FAY at this location was incredibly rude. I went to ask to use the bathroom out of courtesy because some stores don’t let you use their bathroom. I was met with sarcasm, saying she doesn’t have to “approve me using the bathroom”. I’m not asking you to go to the bathroom, i am asking out of courtesy to use the stores facilities. Then, as i was entering the bathroom, she rolled her eyes to the next customer and laughed as i went in. I told her she didn’t have to be so rude when i came out, and she asked me “if i even knew what she was laughing at and that she doesn’t need to give me permission to use the bathroom”. Then proceeds to laugh more with her associate. Has Fay forgotten she is an employee? Who else should i direct my questions to regarding if the bathroom is public access? She told me to tell her manager, which i did as i left. Thank you for the suggestion.

Mysara was very Rude and Disrespectful. She is a supervisor who has no training in the field of customer care . When trying to speak to her with regards to the situation of the return, she continued to interrupt me whenever I tried to speak. I had to ask her on numerous occasions to please allow me to finish my sentence. She initiated annoyance without regard to the situation by continuously speaking over me when ever I tried to explain. I am certain Winners have a recorded video from which they can see the interaction…. If not hear it. I have only had complaints to Winners at Rockwood Mall , however receiving the awful customer service from Mysara , it’s quite disappointing.

On the ninth day of having my item, I went to make a return at jewelry. The receipt clearly states, "Full refund within 10 days with receipt and ticket." The lady who "assisted" me, refused to give me my full refund, continued to tell me that the system would not complete the transaction because I was "counting the days wrong" (even though it’s simple math), and gives me store credit. I then speak to a manager and get my refund, as they were able to correctly count the days. Please, do not allow yourself to think that you are always right, admit your wrongs, and simply apologize for your impoliteness and mistakes.

This store is horrible. Both as a consumer and as someone who used to work here. You could literally return anything to this store and they have to accept it. People would return used smelly clothes that winners doesn’t even sell and the manager farzana said to accept it, make up a price and put it on the sales floor. Her logic; someone will buy it. She’s a rude, disgusting, ill mannered person who gossips about the customers and all her employees. Please don’t shop here. There are so many other winners with better merchandise like Cloverdale, Dixie mall, and heartland; just to name a few.

Be mindful of paying for your purchases, Today I was almost rip off by the cashier I was charge over a hundred dollar for a makeup kit I did not have , I had sixty dollars of purchases in front of the cashier , When the cashier told me my total was $165 I was shocked , I stood in front of him with my own calculator and total the very same items the purchase came to $65 I asked the cashier how did you arrived at $165 , He replied I thought you had makeup, there was absolutely no makeup with the purchase… please check your items Thief is on the rise..

This location is a bit smaller than others. Selection is limited but a little bit of everything. It sucks is not connected to the mall and that have to drive around separately. I came to find snow boots for makes and don't find a thing in the size I needed. There were some for females all in same color. I was also looking for kids snowpants and they had a reasonable selection. The holiday items were our and few options. It's a though Tunney have a little of everything .

Really poor customer service at this location. The washroom was out of order and the Manager didn’t allow me to use their bathroom because it was in the employee area even though she could have easily accompanied me. Very sad because I was ready to do some major Christmas shopping. Will never come here again and this manager definetly needs customer service training. How she is a manger is beyond comprehension to not allow a paying customer use a bathroom.

Love Winners! I always find a rare shirt or top that I don't find anywhere else. Considering the amount of digging/searching you can do at Winners this place seems to be pretty well kept and tidy. The kines to cashnout can get really long but the staff are good to know when to call for back up. Plenty of parking as this location is at Rockwood Mall. The staff are really friendly and seem to enjoy working together.

Winers used the bait and switch approach. When they first opened their stores, I used to find really good quality items at a great price. Now I'm lucky if I find a good quality item that is not damaged. The savings do not justify the amount of time you have to spend looking for a good deal. Most of the stuff on their shelves now can be purchased at Costco or Walmart with better savings and warranty.

Awesome The last thing you want after trying to find a deal suited for you and an item that fits you perfectly is a rude cashier who knows nothing and didn't even make an attempt to try and help... ( at every stores there are times when all hands are needed on deck and there aren't anyone on the floor to help ) Not at this location my cashier was awesome super helpful and knowledgeable.

The girl rang our order in..we paid( had given our tax exemption card) she did it wrong..just because she did not make herself a copy so so had to to refund the whole order and redo it...asked for discount for incontinence and got laughed at...asked twice!!!! Parking..only 1 handicap spot 3 rows away from front door and was taken...since when only 1 and not at front door

Checkout line moved quickly. Parking on the weekend is a bit of a challenge because it's limited if you want to park directly in front of the store, but there is plenty of parking further away if you're willing to walk. Decent selection, but it is a smaller location... almost half the size of the one on North Queen (across from Sherway Gardens).

I find Winners better than other stores. The variety, quality, sizes and colors they offer are rarely seen at other stores. Apart from shoes, apparels and accessories, household item also catch my sight. Every time I visit there, I tend to buy a lot of things for home along with the items of necessity. It is really a good place to shop.

This is a low end store of Winners. With the demographic change of the neighborhood, rarely one can find quality products in here. Expect basic inventory of inexpensive merchandise and low quality. The service is good but there is no merchandise variety and the brands are regular low end with higher prices than in other stores.

What an amazing place! Top notch service, great presentation and delicious flavors! We were visiting from Edmonton and went there on our friends' recommendation, and couldn't be happier! The staff is so friendly and kind, made dining with a newborn such a great experience for me! Can't wait to go there again!

Best selection of things and the greatest service, which makes the shopping experience amazing! Looked around the men's section. Nothing nice worth buying. Very little choice. Sadly for men there is usually little choice of clothing and almost nothing in larger sizes. It's all about women and their shopping needs. Not impressed and that's why I do very little shopping here. Nothing to buy.

I don’t know if its because of the holiday season, but this was one of the worse experience in any winner store, clearance on damaged or missing pieces items only, no actual sale on anything. The stock is like 10 years old models. Prices are so expensive

- The staff so nice and friendly - The store little bit crowded but all the time organized - The beauty department need more clean and organize - The only disadvantage, the store doesn’t have luxury brands and products, like others winners and marshalls

It is a discount store located in Mississauga where you can purchase various clothes, kitchenware, accessories, bags, ornaments, etc. at a low price. Although it is not a new product, it is a store where you can purchase products of low-end brands.

ofcourse one of my favorit shops. But the owner/manager is very stingy. when one of the products has some problem, instead of discount to you to buy it, she rudely says it's what it is. I had much different experiences in other winners.

I spent 30 min shopping the this branch. When I got to the cash and the worker removed the security tag and I noticed there were holes left by the security tags all the 3 shirts that I was going to buy were ruined by the security tags.

I go to winners Rockwood Mall all the time . But yesterday my experience was Amazing the first time Claire at the jewellery department was a sweetheart, her kindness, her help was out of the park...thank you Clair for all your help.

Sometimes you get lucky and find some goodies. It's basically a hit or miss. Nonetheless it is a good store and have made some great purchases there overtime. I find myself going there every so often. Fun, like a scavenger hunt.

A little smaller than other winner locations I have been to. Some good deals can always be found at winners. This store is well organized and the staff are super friendly. One of them is a huge transformers fan!

Always have what I need and more. My go to for great prices on beauty needs and health food products. They did have my favorite dry shampoo in the fragrance I love. It is why they call it Winners?! …

Went into the store with a friend who head to purchase some items was very impressed with all the Christmas stuff they had on display and little knick knacks for stocking stuff for gifts very nice

They have revamped how the setup tjis store. The aisles are easy to walk through and the have really hreat deals for some of their designer items. I definitely rate the store as a plus.

Store was clean, orderly, every hanger had the correct size pertaining to article of clothing. Staff on the floor and enough cashiers for an awesome shopping experience.

Lots of fab finds and name brand items and staff are helpful and friendly. I do appreciate that they have more stock of skincare products compared to bigger Winners.

Pretty much as any Winners - you can find a treasure or leave empty handed, but this location usually have several check outs open, which makes your shopping faster

In my opinion is the magnificent and most valuable store where you can match high quality along with price! You will never go wrong! Thank you Winners!

Winners is a great store. It's my go to. Very helpful and polite staff. Usually enough push carts, and a well organized store. Great return policy too.

Sometimes you can find some good n useful items...but I did not intentionally go there..only when I pass by it then I will just drop in take a look

I like this location as it's not too big and not particularly crowded. Good selection of products, although I wish the shoe section was bigger.

Children's clothing selection was very disappointing. Girls' dresses and skirts were very poor selection. Hardly anything for boys.

This is a very good and big clothing collection shop for men, women, children. Some of expensive and some of normal prices.
