Normally my service from this restaurant is perfect but my issue tonight was with the fellow delivering. My family member went to pay for wings at the door and the debit machine went to print up a receipt and couldn’t due to lack of paper. He then told her that he would have to go to the car to get more paper to print. I had a bad feeling at this point so while he got the paper I got my family member to check her bank account online and the transaction went through. So when he came back to the door to do a second transaction and not just print up the receipt I knew he was trying to rip her off. I have got delivery from this place for years and never felt as cheated as I did tonight. I don’t know who this driver is but he reeked of cigarette smoke and he tries to rip people off. My friend owns a restaurant so I asked her about how the machines print up after they run out of paper and she said you just print out the last receipt to see that the payment has been processed. I did contact this location to make them aware of this issue but now I have lost my trust. She would have been charged $60 for 1lb meal deal of wings and 2 cans of pop. In response to your reply WingsUp, no second charge was done as I caught it before it was going to happen as the bank account was checked before he came back to the door to initiate a second transaction. I informed the driver it already went through. The correct amount has been charged. I understand mistakes happen and I am glad to know he is being trained now.

Well I must say not too sure what other customers are complaining about. I had ordered about 60 bucks of food as we hadn't tried it yet and everyone wanted something different. Food was to be here at 740pm . It was 754 I called to inquire where our food was, they told me it's on my porch I asked when did it get dropped off he said the driver said 5 mins ago. I said alright if it's cold theres gonna be something done. The agent said of course no problem. I checked andnlow n behold my neighbour was outfront n said she seen it got dropped off about 15 to 20 mins prior and when I checked the food it was ALL COLD. Called back let the gentleman know and he said no problem give me a bit of time to get it all made for you and sent out to you at no cost... I said sure no problem, he apologized it was a new driver . Understandable. I truly would like to thank the store for being on top of customer satisfaction. The food was great, well what u would expect for the price .. it's not the keg guys! definitely will be ordering from here from now on red rockets has lost our service and we usually do wing night twice a month minimum .. the other company lacks customer service skills, and their food has gone downhill over the yrs... wings up is our go to now, and we have recommended them to our neighbours, friends and family ..great job

WingsUp! Restaurants had posted about their 5lb wing deal and to try 5 different flavours. I commented on the post, and said I wish I could have enough wings to try each flavour. I mean, think about it... how often do you rely on your 'old faithful' choice of medium or hot or honey garlic? I know I do! Anyway, a while later, I got a DM from WingsUp and they said they would try and work this out for me! I talked with Vitul who owns WingsUp! on Upper Wellington (my local WingsUp! Restaurant), and they were able to accomodate this random request! 5lbs of wings in 16 different flavours later... The wings are always great - did you know you can order mostly flats (my prefered choice) or mostly drums? And the customer service was great. The opportunity to try different flavours even changed my future orders. WingsUp may be a chain, but they are owned by local people. And when they offer to make a small idea come to fruition, it just adds to my reason to go back for more. WingsUp! for the win.

I refuse to order from this location ever again. When it was a corporate store there was never a problem. Ever since the franchisee took over it has been downhill ever since. We gave them many opportunities to redeem themselves. Unfortunately the quality of the food as well as the service got worse over time. I don't appreciate frequenting an establishment that is only interested in taking my money. The service is horrible to say the least. They have forgotten to include ordered items on more than one occasion. The last time was in very cold weather. When we called back to inform them they refused to deliver the item despite the fact that we are located within the neighbourhood. The following time the chicken wings were a shell of them former selves. Not only were they tiny in nature but they were all black inside the meat. Broken blood vessels are synonymous with secondary meat products. I can't understand the changes that have taken place. I am no longer willing to spend my hard money there. Besides the fact that the owner has zero business skills whatsoever. They are just willing to take your money. Please or thank you is not in their vocabulary.

Finally tried this place as it is close by. Never wanted too really, it just seems like a bad place and their prices are high. I was right. The food was not worth the price at all. The place was so dirty, staff was just hanging out in the front and all scattered to the back when customers come in. Waited quite awhile for a sandwich, apparently they can make 2lbs wings in half the time it takes to make a sandwich as a customer ordered 2lbs after me and was out the door. (He ordered it at the store - not a call in). Had to speak up... "Oh sorry sir"... lots of excuses. The good? They didnt charge me for a combo, ever though I asked for it so they did give me the wedges and a pop for same price. The bad? The wedges were obviously tampered with, (squeezed or stepped on - more than half were broken, and those that were not were stale and hard). They got thrown out immediately. When you think you have to check your food to see if the staff tampered with it... not a good sign.

Ordered 2lbs of wings and a large onion rings for pickup at 6:35. I received a message at 6:05 saying my order was ready. When I arrived at 6:15 the place was packed because they were doing a 50% off wing promotion. I didn’t get to the counter until 6:40. I’m assuming my order was sitting for 35 minutes at this point. Once I got home the onion ring portion was tiny considering it was a large and costs $6.99, and it was cold. Half my wings were honey garlic which were great, and the other half was dry Cajun. Those were also luke warm at best and had next to no seasoning on them. The wings are pricey even at 50% off, and the “large” portion is tiny. I’ve gotten wings from here before and they were great, but after this I can’t justify the price for the quality I received.

I have ordered from here many times. I threw back and forth about my review today, but I felt I should. I not only worked for wings up, but I have been an avid customer for the last 5 years. I am not sure what happened here today, but I assume they should have had their act together knowing it would be such a big day. I ordered at 415 with a pickup time of 625, totally understandable. But I was confused why my wings had absolutely zero flavour. I put sauce on the sauce on the side for my daughter. These wings that I waited 2 hours and 10 minutes for were the worst I've ever had. I go by here daily on my way to work but I never stop in because I'm not a huge chicken wing fan. (too much effort for too little food) But the $6.99 sandwich deal sounded ok so why not? Girl at the counter recommended the 'smiley' sandwich, said it was made on garlic bread...Sold! Probably the best thing under $10 I've eaten in a while; the chicken was both juicy and crispy, and the honey garlic sauce was sweet perfection! Unlike most places they kindly tucked some wetnaps in the takeout bag so I didn't look like a 3 year old afterwards too which I appreciate. Nice clean restaurant, Quick service and very polite courteous staff. Will definitely come here again especially for lunch they're a little on the pricey side if you're not getting a special but good quality as far as fast food goes.

Super disappointed with my experience tonight! They substituted an item I ordered without telling me it was being substituted. Once it was delivered and paid for I opened my order and realized their mistake. On top of that, I requested very well done. I'm currently looking at under cooked wings and my $50 over priced meal is going into my own oven to avoid food poisoning. I called them. I spoke to the worst customer service representative I have ever encountered. They offered no apology and no remedy. It's impossible for me to leave a positive review or ever recommend this restaurant to others. WingsUp!, we all make mistakes but own yours, and focus on customer retention and brand loyalty. Please train your staff to handle errors in respectful ways.

My skip app said my delivery has arrived and it DID NOT. ( WingsUp uses their driver ) so I then called the restaurant and ask them what happened to my delivery and they said “that the driver couldn’t find me and that the driver is going to another house and he will return to mine. When the driver arrives, he said he went back to WingsUp and they remade it (A lie! read above and see what the restaurant told me*) and Driver told me that he DID NOT RING MY DOORBELL (Very true) the 1st time he came my food. Now I’m stuck with cold, wrong flavored, Bland , tiny sized wings. And their way of resolving this was to offer me 15% credit (What’s that tax’s :/ )… As if I would eat there ever again, NO thanks...not worth two hours of my time.

I ordered from this location for my family. The driver refused to walk to my unit. I saw him from the parking lot and he saw where I was. I have small kids and didn’t want to leave them in the house. Also every driver usually delivers to the door. Anyway so the driver comes out the car walks to the sidewalk by the parking lot and places my food in the snow at the edge of the sidewalk. I’m super shocked at this point and call the store where I’m hung up on 14 times. This is disgusting and unacceptable. I don’t know if it’s because I’m black or because these ppl genuinely just don’t care but In this climate of the world I’m offended beyond words and would never give them service again

We usually always order from this location with very minimal problems. They usually are quick and on point HOWEVER we had a lady take our delivery order who screwed up our 2 pound wing order. We always get NON-BREADED this time they gave us BREADED… at first she argued with me then finally delivered what I initially ordered. First time delivery through skip the dishes. We had a garunteed delivery time between 6:35-7:05. After no delivery by 7:30 my husband called and waited on hold for 5 minutes. The man who answered said that they were working on the order and it would be done soon and to us in 20 minutes. No apology. In addition he said it would be "well prepared." It finally came 35 minutes after the phone call and what we received was utterly disappointing. The boneless chicken bites were stingy for the price, food was cold and the nachos could hardly be called that and were a portion made for my toddler. Will never recommend this to anyone. Entirely disappointing and unsatisfying.

Terrible experience. Placed a Doordash order for boneless wings. My order was prepared in a timely manner. However my order arrived and the bag was not tied like it usually was. My meal was for some reason put upright/vertical. All the contents of the bag spilled out. Clearly the "sticker seal" they put on it was not done correctly. I called the location - and they won't take any responsibility for the problem. Their suggestion was "call door dash. We did our part in packaging it properly" If it was packaged properly and sealed properly the meal wouldn't have spilled even if the door dash driver mishandled it. I do not recommend this location.

This place was one of the best places in Hamilton for wings, now its the worst. My order yesterday came after an hour(driver mistake). I ordered Poutine and 3 pounds of wings( 2 boxes), one box tasted/smelled so bad, and I couldn't eat it. called the restaurant to explain. I said I am going to toss the leftover wings, the guy there said don't, I will have my driver come and pick it up and I will let the manager call you, the driver never showed up and I didn't receive any call.

Wings are decent at best, the meat didn't taste like anything special compared to Red Rockets. Their boneless bites are ok. I really like their sweat n bullets sauce, really packed a punch. Their louis sauce is painfully average and not that spicy and you've probably tasted something similar elsewhere. I was not a fan of their thai sauce and I thought even 7/11 did the thai sauce better. Fries were decent although kinda bland. Onion rings were decent. The chicken parmesan sandwich was average. I highly recommend the sweat n bullets sauce I guess. Pretty overpriced considering the portions.

We made an order, and did it not only take over an hour until we got a call from the restaurant driver, but he called to tell us he couldn’t find the location—even though we have never had a problem when we ordered from different restaurants. We had to settle to meet where they were and were more than willing to walk 10-15 minutes under the rain to meet the driver. By the time we get there, the driver is gone. I call the restaurant, they tell me the driver is on his way back because we made him wait for 15 minutes. Would most definitely not recommend ordering from here.

I used to love this place, good quality, decent prices and fast service. I ordered here all the time for their chicken ceaser wraps. But my last two orders off of skip the dishes were both delivered missing French fries or French fries and pop. I was very polite the first time and called the store asking if they could deliver the missing items because I understand mistakes happen. They politely agreed but then never showed up with the missing items or called to cancel. The second time I didn't bother to call. I just wish their service was better because I love the food.

Horrible service. Ordered through Uber and they use their own drivers for the delivery. Called twice, each time told I would receive my order in 10-15. Sure, it’s a busy Friday night I get it. Then half an hour after the last call and still nothing, I call a third time and was told I’m lying and it was on my front porch and maybe one of my neighbours stole it and hung up on me. Sorry, never again. If you must get food here, maybe picking up is your best bet. Currently still trying to get my money back through Uber as the restaurant was no help or offered a replacement.

so i just ordered. And yet again asking for well done means nothing. Wedges are rock hard. Food is cold. And i ordered jalapeno poppers. Cost 6.49 and i got four handmade 2 inch crust covered banana peppers and what tastes like cream cheese. I almost puked. Most disgusting thing ive ever bit into. Definitely not a jalapeno popper. Originally told me 30 mins wait, called after 30 mins and told me they haven't started and will be another hour. After 3.5 hours they updated my order to delivered but no contact attempt or no knock on my door. Asked to get my money back and was refused again. Eventually had to call my banks fraud department where the bank credited me immediately. Overprice, awful service, so many better options in Hamilton

Went here for the first time tonight. I'm from Australia, so it's not customary for us to tip, and I'm usually apprehensive about doing it on the first visit, but I'm glad I did. My wife said these are the best wings we've had so far (And she's pretty picky) and I've got to admit she's right. I had the lemon pepper wings and it's a good thing I didn't get a big amount because I couldn't stop eating them, they were so yummy! I'll definitely order from here again.

I visited Wings Up last week and although the wings were a bit pricey they certainly tasted great. Due to the price this would just be a monthly treat for me as opposed to a weekly meal but that is not an issue for me. I was most impressed by the young girl who served us, I believe her name was Astra or something like that. She was very polite and bubbly which made my first visit to Wings Up very enjoyable. Everyone keep up the good work as I will be back.

I ordered from wings up for the first time after receiving a free delivery coupon. Ordered the cauliflower bites (very good btw), ended up getting chicken on one of the orders.. I was disappointed at first as it took time to arrive especially on a weekend, however once I told them of this issue they sent someone out right away, within 20 minutes I was sent another full meal, and more coupons! 4 stars because of wait time, other wise the food is great!

Was actually pretty disappointed the last time I went...the chicken was extremely dry and the fries both mine and my sons were terrible. I've only bought food from there 4 times now and only the 3rd time was it any good....hence I tried the 4th time, but no....not buying there again...and $16 fir two combos on the combo of the day when I was told it was 5 if you buy the meal of the day....made for another disappointment. My husband and I started ordering from here a few months ago when we discovered that they have cauliflower wings. We have been ordering from them biweekly, sometimes weekly . They are by far the best wings we have ever had. Fast delivery always, one time it was longer than expected delivery, the driver called us to apologize and explained the situation. Disappointing. Standard order of 2 lbs non-breaded honey garlic and Cajun dusted /w regular mozza sticks (5 sticks) - $56 from Skip The Dishes! The order wasn't worth even $15. Taste was non-existent - no garlic, no Cajun spice worth the name. Also didn't get the 2 blue cheese dipping sauces we ordered. As a bonus it all comes tied up in a plastic bag so it shows up in soggy cardboard boxes. They won't get my money a second time.

The wings are extremely over priced 57$. Get less then what u get for 36$ at red rockets also half the wings had no sauce on them they sell the flats the drum sticks and don’t know the third type of wing that’s in there but over all there wings are absolutely disgusting the breading made me gage to top it off never even got my blue cheese

Honestly delivery was great and so were appetizers but holy smokes, someone on the line last nite was heavy handed on salt with wings. Spent almost $60 on order and had to throw 2 lbs of wings in garbage because they were so inedible:( Not in a financial place to do that and certainly not picky because we love our sodium but that was over the top. Don’t think I’ll ever order again from that location at least.

Food was good but wow the portion sizes vs. price is unreal!! Wow! Horrible. $9.99 for "large" deep-fried pickeles? You get one large pickle cut into 4 pieces. $9.99 for "large" onion rings... We got 9! Regular size onion rings!! Over a dollar per onion ring?!? No thanks. "Extra ketchup" ...$1.99 for two small ketchup squeeze packs. I will NEVER go here again or recommend to anyone.

Good wings but...$18 for 6 wings, maybe 10 potato wedges at the most and some carrots and celery....yes we know the cost of chicken has gone up in price in the last year but these rations are ridiculous. If you are going to charge almost $20 for a meal at least give your customers their monies worth.

Last night i order mac and cheese and also jalapeno poppers from their place and my order was taken and prepared by “neel”. It was the best poppers i had. Perfect crisp and not too oily. mac and cheese was also so delicious. He prepared the food as per i wanted. He got me the food as per o love it. Will recommend to ask neel to prepare food if you love the perfect food.

Really good food and they always have deals. They also have vegetarian options including cauliflower bites (my favourtie) and vegetarian poutine, which is amazing. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that there is little consistency for portion sizes so sometimes I'm surprised by how small it is. However, its delicious so I'll keep coming back.

I really wasn’t impressed with the quality of the food at this resturant. The oil tasted old and although there is a big selection of appetizers ( mac and cheese bites, perogies, deepfried pickles, mozzarella sticks, poppers and samosas) I really didn’t like any. The wings were salty. I much prefer Buffalo Wild Wings for food quality and price point.

I ordered the smiley sandwich for the first time, it was delicious. I ordered delivery and it was hot and still fresh when delivered. I Would recommend this location

Ordered 3 pounds of wings and they gave us 1.3 pounds (We scaled it). Then when they argued that they weigh them before they were fried, we got them to show us what 21 wings were before they were cooked. 2.1 pounds for 65 dollars delivered. Place is a rip off, try Red Rockets instead - better wings anyways.

Made the order at 1:15. Was worried about it not getting her for my better half before she left for work. But the gentleman who answered said, '30 minutes till it is at your door.' Perfect!!! It was delivered hot and fresh! And as you can see through the photo, early by one minute. Delicious, too! …

I must say they serve the best Wings in Hamilton, their food is amazing in quality as well as quantity with numerous varieties. delicious sauces rich in flavour. customer service is so good.. #Deep patel who always suggests us some good offers and welcome us with smile.. i recommend it to all foodies♥️

Definitely not returning to this sorry establishment. The chicken wings were just coated in sause but not cooked underneath, they just smeared seasoning on the chicken for the sandwich which was tasting horrible. No hand sanitizer in sight in these Covid times and napkins were only given upon request.

Wings are good but over priced. Appetizer portions are fairly small. A large onion ring will consist of 12 rings, and a large jalapeno popper was six pieces. Was overcharged on my most recent order as well. Their local competitor delivers a much better product for a cheaper price, and larger portions.

Deep is awesome. He always makes sure the wings are super saucy and my hubby Rob orders the dry rub and they are always awesome. Today he even went to the corner store next door to his location to get us the pop we wanted. We’ve been ordering for years here and will continue to do so! Thanks Deep !!!

Ordered from skip, couldn’t be more impressed. Wings were great, we ordered 1lb honey garlic. Onion rings were AMAZING. The only thing was the fries actually are potato wedges but still not bad. Also, the packaging is really nice and came in a biodegradable bag. Will be eating here more!

My oder was missing items, they handled it very politely and had the missing items sent out. Good customer service.

I order frequently from here . half the time i am missing an item or when i notice a mistake about how much the order is cuz i usually ordwr the same thing, i get hung up on . What is the point of running a business if your just going to be rude to the customer ?

I actually like the wings here. I ordered a 2lb Texas Tequila and a Honey Gar Par and it was crunchy, delicious and satisfying. The online ordering process was easy. I especially liked the feature where i could choose my type of wing (drummettes or flatties).

Best wings in the town for sure. Worth the money and fastest delivery i have ever seen. They uses their own driver for delivery. They delivered within 25 minutes. Driver was also nice to me. His name is Abhi. Thank you wings up for great service. Keep it up

Ordered two smiley sandwiches and were very good. The amount of chicken you get is pleasantly surprising. I can usually finish two burgers, but found these sandwiches very filling for a great price. Would highly recommend and will come back for sure!

On a recommendation from my son-in-law, I tried for the first time today. It arrived 20 minutes sooner than stated, so that's a good start. I had the chicken parm sandwich and its probably one of the best I've ever had. Will definitely order again.

Wings are pretty good here. Good size and lots of different flavours. A bit expensive but you get what you pay for.

This franchise is expensive but the quality is usually absolutely phenomenal, so I have been a regular customer for years. I have also been ordering from this location the longest (8+years).

The wings were not seasoned for cajun dry rub and west coast dry rub. Tasted like we were eating plain wings. Maybe they had a new cook last night. Wings were not dry and a decent size.
