The date of our new car’s arrival keeps getting pushed back. Been waiting 12 months and still no word on when it will arrive. Wish I went to another dealer. They tried to cancel my contract, because the price has gone up since we signed our contract. Then they told us they ordered the wrong colour, just getting the run around.

I just purchased my Hyundai Venue Elite and dealt with Greg Brennan who was very helpful and I felt comfortable dealing with him right away. Greg listened to what I wanted and didn’t push his own opinion. Overall this was a great experience and I am extremely happy with the service I received and my new car!!

This place has zero customer service when it comes to spare Parts ! Tried calling and was transferred to 4 different people the first time … left a message for a call back. 3 hours later, called back and then transferred a further 5 times to anyone but spare parts.
