if your stray has skin Disease . He still carries cuddles them and shows lots of TLC gently . Which I haven’t seen anywhere else.. As for the stuff , they have improved so much . From unfriendly to friendly ones .

Tbh, by far the best vet clinic I've been too. Dr Shiv and his team were angels. My puppy APPLE has been sick for a few days and Dr Shiv took his time to literally explain and tell us about her condition further. Such a down to earth person he is and I'm very grateful for him to treat our puppy eventhough it was his offday. Thank you very much Dr Shiv & team for the passion and compassion you have on animals. Bobby telah dijangkiti Parvovirus. 16 September, banyak VET tidak buka. Saya terpaksa membawa Bobby dari Bukit Mertajam ke Simpang Ampat untuk mendapatkan rawatan. Bobby telah menjalankan rawatan selama dua hari di Windsor. Semalam, saya bawa dia balik, hari ini pun sudah ok sikit. Sudah start boleh makan. Terima kasih banyak2 kepada Dr. dan semua kakitangan. Tq so much for take care my Bobby this two days! ❤️

This is not a got place to do the spaying. I bring my cat to do the spaying and the doctor did not provide any disinfectant to clean the surgical wound and also did not provide any medicine. A week later my cat's wound worsened and the fever reached 40 degrees. I took him directly to another clinic for treatment. I don't trust the treatment here anymore and don't want to bring my cat to this place

Not my usual spot to visit, however they do have X-ray available there now. Doctor/Vet seemed pretty okay but the reception was pretty slow and not very professional feeling. The time as always is a mystery. Here is the picture I took during a visit there on mid of June for anyone who’s wondering. From what I recall, no appointment needed, just walk in. (Unless it’s surgery related I’m guessing.)

Brought a blind rescued cat for check up and consultation at Windsor. Vet checked the cat and explained each of the possible causes & symptoms patiently to me. After the blood test came out, vet also explained each analysis to me. The nurse there helped to hold the cat through out although the rescued cat isn't clean. They're professional & reliable.

Friendly staffs. Good place to get a best medical review for ur lovable pets. They always holding your pet medical record. They also performing minor surgeries here. Just feel to ask any doubts to the staffs they will explain to you with full details. Operating from 9am to 6pm daily include public holidays.

Brought my cats too many time already. The service really fast, the doctor also checking their condition thorougly and explain clearly to us what is the diagnosed. The doctor really friendly with animal, handle really2 care. Always recommend this vet to my friend if they asking which vet is the best.

Been here few times, average waiting time is 15-30 mins but todays experience is quite frustrating. Waiting for 2 hours just to get vaccine for my cat. Staff explained there were 2 emergency cases but i think they should consider clearing the queue for fast visit like vaccine, regular check ect.

Recommend all pet owners to ask for Dr Shiv...he is very gentle with animals & he treats them well...Even my stubborn & unpredictable dog, Goldie loves him! The staffs are also very kind, polite & very helpful. Here is my cat, Miu during my 1st time at this clinic a few months ago.

我的猫咪之前中sporo，医生跟我说每一次要洗上口，然后开药给我的猫吃，我就每一天给他洗伤口之后发现越来越严重我就带去别的诊所，医生告诉我sporo是不能洗伤口的，越洗会越烂，我就拿windsor医生给的要给另外诊所的医生看，医生跟我讲已经很严重了这种药没有效，windsor医生还给药膏sporo只能吃药涂药膏根本没有用，最后太严重去世了，服务态度还很差，这间诊所是我遇到过最差的诊所
