I ordered online for pick up waited 30 minutes before going up to the restaurant. Upon arriving they first couldn’t find my order even with me giving both my name and confirmation number. The young lady kept saying she couldn’t use the confirmation number she needed me name. After giving her my name for the third time she went to the back and found my online order then told me it was going to be a thirty minute wait after I waited thirty minutes before going up to the restaurant. I arrived at the restaurant at 8:45PM and did not leave the restaurant until 9:30PM. This a new location but this is my third time going up to this location and receiving terrible service.

I made a call in order and picked my order up promptly. When I opened my bag to inspect my food,I discovered that my fries were sitting on a plastic tray without a covering. The fries should've been covered inside of a to go box due to restaurant standards. However, the chicken and fries were delicious. I will order from this restaurant again. NOTE TO OWNER: All food should be in to go trays due to the fact that the restaurant is not opened for dine in services and to seal the freshness of the food. This is a brand new establishment and I'm optimistic on the continuation of good customer service and food service in our neighborhood. Keep up the good work.

After placing my order I requested that my food be cooked fresh. The cashier reassured me that “everything was fresh.” What I received was hard, dry, refried wings. Instead of standing around talking, staff should pay attention to the orders as they come out. If I had not asked about my food after waiting 10-15 minutes it would have still been sitting on the shelf where all the Uber/online orders are placed. The Wing Stop in Oaklawn is superior to these guys— as in food quality and service!

I put a order in online at 8:14pm which said 16 to 21 mins until ready and didn't arrive until 8:50pm go inside and the lady said it's not ready 15 more minutes. 9:30 and I'm still waiting she keep saying just a few more minutes they seem to get all the door dash and uber eats people out the way but online orders and people coming in to order waiting 1 hr plus they don't even answer they phones never again.

This is the best Wingstop in the city of Chicago. I have never had a problem with my food. They made it very clear they were angry that people ordered food before they closed, the chicken was dry, it tasted like it was made in the morning and sitting under a light, even the sauce was dry, my advice do go when its near closing unless you're desperate, I'm looking for a new wing stop

Scheduled an order online to be picked up by 10:45 pm. When I arrived at 10:43 my food was ice cold and the ranch was warm. It had been sitting for God knows how long. They remade the order but it took 3 times for them to cook the fries without burning them. I would hate to see how the fries would look if you select the well done option.

I ordered boneless wings and there was a feather stuck to one. I ordered boneless wings because they shouldn’t have feathers like the occasional bone in wing. And I can’t get my money back because DoorDash has a policy and won’t even allow the restaurant to refund me through them. Wasted food.

I love the way they present themselves, great customers service and they get right to your order as u paying for it and the food is just the way I like it
